This is a great place to live! Ive lived here for over 7 years now and it is honestly one of the best places I have lived. It is well maintained, it is pretty quit around here and I have had no issues with loud neighbors or music. It is a great location as well. The office staff have always been very helpful to me. Any maintenance request I send in are taken care of pretty quickly. I have really enjoyed living here and plan on being here for a while longer.

Been here since July and have been very happy. The front desk staff were wonderful helping us match with the perfect unit. We were able to do a virtual and in person tour which was really helpful. The maintenance has been super quick as well. There were a couple items that needed repair on move in and they were right on top of it. The front desk staff even reached out after a week or two to ensure all the repairs we needed done were being addressed.Downsides to this complex would be that while there are pet waste bins, there aren’t enough for it to be convenient. With that, people tend to do a poor job with picking after their animals, especially at the dog park. The park would be a great feature if you weren’t worried about getting a ball caked in dog poop. The water fountain at the dog park also hasn’t worked since we moved in. Another downside is that the pools have been closed since mid July. We were very excited to use them once we got settled but they have yet to reopen.These are just two small down sides to an otherwise great experience so far!

Unlike at other properties, this management seems to actually care about the upkeep and happiness of their residents. Kelsi has done an exceptional job being attentive and implementing a plan to drive this places success. I had all the plans of moving out at the end of my lease, but thanks to new management they’ll have to see me stick around a little longer! :)

My wife and I worked with Melanie in the leasing office and she did an amazing job of getting us a good apartment spot. Upon moving in we had a lot of concerns about the conditions of some items in the apartment. But once we told Melanie, the maintenance team came and fixed every issue we brought up by the next morning. To say I’m impressed is an understatement. We’ve only been here for 4 days and I’m very happy with the leasing and maintenance team so far.

Absolutely LOVE our new spacious apartment!! Everything is brand new and Yolanda was an incredible help in answering questions and guiding us through the application process (which was SPEEDY as we were on a tight schedule). This is a busy residency so if interested, I recommend going into the office during the mornings instead of calling!

Ever since Ive moved to this community a couple years ago the staff has been nothing but great. They definitely are on top of things whenever I need something done. The maintenance crew cleans up after their repairs which is greatly APPRECIATED. And the office staff really works well with you in trying to make sure that you are comfortable and happy regarding your living arrangements here.

I have enjoyed my stay at The Dalton which has now become known as Huntington Meadows. I’ve lived here since 2021 and just renewed my lease again. The community is quiet(except for my new neighbors upstairs🤷🏽‍♀️😂) but I’m happy living here and it’s safe and centrally located to the expressway, shopping and entertainment. If I’ve had a maintenance request, it’s always been handled right away and the property is well maintained and the new owners are making even more changes that have been most welcome. Come and check us out and hopefully you can call Huntington Meadows home as well.

Kevin did such a great job he is very efficient. I had a leak under my kitchen he came within 20 min and I also had an issue with my living room fan and he ordered me a brand new one within days and installed it. You guys need to find more great workers like Kevin and dont lose him. Ive lived here for 4 years. Transferred from a 2nd floor unit to a 1st floor unit and I love it.

I moved in almost a year ago after a terrible year at Montecito Club. I haven’t had any huge issues here and even resigned. Recently had a leak in the bathroom and laundry room and maintenance took care of that as soon as possible. Only issue I had is that they fixed it but didn’t try to make it look nice after it was fixed. The office team has also checked up to make sure the work orders are complete and always call back.Update: they came to make it look nicer so I’m happy again

Ive lived here for 4 years and have enjoyed my time here. The office staff is friendly, the neighbors are welcoming and nice, and the amenities are top notch. They have a fitness center, 2 pools with BBQ areas, and a dog park. Its quiet and they do a great job at maintaining the complex. The maintenance guys are great at fixing the issues in the complex as well.

Tonight we were locked out of our apartment. We got home and neither my boyfriend’s key or my key would unlock the door. We called and reported (left a voice mail) that we had been locked out and needed in our apartment. In less than 15 minutes Kevin met us at our apartment with such an amazing, positive attitude! As someone with professional management experience, Kevin is an employee that should be TREASURED! He is ALWAYS willing to go above and beyond! I have NEVER encountered Kevin in a bad mood, even though I always see him busy around the complex! I see him so busy that it honestly appears he might need another helper! Kevin has helped making a home out of this community so easy, and is a big part of the reason that we will be renewing our lease! Kevin your attitude and willingness to get things done, is an extremely valuable and hard to find trait in an employee now days! We APPRECIATE all of your hard work, and hope that management recognizes how vital you are to the success of this complex!!

