    Ive only been here a week, but Im honestly IN LOVE with my unit, the cleanliness of the property, all the amenities & the fact that theyre all open and clean with all the equipment Working!! The front office staff is friendly,helpful,and cool, But Ashley is the Sugar.Honey.Iced.Tea she made sure we understood EVERYTHING., and even sent a breakdown email which most wont/dont do.

    We have lived here almost 4 years. When we first moved here, it was because the schools were good. Also it was a great location. The price of these apartments has allowed us to save money. Also they are good size for the price, and plenty of storage for us. We go on walks at night and feel safe. The police have been here. I believe its mostly petty issues, like kids, messing around, breaking into cars. We had our car broken into with items of value in plain sight. They just tore up parerwork. We havent lost anything of value. We love the privacy we have with the enclosed patios. Most apartment complexes dont have this. The front office staff is friendly and helpful. Most of our issues have been resolved fairly quickly. Every month, they plan fun events to bring the community together.The maintenance staff is very responsive. We have had maintenance issues such as our stove and toilet broke. Crazy hail broke a window. They are really nice as well. The groundskeeper is constantly cleaning and picking up after people here. We lived in a place, for a short time that didnt have this. Yeah, this place was trashy. The apartments have made some very nice improvements to the exterior with decorative rocks, paint and new carports. I believe new windows will come soon. We have a very beautiful interior. It is basic but we have made it what it is. Most of our neighbors have been very nice. Overall, this has been a great place to call home.Added: Our apartments has fun activities, including their Summer Pool Party. They raffle cool prizes. They just brought wine out to the pool area. This definitely brought a smile to my face. These are little perks of living here.

    I enjoy living here! When my boyfriend and I first applied Lissette was very helpful in showing us around the apartments! Ashley helped in getting everything we needed to apply and everything we needed to submit to receive our keys!We had some recent issues with our water heater and some power going out but Reymundo the maintenance man was so helpful and quickly got everything done! He is very sweet and a hard worker!Thank you guys

    I have been here for a year and a half and love it. Staff is nice and helpful, The maintenance guys, especially John are awesome. He is always very professional, answers any questions I have, respectful and super nice. He always does a great job.

    Ive been living here for almost a year, and I really love it here! I havent had any problems. Management is very friendly, and work orders are taken care of in a timely manner. I feel safe living here, and the location is extremely convenient. I recommend living here if you like the Carrollton area, with easy access to Plano, Frisco, and Lewisville!

The stress that I was feeling has been overwhelming, especially moving from one state to another, but I just feel like I have been working with my friend & not just someone answering phones.     I love it here! They agreed to do every request I had for my apartment including fixing where my metal nail thing slides into your sliding glass door to double secure it. (Im on the 2nd floor). They have gone out of their way to make me happy. Maintenance is very responsive to anything you need and they show up same day when I put in a maintainence request. Raymundo and John are awesome! Raymundo is even hanging my mirror. The manager is Adrienne, anytime I need anything I can go right in her office and she takes great care of me. I can’t say enough nice things about her and Ashley. Everywhere else I’ve ever lived in an apartment goes downhill. They are nice when you move on but then the property goes downhill, you get what you get from when they were built. This place is different they actually re-invest in the property. They just put a dog wash in they update the apts, putting fences into the downstairs units etc. Ppl here to keep grounds clean, pick up dog poop etc. This may sound like a paid review but it isn’t I’m honestly very happy with the apt complex. We even have bunny rabbits at night and I feel very safe here. I love it!

    Just finished my lease here and would have renewed if we werent buying a house out of state. The community is quiet and friendly. Maintenance works hard, is friendly and is quick to fix any issues. Ms. Mechelle is wonderful and helpful and residents are not just a number to her. Sally on the other hand is quick to dismiss, gives false information and generally makes everything harder. For example, I needed to pay my final move out statement but was already out of state. I called and spoke with Sally and she stated that my only option would be to send a money order by mail to corporate, which would cost me extra money and time. I couldnt find an address for corporate so I called back and asked to speak with Mechelle a couple of days later. Mechelle transferred me to accounting and I was able to pay over the phone with no issues. I think if I had sent the money order I would have ended up with a collections notice because they wouldnt have gotten it. This is just one example of how Sally is either lazy or incompetent. I would give 5 stars if it wasnt for her. If you need more examples let me know.

