Ive lived here for about a year with my 2 kids. So far i have nothing to complain about. The staff here is friendly anytime i have a question i just call the office or swing by and get the help i need. I did have some trouble with the ac during the summer and was fixed that same day. I feel very safe here with my kids as well. -

I have lived in this property for 2 years now, and I totally love the place. Office staff really professionals same as maintainance crew. When ever there is a problem in my place I calle them and they are promp to solve it! Swimming pool always clean, it is always nice to relax with a little swim or take the kids out swimming on a hot day π. Will renew my contract again...Nice place to call home! -

Nice cozy apartments. Units are usually available. Maintenance is wonderful, always there whenever needed. The girls in the office are very friendly and knowledgeable! Great with the tenants. A great place to live. -

Love living here ..if a problem occurs they are right there to fix it . Would also like to add that the lady working in the office has never been anything but nice to me . The whole staff is friendly and professional . -

They let you make it like home and they are warm and friendly my friends say they love the way it looks now they love coming over and spending time with me here at Indian falls i really love my home here at Indian falls its a great place to live. -
