I lived in these apartments for 4 years, in all the different floor plans and both the phases. When I say Morgan is the absolute BEST property manager, I truly mean it. She does an amazing job keeping her tenants happy and getting to know them. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to live here and build a relationship with her. If you are looking for a quiet, safe and beautiful home, these are the apartments to choose! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. I will truly miss calling these apartments home.

We lived here and really enjoyed it. The office people are really great and work with you. Didnt meet everyone living there but the ones we did were very nice. Apartments are very nice and updated as part of it is new. They have a great pool area and playground for the kids. If we ever had to move back to an apartment we would move back here.

I am from Europe and only 4 years of experience in apartments, and MorganDarnell has been so professional and amazing in everyday, she always there to help me out when I have questions. The world is better place because of people like her.

This is our favorite apartment we have ever rented and that’s says a lot since we’ve lived in multiple apartments in different states and cities. I want to thank Jennifer from the office for helping us move in here. She is extremely kind and very helpful. Thank you so much. We are joyed to call Hyde park apartments our new home.

I lived at Hyde Park for over a year and when I tell you they are the best apartments to live in!The apartment complex very clean, quiet, friendly neighbors and most of all the apartments are very price reasonable and beautiful!!!The only reason I had to move is due to life changes that happen unexpectedly 😞 but if it wasn’t for that I would still be living there 😊Morgan the manager, is OUTSTANDING! She is very professional, respectful, patient ❤️Steve the maintenance guy is awesome! He is very attentive, quick to respond to work orders and very respectful!Overall, staffing at this apartment complex is great!So, if you are looking to move to Denison please check out Hyde Park. I promise you will not be disappointed.

My first time speaking with the apartments was great! Then I went into the office to apply for my lease and get my apartment. Jennifer was amazing and so kind and patient with me. I can not say how much I really appreciate the assistance I got in getting my apartment.

We have lived here for almost 3 years and we love it.Morgan is the most amazing Manager! Shes friendly, intelligent, and quick to address any concerns we may have and is always professional. The maintenance man,Steven is always busy diligently attending to everything he can to make the property beautiful and safe.

I was among the first residents to move into the new Hyde Park Apartments last year. Katelyn made the advance online paperwork work so easy. When I arrived with all of my belongings I was shocked to see I was on the second floor; although I’m not “officially” handicapped, I do have some serious physical damage and really wanted a ground floor apartment. She went to the office and found one for me. She is a wonderful “face” and representative of Hyde Park and Sunridge Management Group. She’s friendly and firm and has great respect for the residents’ privacy. I don’t typically like large apartment complexes but Katelyn and Hyde have changed my opinion on the issue. I’m moving only because I bought a house but I’ve had a wonderful experience here.

Yes, my sister moved here from Dallas as she needed an ADA accessible living. She has lived here since early spring and finds it EZ to move around inside whether in her wheelchair, walker or cane. A handicap ♿ parking spot in front of her apartment makes it very convenient. Security, more times than not, the gates are closed. I have to call sister for access. She is very watchful of what passes by her windows, walking or driving. I am glad she has moved here closer to me. No place is crime free, even in jail.

We love our home here at Hyde Park all of the modern amenities at a great price!! Morgan is awesome and is always available to assist with all of our needs. The best place to live in Denison!!