    I have lived here for 4 years and now that I have to leave my apartment I have no more words than to say thank you to the administration. These ladies in the office are super professional and nice. I never ever had a problem here. The maintenance team was always super courteous and on time when I needed their assistance. These apartment complex is one of the best, possibly not new apartment complex, but super comfortable, with good maintenance, and a quiet place to live. The rent is not bad, I guess average, but fair. This area is super safe and nice neighborhood. If I have to move again, I will definitely come back here. Thank you again. Bernal. Apt 1420

    I just renewed my lease for the 3rd year, I like it here and also because the location. Ms. Mechelle has been a BIG help for me shes very patient and understanding. Anything I need shes always there to help me taking care of whatever issues. Shes very pleasant and always greeting and always has a smiling face as soon as you come in the office.:)

    If you like a quiet place to live with great management and reasonable pricing to live, this is the place to be.I have been living here for a few months now and maintenance has been wonderful and timely. I love how the grounds are nice and are taken care of.Communication is great here. I love how they use email to send out community messages about party nights and some other general information. The last place I lived would post paper to our doors and I felt like that was such a waste of natural resources.I also love the online pay that I can do through an app on my phone. It makes everything so much easier. I work everyday of the week from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm and this helps tremendously.The front office personnel are very personable and professional. I am a huge fan of Tish. She’s very kind and easy to talk to and when I had any issues she was more than willing to help. She even gave me good directions to get to my job that moved here for!If a package is left at the front office for you, they call you and leave a message to let you know that it’s in the front office. This is a luxury that many apartments I’ve lived at have never done so I greatly appreciate this.All in all, this community is lovely. There are families that I have met and enjoy their company. My neighbors are absolutely lovely. My apartment is the right size for the price. I couldn’t ask for anything more.If anyone has questions about being a tenant here at Indian Creek, don’t hesitate to ask questions. I am more than willing to talk to you about this place from a tenant point of view.(FYI: The school bus even comes through here and picks up kids for school.)

    Well, where do I begin!!! I moved back to the first apartments I ever moved in coming from Alabama in 1999. An it was the best decision I could of made. Easy access to my job an stores. Any issues I have I can go down to the office an get resolved the only problem is Mrs Mechelle an Sally make it hard to leave the office. They make it so easy to talk to an always answer all my concerns an issues either over the phone or in person or online. An make sure I leave with all I need an all my problems solved. Also I did have a on going issue not with apartment complex long story short Mrs Vivian (manager) helped me so much words cant explain shes a very patient person thank you all for everything you do to keep my life going so easy

    This apartment complex is very beautiful, the neighborhood is decent. The management staff are amazing especially sally. Sally when above and beyond to make sure our transition was smooth and less time consuming.     I’ve lived here for 2 years now just renewed for a third year. The office staff are wonderful and the maintenance staff are polite and great as well. Parking is always an issue close to my building. I have notice more in the past few months when the A/C unit runs I smell cigarette smoke coming through my vents I try not to use the A/C for that reason due to I’m asthmatic and smoke is one of my triggers. The rent could be a little cheaper for the outdated look on the inside of the apartment.

    My family and I have lived here since October 2016. This has been the third apartment complex to live in and by far has been the best. The overall community is quiet. I do not have any concerns with safety especially knowing that there are courtesy officers at hand if needed. The complex grounds are very well kept, landscaping and cleanliness. The neighbors are friendly. The office staff is amazing. They are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help! I am very happy with the school district that this complex is zoned to. My kids are getting a wonderful education being in Lewisville ISD. My family is very happy here and without a doubt can call this our home.

    I love living here. The office staff has ALWAYS been super nice, and helpful. The maintenance guy is super sweet and efficient. Reported an issue with my AC this morning and it was fixed within two hours. Keep up the good work guys!!! 😊😊😊

    Sally and Mechelle are wonderful! Great place to live, everything you need to work works, or gets fixed. Superb location as well, if you dont have a car this is a great place to live, 5 minute walk to Kroger and Walmart alongside multiple resturants, and a huge Koreatown being an 8 minute drive.

    Couldnt asked for a better place to live! From the staff, to the service request (they were quick) to the grounds were nice. We ended up moving for work, and decided to go with one of their sister properties (which is equally nice-- Copper Hill).
