    I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Veronica, and her service was exceptional. She is always responsive and goes above and beyond to make someone feel like at home. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has great amenities like the pool and fitness center. The location is also super convenient, with easy access to nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, its a fantastic place!

    The apartments are located in an accessible area, with easy entrance to a main highway. It is only minutes away from shopping centers, and entertainment centers for all ages.We’ve only been here a couple of weeks and so far we have not had any issues. The apartments are old so you can’t expect for them to look like new, cosmetically they are not top notch, but for the price and location they are a great option.The staff it’s always helpful, Veronica was amazing when we first got there, she walked us through the complex and showed us one of the apartments with great detail and easy explanation of how the process would work if we would decide on applying for one of the units. She was always in communication with us, through the application process and waiting time. Till this day Veronica has always been accessible, helpful and reliable to whatever question or issue we might have.

    The location is absolutely unbeatable with easy access to pretty much anywhere and also some fantastic local restaurants and shops nearby! Including The Woodlands Mall and Market Street!But what truly sets this place apart from the rest is the incredible staff! Maria, Veronica and Mariana always go above and beyond to ensure that all residents feel at home. Their dedication to making this a great place to call home is evident in everything they do! Also the maintenance team here is Amazing! Imperial Chase truly is a hidden gem!

    I have lived at Imperial Chase for over 2 year Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Cynthia really understand people and life. They are wonderful people who make your experience with them amazing. They help in anyway that they can. Imperial Chase is a great community and I am happy to call it home. Very friendly and family based community. Well maintained by the maintenance crew. They are Very on top of keeping this community very spotless.

    I’m so happy and appreciate the customers service that all the ladies in the office gave. They have the office smelling like coffee and they are so organized.They had the patience to answer all my questions and guide me to the correct unit with the budget that I can afford including the monthly fees added to my rent also.Thanks to the maintenance guys having the community cleaned.

    If I could give more stars I would. My boyfriend and I love our 1 bedroom apartment. Tile floors, new appliances, and granite counter tops! Amazing! The application time and cost to get in were reasonably priced and the apartment was spotless when we moved in. The ladies upfront were so welcoming and nice. Definitely recommend!

    I’ve been living here almost 2 years! I love Maria and Cynthia but I hate the Honduras and Guatemala neighbors (I’m not racist) I’m Mexican but these people always throw cans of beers and sell food with loud music!! But overall the management is great, they always fix any problem!

    Living here has. Been very convenient .everything is close by, my job, fast-food restaurants, even heb. I love living here . The manager is very good people and Lucy in the office is such a nice person also. I love the pinetrees on the premises. The floors are great . Wooden beautiful . And they are dog friendly .

    This place has been my home for 3 years. It is a very quiet central place. I have no complaints about the administration and maintenance and whenever there is a problem they quickly fix it or look for alternatives. The buildings are spacious but the buildings are very old and because of that there are cockroaches, otherwise everything is fine. Imperial Chase is very grateful for everything. The tranquility that is breathed is unique, there are no problematic people around.

Thousands of apologies once again: And I tell you that I have been here in this apartment complex for almost 3 years and despite the parking I would not change renting somewhere else for anything even though the office staff changes, everyone I have met are wonderful people, as is the maintenance staff, they all make a good team and above all, very attentive and willing to solve the problem we have from the heart, that is how I see them, thank you, thank you 🙏
