    Amber has truly made my experience here wonderful, she has amazing customer service and does a great job at making sure that residents are happy and any issues are resolved in a timely manner! I would also like to say that Jermaine has also been so wonderful throughout my experience here, he is a great maintenance guy!

    I was assisted by Kevin today at the leasing office and he was very helpful in helping me decide which of the 12 apartments was best for me. He knew all the stats off the top of his head, and definitely brought me clarity in this stressful period of apartment hunting. The properties were really nice, ( especially Starlite and Zen apartments) and I appreciate his transparency and enthusiasm. Kevin deserves a raise!! I wish Denton student apartments had more information on their website though, but it was super useful dropping in the office and talking to a live agent!

    So at first I wasn’t happy with some stuff during move in. But I got to say I was pleasantly surprised when the office staff came to my rescue to help fix the issue. Jermaine and Jasmine and the rest of you, went above and beyond. My daughter is very happy with her new apartment. Thank you

    Kevin has done a great job even though he was not the problem with the software when the management company changed. He is communicated with me daily and I would recommend that he get a raise. We’re trying to get into this apartment and I’m hoping the software issue will be resolved, and Kevin can get credit for helping make it in. I would write this five star but because of the software issue I have to rate it at five star

    Chance, Amber, Jermaine, Otis, Craig really care about the residents! The Maintenance team is the best crew in DFW.

    I love my apartment! I love how it is pet friendly and how nice the staff is! When I had a bug problem, they got Terminex out right away! However, I placed a work order at the same time and it has still not been completed--I understand that parts may need to be ordered, but it is nice to get communication back. I do wish there was actually grass on the property though, so my dogs dont have to use the bathroom in mud/gravel. Overall, I am glad I chose to live here so far.

    This complex measures up so much better than my current complex and I wish I hadn’t moved honestly. They gave me my deposit back after I moved out, were very timely about maintenance requests, had great prices, and a kind staff. 10 outta 10 for my first apartment.

    I really like living here and renewed my lease. I havent had any problems in the apartment that werent fixed right away. Im also excited that we finally have recycling, cant really be a green community without one.One of my only complaints is the small dog park. A lot of people dont pick up their dogs poop so it smells bad, especially after it rains. The smell was the first thing I noticed when I was moving in since the dog park is right in front of my building. You kind of get used to it, but not really.

    I received a very warm welcoming service from the leasing team. Kevin one of the consultants was very nice and even had to help me re-do my application. I would recommend.

    Been here almost a year and upgraded to a bigger unit a few months ago with a great deal! Freshly renovated and perfect location. Office staff is friendly and maintenance team is great. Thank you Gino for replacing our lock recently!

    Highly recommend applying here. They offer fully furnished apartments in 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. Mercy is a great manager.

    Best apartments Ive lived in yet! A quaint apartment for a not so bad price with usual check ups for bugs and other problems from the management! The apartment has a unique set-up and the price isnt too bad compared to the costs of other living arrangements in Denton.

    Vintage pads are a great place for student living. Its not too far from campus which is nice. I dont really ever have to drive to class. Everyone in the office at iconic village is so friendly and also extremely helpful. My only complaint would be the cigarette smell that comes from the air vents if someone smokes around or in the apartments surrounding me. Ive learned tricks to eliminate it now though.

    Great experience thus far. I have lived here since January 2015 and its October now. I had an electrical problem in the beginning but it was easily fixed aka I had to turn on a switch. But so far everything has been good.

    So far living here has been really great. Everything is green and the rates are more than fare. best apartment so far. It is a very relaxed but profesional vibe to the office. The proximity to UNT is a dream

    Things werent especially clean when I moved in. I wish that it had been more clean so I didnt have to spend the first day mopping and washing everything. It was pretty dirty and stale smelling. Other than that, its been great!

    Melissa and Olivia are the greatest ever, Great management Melissa gets everything done and she is always helpful to me and my brother I highly recommend to rent here. Olivia is also helpful and very resourceful
