I love the customer service at this apartment complex! The staff at the front desk are always so helpful and friendly, and they actually follow up on work orders, which I really appreciate. Theyre also willing to work with you and seem to genuinely care about the residents, which is something I haven’t seen anywhere else. It’s nice to feel like youre more than just a tenant here. They always try to take care of any issues we might have

However, Im thrilled to report that my experience has been overwhelmingly positive!*The Management Team*The manager Tabitha Barrentoz, and her team Eber Silva, Josie Garza, has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. From addressing concerns to resolving issues promptly, theyve exceeded expectations.*Personal Experience*My carpet had a lingering smell, and upon reporting it, the team promptly arranged for a deep cleaning. My only problem with this Complex is that I feel we are over charged the rent is fine but all the extra miscellaneous charges are beyond me they do come and fix things when you place a work order thats a good thing I just wish we had rent to worry about and not many other expenses for things that I dont even utilize. But the staff is nice and they have stepped out on a limb to assist in ways most wont

Hard to rate how everything is. I see comments about rats, rent and management. I’ll update this post as time goes on. I got yall !As of going into the leasing office today it was a fairly simple process. I made sure the pricing is what they said it was and i will hold them to that.The customer service was fairly solid and the women in there were in there doing their job.Again.., i’ll update on the reviews as time goes on.We’ll see how it goes.

Indiana Village is the place I call home . They are just like family to me. The are always concerned when i have any issue . Day or night they will help address whatever is needed.The place is well cared for by maintenance . I love Josie and Shayla.

I currently live at Indiana Village and have had several unresolved issues. The new office staff started about two months ago there have been a big difference. They are working hard to actually help residents and resolve issues. They always greet you with a smile.

First time getting an apartment and the staff was super hands on throughout the whole process. I recommend Indiana village to everyone who is looking for apartments. The staff are Some of the nicest people Ive met. Never have I experienced any rude behavior from them. I dont understand why they get such bad reviews. The apts were run down so they started renovations & still people complained? 10/10 for me! Will definitely renew my lease here.

Im not sure why the review ratings are so low because I honestly had a great experience with Indiana Village. I never had a bug problem, the staff was always very nice and accommodating (especially Hector), I always liked all of my neighbors, never any loud parties, the laundromat is kept clean, etc. The only con I can think of might be if you leave you something in your car it might get broken into, but thats pretty normal at apartment complexes or anywhere for that matter lol. The bedroom closets are huge, but I really would have liked a hall closet for cleaning products or something. What I liked most about this apartment is the honesty. I expect to get screwed out of my deposit when it comes time to move out, but Indiana Village is refunding my entire deposit. Usually apartments look for any sort of charge they can, or blame previous problems on you but I did not experience that with this apartment. If you take care of your apartment and clean it at the end you can expect Indiana Village to be fair. Indiana Village was my home for two years and I only moved because I wanted a smaller space.

Orlando one of the maintenance men came to my apartment and fixed my stove. He was thorough and did a great job. I appreciate that he did the job correctly so he wouldn’t have to come fix the problem again

Ive been working with an associate from the Indiana Village, Ashily, and she has been incredibly helpful! Ive had several questions about the forms, virtual tours, and general costs. Shes been very patient and positive! Differently one of the most valuable customer facing assets the Indiana Village has own staff!

I love the convenience of this place. Its just a little over a mile from the hospital. Plus they pick up your trash at your door!! Its a relatively quiet community and everyone is so nice and willing to help you when you need it.

The apartments are a great size and they have spacious closets! Dog park is complete, grass area and doggy stations are a plus if you have a furry friend!

I have been living here for some time now , its wonderful,I havent had any Bug or mice issues ,whenever I have a work order put in ,they send someone the same day or the very next day,the ladies In the office have been absolutely wonderful when it comes to listening and helping me through my issues of being a first time renter.

Hello,my friends,I have lived in the Indiana Village,which the circumstance is very quiet and convenient.As you know,there are fee-free TTU university shuttle buses from 7a.m.～7p.m. during weekdays.

Honestly, this place is awes ome! The staff actually cares about the people who live here and always go out of their way to help. Eber is super helpful and makes everything so easy. Plus, the referral bonus program is a nice perk-l love getting rewarded for telling friends about a great place to live. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a solid apartment with a team that actually looks out for you!
