    Friendly and caring. Which is rare. I am thankful 😀 Cold Weather can be a bummer to some, after having actual weather stripping put on my door and window has not made a difference. It is absolutely freezing in our home . Hopefully when the cold snap book’s on out my utility bill will go way down!💵 love the ceiling fans w/ lights I am hoping one will be installed in our living room 🥺😁 thankful for the smoke detectors not beeping 🙈 Closet doors back on track thank you so very much!

    I always appreciate the quick service the maintenance duo (Ernie & Mr. Michael) do. Always a 10/10!! They always get the job done within the day. Ernie was a lifesaver on a Saturday evening called for a maintenance emergency & he came straight over. I couldn’t thank these men enough if I tried. They work hard EVERYTIME & get the job done. God bless em! They deserve more praises than I could give em.

    I enjoy living here. It has a great location and an ever better staff. Blanca is highly attentive, courteous, and has consistently followed through. The office staff has been fantastic as well. They are responsive to requests making sure your stay here is the best it can be! I have really enjoyed getting to know Ana and Blanca .

    Ana and Blanca have been more than welcoming and helpful.. they patiently addressed my needs and questions. I visited a unit that I fell in love with, it’s spacious and quiet, I leased it on the spot. I also just met a couple of really nice neighbors- I’ve always loved this neighborhood - I’m hoping to stay here for a while.

    I really appreciate the office staff for helping me get my apartment, they are very helpful. The maintenance supervisor is extremely knowledgeable and the whole team is super friendly. I love being here.

    I had minor issues with lights and commode but they were fixed the next day and the maintenance man told me personally they had been done. I enjoy living here so far and dont have any complaints.

    This is by far the BEST place to live in Palestine, Texas! I just relocated to the Palestine area and I feel so at home here. Its very spacious, quiet and roomy. The office staff is great as well as the maintenance staff!!!! Great pricing and they stay full which lets me know that I made an excellent choice by moving here!!!!

    I cant thank Sharron and her team enough for helping me during my move across the country. I was so stressed out about a my new job offer in a town that I have never been to before. It was a great opportunity for me and my future. Luckily, when I searched for apartments in Palestine. Inwood was the first one to come up and my only phone call needed to be made. I would highly recommend!
