We were very unsure where to move too after coming a long ways! We came across Indian Creek Townhomes and met Ninfa! She was one of the sweetest people. She listen to all of our questions that we had and answered them. She was very understanding & helped us through all of the process. I would definitely recommend living here and meeting her to helping you find a good and safe place to live! She’s always on top of things and handles things in a timely matter. We appreciate her and everyone else.

I have been here since June 1st and I knew right away, from the AWESOME service I got from Ninfa prior to deciding on here, that this had to be the right place. The entire team helped to make my initial move in seamlessly, the facility itself (apartment and amenities - laundry room, workout room) are phenomenal.Most importantly is the kindness and care that you get from the team here. I travel a lot, and they have gone above and beyond for me with assisting in holding packages for me, as well as putting large items inside my apartment for me as to protect them from the weather and potential theft, but I have had ZERO issues with anyone messing with any of my property or belongings. I know there are many choices in Brownwood, but I guarantee that you wont be disappointed here.The Townhomes are amazing. Very updated, and the grounds keeping is fantastic. And the neighbors do a great job at helping you feel welcome and looking out for one another.Sorry I couldnt give more stars.Absolutely the best.

Really pleased with the customer service and professional, yet friendly service! I was able to get my place within a week, and the quality of the home is more than exceptional. Very clean and nice places :)

Absolutely love living here! The office staff is nice and so helpful. The apartments are cute and roomie. Having a private yard and washer/dryer connections makes living here so convenient. Maintenance has been very responsive. My A/C was acting up, I called to place a work order and maintenance was there within an hour and got it fixed right away! My whole experience has been wonderful.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ninfa at Indian Creek Townhomes, and I cant say enough good things about her! Even though I havent moved in yet, her exceptional hospitality and professionalism have made a lasting impression.From the moment I walked in, Ninfa was incredibly helpful and kind. She patiently answered all my questions, gave me a thorough tour of the property, and made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. Her genuine care and attention to detail were evident, and she went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and informed.Thanks to Ninfa I am confident that my next home will be at Indian Creek Townhomes. Stopped by just to have a look, and the (Nicole hedgpath) property manager gave me and my roommates a very instructive guided tour. She was really friendly, we all ended up staying for over an our just talking after we decide to sign the lease. The 3 bedroom we are going to move into is very nice with everything we could ask for, washer dryer hook up, a back fenced-in back yard, new appliances. And plus its animal friendly. AA ++++

Wasnt expecting to lease an apartment today but the property manager (Nicole Hedgpath) was so helpful and answered all my questions. With the guided tour she gave me and my roommates, made me want to move here even more. I was so pleased to find out everything they had available. Like washer dryer hook up and potential covered parking! We are all going to be moving into the 3 bedroom and I am so excited and looking forward to spending some time in the backyard this summer. Plus spending the summer at the water park/pool right down the road.

Friendly, peaceful living, and reliable. These are just few of the many awesome qualities of living here. I have been here for a little less than a year and have loved every minute of it. Any question or concern I have had, Nicole the property manager is always helpful and makes sure I am taken care of. The management and hospitality here is one of a kind.

Indian creek townhomes is a nice place to stay, it is clean and modern.It is also pet friendly and there is a small back yard to entertain.There is a gym on site with some equipment but not a lot because some has been stolen, there is a laundry as well.You park in front of your apartments and you pay extra for under roof parking.When I leave in the morning I see lots of deer on the roads there are lots of deer here.

My experience living here has been wonderful. The staff is really friendly. The townhome is super nice and everything is brand new! Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice quiet place to live.