I can say a lot about this complex and the staff here. 8 months ago I was transitioning to this City and I didn’t have a clue about the area , the neighborhood, nor the cost of living here!! I called around and no luck nothing grabbed my attention; Then I talk to and meet my Angel Kelley just one of the staff members here she took out the the time to make sure that this would be my future Home, she made me feel that I would be safe, comfort, and that this was the best location there was in the area.I had no concern she was my advocate, the staff here took care of every concern, worry, doubts that I may have had. I lived 3 hour away and couldn’t make it to even see the apartment nor the location until the day I moved in, and I must say I was , and still is very pleased!! They have touch me and my family life and I am and will forever be grateful!!

Been here for a year and I can’t complain maintenance is on top of things and front office are always helpful we are renewing our lease so I guess that means a big thing, the only thing is the fitness center is not open I would like if we are able to reserve it and also I don’t like them locking the pool area. But that’s it. I do say come and lease here you will be satisfied. Oh last thing I don’t care for care for valet trash only because it’s to expensive and I don’t feel it’s worth it I think it should be optional! 🥰

I do not reside in this complex but did have a complaint I wanted to lodge. Ms. Angelica the Property Manager listened to my concerns and IMMEDIATELY addressed them accordingly. She made sure to ask all the relevant questions needed and did a proper follow up to ensure that the problem was resolved.Although I do NOT reside in this complex..IF I were to be looking for another place to live, just based on the assurance of quality, expedient service and resolution I received, I would surely consider anywhere Ms. Diana or Ms. Angelica were working.From the time you entered the establishment, Ms. Diana was warm and welcoming and greeted you with a smile and salutation, not knowing if you were already a resident or not and that in itself, speaks volumes.Thank you ladies for making what started out an unbearable NIGHTMARE 😡 a now feasible DREAM😴

I have been living at Huntington Meadows Apts since 2020 (I just renewed my lease)! I love this property! The ladies in the front office are so sweet, & helpful; & they actually care about their residents! When the pandemic hit last March, & I lost my job they helped me find rental assistance, let you put your rent on a payment plan, waived late fees, etc; they really stepped in to help us, & they still are doing so! I don’t ever plan on leaving.. they have a renter for life with me:)

I have lived at Huntington Meadows for 18 months. My experiences with the front office staff consisting of Angelica, Michelle and Diana has been a pleasure, as they are always helpful and happy. Additionally, our lead maintenance, Rafael, has been so kind and consistently available, and the new porter recently hired, Randy, is a welcome added employee doing a good job. I can recommend to anyone seeking living arrangements a thumbs up for living at this property.

Ive been here since August 2017 and so far I love my apartment.Pros: convenient location, professional/helpful staff and maintenance, quiet neighborhood, considerate/kind neighbors, clean apartments--interior and exterior.Cons: My apartment gets super hot in the summer and super cold in the winter. I dont know if its because my apartment faces a certain direction and somehow that effects the temperature, but this is the warmest/coldest apartment Ive ever rented (its really not a con but its the only negative thing I have to say about this place)

So Ive lived here almost a month and Im about to break my lease and move...Its taken a little time, but Ill be leaving this weekend. While the office staff is nice and I cant say enough good things about them, shortly after moving here I learned that there was a robbery turned homicide in one of the units here. There were two notices sent out along with a statement saying that they would have security patrol the area, and I havent seen that happen but twice and that was in January when the robbery turned homicide first happened. I had to send my son to live with his grandmother while Im in the process of moving and have discovered Im pregnant with my second baby who will be due long before my lease term was originally up and I do not want my small children in a community where someone will just bust up into your apartment blow you away and nobody has any answers as to the whos whats and whys of the whole ordeal. While yes, Im aware that no place is 100% safe, something like that happening is just way too close to home for me to be able to sleep at night. Most importantly my kids. Again, nothing against the office staff I think they are such lovely people and they have been very patient with me and have really tried to work with me, but unfortunately I cannot continue to live in these apartments with this sort of thing happening.UPDATE: I feel so bad for having to even write such a review, because as I stated the staff was SOO nice to me. Never had any problems with customer service or any of that. Even though I never paid my rent because I used everything to move into my new place, which wasnt ready when I thought it would be which led me having to stay way past my two weeks notice, not once was any of the office staff rude. They were always polite when speaking with me. I hate that I couldnt continue my lease term and for that reason I do have every intention on paying what I owe, but again just for personal reasons I had to break my lease and move out. NOTHING against the office staff at all.

Moved in when the pandemic started. There were no hassle despite the craziness going on.When there was an issue it was resolved within a couple of days I even received follow up phone calls to see if the issue had been fixed. No issues with the apartments I’ve really been enjoying you stay here.
