    I lived at Jade Addison for one year before moving out of Texas. Overall - I liked living here! The property is very lush, green, and there are always landscape teams year around keeping the property looking beautiful. The pool is usually pretty quiet and great to have in the summer. The location is also convenient, theres grocery store right across the street that you can walk to and plenty of shopping within a five minute drive.My only two complaints were the lack of guest parking (which management has made improvements over the last year to address) and the heating and cooling being intermittent. The units themselves have been updated, but the bare-bones of the buildings are quite older. I found a floor fan in the summer and a space heater in the winter in my unit were necessary, which also meant a fairly high energy bill.For the price and location, I felt the property met my expectations and would recommend living here for someone wanting a good starter apartment!

    Leasing office staff is very helpful, maintenance always completes service requests, quite, beautiful, and clean complex, love my apartment! Great and safe place for my son and I, I love the area and pool is fun too! Theres a nearby park as well, and love the included covered parking.

    We had the pleasure of meeting Maya at Jade Addison. Maya’s customer service is top-notch and a rare find! On a terrible rainy day, Maya helped us tour the property and was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. She clearly knows her stuff and is passionate about helping potential future residents make the best decision.While we did not ultimately end up renting at Jade, we were actually very impressed with the community and the apartment. We made a different decision based on our needs for location, but Jade Addison was certainly a top contender.Maya’s attention to detail and her amazing service are definitely a huge asset to this apartment community and its leasing agency.

    Haven’t officially moved in yet, but I wanted to say this; Viven is a rockstar. The treatment I’ve received has been refreshing, searching for a new apartment is never easy and is extremely stressful but interacting with Viven has elevated most of those issues for me. The constant assurance and updates going through the process has surpassed my expectations. I can’t wait to officially move in. Also she showed me the actual apartment I would be in and not a video or staged one, with me that little detail was refreshing. Kudos to you Viven for being pleasant and accommodating.

    I WENT TO THE JADE APARTMENTS AND THE OFFICE WAS CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL! THEY HAD REFRESHMENTS FOR US CUSTOMERS TO HELP OURSELVES. THE OFFICE SMELLED SO GOOD! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE I RECEIVED AND WAS GREETED WITH BY NICOLE AND SANDRA WAS SO PLEASING! I HAD BEEN TO 4 OTHER PROPERTIES AND THEY ACTED LIKE I WAS BOTHERING THEM AND THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE POOP. WHEN I WENT TO JADE THEY GAVE ME ALL THE APARTMENT INFORMATION I NEEDED THEY SHOWED ME AN APARTMENT. THEY WERE SO FRIENDLY AND NICE. I REALLY APPRECIATE THE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK GIRLS!

    We’ve been living at these apartments for about 4 years and Maya has been by far the best person we have worked with . Told us about all the perks of living in Addison recently and was super helpful whenever we had a work order or a concern . The apartments are also in the perfect location so mostly everything we need is at walking distance. We will be renewing our lease thanks to Maya !!

    Property is well kept and quiet. Sandra answered all my questions and was very helpful when I toured the Sage floor plan. Vanessa was also helpful when I called to ask additional questions.

    I’ve lived here for about 4 or 5 years. Here are a few of my takeaways:Unit: nice, spacious, and updated. I work from home, so it’s a plus that the noise levels are low.Property: always clean. Grass is cut seem like once a week.Office: always clean. Office manager and assistant are very nice. Will address concerns in a timely manner.Neighbors: will speak, hold conversations, and will look out for you. Others, are well….. need to keep the business that pays, to themselves (I do not need to hear what goes on in your house).Area: everything I need is in a 5-10 mile radius.Overall, I have enjoyed my time here.

    My fiancé and I are in the process of leasing an apartment here and the manager, Nicole, has been amazing and super helpful during the process! We looked at and toured multiple floor plans that were beautiful! The landscaping and activities offered look super fun and everything is very well maintained! We’re especially excited for the dog park for our little puppy! Thank you for all your help Nicole and we’re very excited to move in here!

    Let me start by saying I’ve been living here for almost 5 years🤗 and my husband and I are really happy with this apartment complex, they keep it nice outside, and clean, also Martin the maintenance guy he’s awesome always takes care of any issues I might have with my apartment 🤗 and even when I submit a work order they get to me as soon as they can , we really appreciate that, also my husband and I 100% recommend this apartments, you won’t regret it 😉 and one more thing to add, I’m super happy with all the office staff their amazing, professional, respectful, and they’re always willing to help:) a big thanks to SANDRA TINAJERO, your amazing thank you for everything you do , I can tell you enjoy your job , your energy is always there and positive thank you 😊

    I only moved because i was transferred to work in Denton which is far but i would love to come back again and stay. The apartments are spacious and clean. The environment is quiet and central. Their response to maintenance requests is exceptional.

    Jackie and Maria the office staff are amazing!!!! I never have any issues with getting what I need from them! They are great listeners and very professional. The apts grounds are always clean and the complex atmosphere is quiet. I am always talking about this complex to my family and friends as the size of our apartment is very comfortable considering the new ones nowadays are so small. And the rent is super reasonable!Thank you ladies!!!!

    Grounds are clean and well maintained. Very reasonable on price. Conveniently located near schools, shopping, gas stations etc.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Service requests are attended to at light speed! Did I mention free covered parking?No nonsense, not a bunch of hidden fees and buried costs like a lot of places Ive lived at. Very transparent and easy to understand what you are getting for what you are paying. New shopping complex being constructed across the street, excited to see what new businesses move in!

I am new to the Addison area so I was looking for an apartment so I could get settled.     Today I had a very unpleasant experience with Jennyfer Tellez who has been pretending to be the assistant manager for 1 or 2 months, she said. I went to the office to ask about a concern I have regarding my garbage collection service and in the process ask them about the closure of the pool and something else. Jennyfer began to defend herself by telling me that whatever I had to call the police or else make a report the next day but that no one else (according to her) had complained about anything, she raised her voice at me, arguing with me and blaming me for the bad thing that was happening.I told her that it is not my intention to fight with her and that I should lower my voice and that perhaps I did not explain myself well, to which she responded: (YOU CAME HERE TO WASTE YOUR TIME, NOTHING MORE) like who says Im not going to help you, I stood up and responded that I would return on Thursday to talk to Mayra, that she is more polite and provides excellent customer service.JADE ADDISON OWNER: You can see the recording from the camera in the office, this happened today, Saturday, August 3, at 11:00 am. And if my private information is affected, I hold Jennyfer Tellez responsible for UNAUTHORIZED disclosure.I hope they change ownership of Jennyfer because it can be seen that she is not happy with this job.As for everything else, I am very satisfied with these apartments, the maintenance staff is very efficient.
