I had 10 days to find a new home. Within the 10 days, Jodee found me a two bedroom two bathroom apartment. We were able to apply and obtain the home with keys in hand on the 10th day. She caught my hail Mary and ran to the touchdown and was a major help from keeping me homeless. She gave me a new home to start of this new year. 😀

Staff is very kind and helpful, it is very kid friendly and dog friendly. Location of apartments are conveniently right next to I 35 and Leander Road for easy access to go into Austin or into Leander of liberty Hill area. It’s also only about 5 minutes from wolf ranch! 5-10 minutes to Georgetown Square and probably about 10 minutes from the San Gabriel Park.The apartments a very comfortable, pricing is excellent for rent and utilities. Jamara particularly is who I’ve been working with and she is soo kind, understanding and helpful of anything! So if you’re wanting to look at these apartments ask for her she’s awesome!

Me and my little one are starting off here as our first place to call our home and we could not be any more happier . Management is always responding within minutes of me trying to reach them , dumpsters never get full to the brim , they keep the area maintained clean and tidy, neighborhood and neighbors are respectful, quiet and overall a safe space. We will definitely be living here for a good time!

Neighbors above are noisy. Residents are unfriendly here. Neighbors slam doors a lot. They take 4 parking spots. Unfair to other residents. They have 3 mortorcyes, a pickup, car and work truck. Is that fair? People drive fast thru here and gun engines almost every day.

Friendly reception, was provided all of the needed information clearly, was provided clear, precise, and friendly answers to all of my questions. Was given a tour of an apartment and the layout of the grounds. While on the tour, host provided information on the apartment and grounds in a friendly manner and was enjoyable to be around. Will definitely be applying for an apartment in the near future.

Recently there was an issue with my air conditioner (it was working hard with the long heatwave)…I called to report the problem…Rudy’s response time was terrific! He determined what was wrong and the air conditioner was great after his instructions. Thank you!

I moved in early August the apartment was newly painted. The paint was still wet upon move-in, & still drying a little now. The neighborhood is really quiet & clean. People are friendly. I love the in unit washer and dryer. Saves me a lot of time and money. I did have a few roaches in my apartment upon move in when I notified the office they had someone come out and spray, and I also put down my own bait and traps so far I see no more roaches in my apartment since about week three. I did have some issues with the washer and dryer unit and they replaced it for me. Overall, I am very happy with my apartment. It’s the perfect size for my little family and the office is very responsive and helpful. Maintenance does a really great job with completing requests. I’m content and satisfied.

We totally love it here! Weve been at this complex for over 3 years and we dont plan on moving until we buy a home. We had a hard time finding a place where management and maintenance was always available when needed. When we need something fixed or a question answered, they are always there to help. The property is also kept so nice! We absolutely love it here!

An update as staff has addressed a majority of my concerns, since I moved inStaff does their best within what they are given and the community manager is very good at communicating with residents about problems.No massive price hikes on renewal like a few apartments Ive seen in the area and the overall layout of the complex is super convenientthe strongest up side for me is the staff is working their hardest to make things as comfortable as possible for residents

My experience after 4 months at Indian Creek -Pros:1. Staff is resident focused and wonderful to work with. Anna is always helpful with anything I need. Update: I also want to commend Philip in maintenance for his quick and friendly service. Issues are taken care of right away.2. Apartment has nice layouts. Closets are roomy.3. My apartment has been updated with new appliances, carpet and faucets. Very clean when I moved in.4. Property is clean and maintained.Cons:1. Parking. When I moved in I was happy thinking i could park near my front door all the time. I found out that it was difficult to find a spot close at times because many of the residents have 2-4 cars per apartment. Parking is not assigned. I can manage this though.2. The noise. Walls must be paper thin with no soundproofing. I hear conversations spoken at normal levels, bathroom fans that are on in other units, kitchen cabinets being closed, every footstep above me. And that is when I don’t wear my hearing aids.Update: I found that I am able to manage most conversation noise by using white noise machines at night and have adapted to the environment. Am happy with my apartment and would recommend Indian Creek.

Indian Creek leasing office and maintenance have always been so kind and helpful in the almost two years I’ve lived here. I’ve never had any problems or concerns about anything related to the property. Maintenance is always super quick and attentive whenever I’ve needed anything done.

Each complex has their own issues, maintenance, location, amenities, neighborhood… when I moved to Indian creek I had lots of concerns, but since day one, the management team was amazing, they made me feel right away at home, the maintenance team is awesome, professionals, they get the things done on the same day, the location of this complex is great, neighborhood lots to do, neighbors are amazing, what else can someone ask in the place to call home…

I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was relatively clean when we moved in (no serious bug issues), and the management left us alone. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but, they were mostly solved. Even as we move out, the hot water in the bath tub is scalding hot. There seems to be no way to control the temperature in the shower except wait to run out of hot water. We had maintenance over a couple of times but never solved the issue. This place is a really good value overall, if we ever wind back up in Georgetown, we will move back.

Indian Creek Apartments would be a great choice to live if you’re looking for an apartment in the Austin area, it’s quiet, relaxed, and the apartments are kept nice and up to date. The staff were always friendly and very helpful, and the occasional events and raffles held for the residents and their pets were always thoughtful and very sweet. If I were to live in Georgetown again this is the place I would want to call my home

This place has wonderfully helpful office staff and a responsive maintenance team. This was my first apartment, and I got freaked out when I first saw some bugs after I moved in. (That’s pretty normal for any apartment unit that isn’t brand new.) But after putting in a work order about it, they immediately sent someone to fix it, and I haven’t had many issues since. Every other issue I’ve had has also been fixed in a very timely manner.I also haven’t had any problems with other tenants, which was something I was worried about when moving in to an apartment. It’s a very nice place to live and I would have gladly stayed longer if I hadn’t had to move for work.

Erin and Caitlin, the office staff at The Indian Creek Apartments were super nice and helpful in getting my son into his first apartment. From the minute we step foot in the office we were greeted and treated with the upmost respect. I highly recommend going to this complex if you are looking for a reasonably priced apartment in a safe area. We look forward to the relationship we will form with these ladies as my son begins living here.
