I have been living at Huntington Ridge for 8 months and have had a great experience so far. Community is quiet and well kept, the apartment is spacious, with fairly new appliances and great windows. Amenities are well maintained , beautiful pool and great laundry room. The staff is very helpful and friendly, Brenda and Kieran made the process of moving in very enjoyable. Great communication. I can’t say enough about the maintenance staff, they address problems or concerns very fast and keep everything running properly. I would highly recommend this community, very well located and accesible.

I have rented for 2 yrs. I am very happy with the management Brenda and Kareem. They are pleasant managers. I enjoyed the activities they do. Also clean and safe . I highly recommend this place.

I love working from home in this peaceful apartment complex. The abundance of natural light in my unit is a huge mood booster. Whenever Ive needed anything fixed, maintenance has been quick and efficient. Plus, the friendly and respectful neighbors are a big plus!

Ive been living at Huntington Ridge for just over a year now and it is definitely a complex worth considering if youre looking for a new place to call home.Since moving in February of 2023, I have seen numerous updates take place across the entire complex big and small. This included updated energy efficient lighting fixtures inside the unit, and new porch lights outside. The largest improvement though was the installation of brand-new Carrier air conditioning units and digital thermostats.Other positives of the complex include adequate parking availability which means it is never a struggle to find a space to park not far from your unit. It is also quiet in the day as others have pointed out so if you work from home, you wont have any issues. At night it is very well lit and safe. I personally appreciate the proximity to the DFW airport for business travel. This complex really does have a great location.When I arrived Brenda and Kieran assisted me with moving in and I am happy to say the office staff has remained the same, so they know you by name when you run into them on the property. They also started hosting community events late last year and every quarter there seems to be something fun. This included a bingo night and a guess the candies in a jar to win a gift basket which is a nice way to engage with residents. They also have Saturday office hours which is great if you cant make it in the week after work.It is not the newest complex, but when items do arise the maintenance team has always been competent and able to fix whatever is needed. The one thing I wish the complex had is the option for covered parking. There are some covered spaces, but they are assigned to specific units, whereas at some complexes Ive lived at before it is an option you can add to your lease.That said Im still enjoying living here and thought it was time to share my positive experience so others could as well. I almost forgot, there are fireplaces in the units which are maintained (the complex just had the chimney cleaners come by a couple of weeks ago), so if you enjoy sitting by the fireplace in the winter you have that option as well.

Brenda the apartments manager is awesome, always has been. The maintenance team is super nice and gets maintenance requests done in a timely manner. Moving here has been a great decision for me and my family. The apartment size and amenities are awesome. This is a great place to live and a great community. Highly recommend it.

Thank you to Brenda the Leasing Manager for all the help and Professionalism she has shown. I would like to just say how amazing she is in every aspect of helping everyone. She always has a smile when you walk in the office and is always willing to go the extra mile. You can tell the compassion, revel, and love for her job. I would like you all to recognize her for the Value she brings to your company she is the only reason I chose this apartment complex. Anytime I have had an issue it has been taken care of within 48 hrs. If you were to have more Employees like her your company would be by far the best with her attributes reflecting on your company. I have been a resident of Huntington Ridge since June of 2018 and I really enjoy the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that I am leasing.Brenda, the community manager is nothing less than personable and professional. The service that she has provided has never missed the mark when it comes to service provided by the office. All of our maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner as well.The complex is older, however, it is currently getting a huge remodel. They refinished the exterior of the buildings and I imagine it will look great once it is finally complete. The interior of the apartments are in great shape and have been well maintained. Any issues that I have had have been addressed fairly.I enjoy the floor plan of the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that I am leasing and if you compare the size and amenities of this apartment versus others in the area, you will find that Huntington Ridge is a great value for the neighborhood. I would say that I hit the lotto when it comes to my neighbors. As you can imagine, when living in apartments sometimes you dont really think that your neighbors are very, well, neighborly. Everyone in the area surrounding my apartment are very friendly and have a good sense of community.During the summer the pools were maintained nicely and with two pools, there was always room for me to find a spot to relax. The fitness center and the equipment is older, but, it works and is accessible all of the time.Overall, Brenda does a great job at taking care of this property. All things considered, there are a lot of options when it comes to apartment leasing and there are obviously options that are newer with fancier amenities, but, you can tell that this property is managed by a professional who truly cares about the property.

Nice place to call home. They are old but they are working on updating them currently, with my patio turned into a small backyard. Maintenance is amazing, when the upstairs flooded and came through my ceiling, he was there to help move things and pick up. Brenda has been a great manager to work with. Anytime I’ve had an issue or needed something she was very helpful and quick about helping. Resident for 2 years now.

I’ve been living here for almost a year and it’s been great! The community is quiet and peaceful (which was my main concern before moving in.) PLENTY of parking. Maintenance is always there to help, whether it’s at 9 am or 11pm. Front office staff is friendly and very helpful. The only downside is how hot it gets in the Summertime (my apt has a sunroom) however, it’s a love/hate thing because I love the all of the windows and natural light. 5 starts because no complaints here :)*edit*Also want to add when the Winter Storm happened we still had electricity AND running water the entire time! While other communities were badly affected, we weren’t, and for that I’m thankful.

My experience living at Huntigton Ridge Apt has been a positive one. The office staff are great and the maintenance team takes care of maintenance request quickly. The location is key. Its very easy to get to many highways and businesses. Overall, this community is a great place to stay!!!

I have lived in these apartments previously for almost a decade. Turnover rate in the office is rather high until they had a seasoned manager that knew how to run the facility. After Brenda took over the apartments are well maintained and work orders done in a timely manner. They spray often and IF you have an issue they address your needs properly. It is in a great location to get to the airport and access both downtown Dallas/Fort-Worth for a fun night out !

I LOVE my apartment! I fell in love with the huge windows which let in a lot of natural light, but the complex itself is also so clean and quiet! Maintenance requests are addressed quickly and Kieran and Brenda are always quick to address concerns.

We have been at these apartments for 7 months now and have had nothing but good experiences. Brenda is amazing and always helpful when we go in to the office. It is a nice area and we love living here. Im surprised it doesnt have a better rating

Moved in about a week ago and so far so good ! its really quiet here which i love because i work from home . maintenance is really good on all the problems i have has been fixed in a timely matter . Kieran in the office is super sweet and willing to help whenever he can. i have few more things that needs to be fixed . i could not be happier.

Ive lived in Hunnington Ridge for over two years now and I love everything except parking. I stay on a corner with parking in the front and the side and very seldom can park in front or the side of my building. Im waiting for my appliances to be upgraded. Once my lease is up if I leave its only because of the parking situation.

I am giving five stars NOT because the place is really nice because it’s actually getting pretty old. But that being said, the maintenance men here are awesome and they work their butts off to keep our AC’s, water, electricity going and everything else that keeps us comfortable. I can only imagine what they go through to be effective in such an old apartment complex! So thank you!

This has been home for my family 3 years now. I have witnessed multiple managers and assistance managers pass though. They now have an amazing team and I never had an request gone unanswered. Not everything is an their control but they still do there best to accommodate and I respect that. Rudeness has never been an issue and have never witnessed it. Brenda has been nothing other than Pleasant. See for yourself.

I havent seen any bugs or mice in my apartment...however, I am very clean..brenda is very nice and understanding..the rent is kind of high, but worth the stay..I never had a problem with getting anything repaired..my toilet overflowed on a Friday night and I called the answering service and he came right..I am a very honest person and some of these reviews are not true..
