    I just recently moved in, and it has been nothing but a wonderful experience! Ms. Noelle was such a joy to work with, and the apartment is BEAUTIFUL!!! It is definitely our dream apartment home :) I had just a couple of maintenance requests, and they were out here the very next day (it was on a Sunday that I entered it)! AMAZING job guys!

    Kari the manager and Noell the assistant manager are the best. They actually answer the phone or call back. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly. Rudy the head of maintenance always works hard and greets you with a smile. This is a great place to live. I would highly recommend living here.

    Hunters Cove is a WONDERFUL place to live! We have lived here for a little over half a year and have zero complaints. We actually signed our lease without having ever seen the place in person, from 20+ hours away. Best decision we couldve made at the time. The apartments have beautiful interiors with high ceilings, huge windows, and up-to-date appliances. Sometimes the parking fills up pretty quickly on the weekends, but that is just to be expected with any apartment complex. It is very quiet and conveniently located, just minutes away from shopping and restaurants. We live right on the lake, which is absolutely BEAUTIFUL (10/10 would recommend getting a lakefront apartment if you can). The management team is great; theyve been extremely helpful and patient with us through all of our questions, both during and after the moving process. They are extremely kind and have treated us with nothing but respect and kindness. We have really enjoyed living here.

    Ive lived here 3 years and have had little to no issues. Our newest manager Kari, is on top of her game. Whenever Ive reached out for anything I promptly receive a response. I cant say the same has happened in the past. Things I was promised from previous managers were still a problem when Kari became manager. Ive always told her no rush but when you have a chance these are the things that need to be done and voila, its done. Managers like her make the complex feel more like home.

    I am a resident at Hunters Cove. We’ve had some staff come and go, but I believe we have the dream team in our office right now. Carrie makes sure that things are taken care of when you present her with an issue. She never backs down from any challenges a resident may have because she has the experience so things phase her. Carrie always has a solution and gives you her word on when an issue can be resolved. This tells me that she works well with her staff and they work well together, and they work with a smile. If they were not happy, they wouldn’t stay and make our home so comfortable. So I want to thank them all for being so kind and professional. Keep up the good work….. We love it here💯❣️

    It has been different management the last few years. Recently, with the new manager Kari and leasing agent Quieda, things are starting to look up. As well as Rudy, the maintenance man. Rudy’s been here for years and for a period of time by himself, but he’s always managed to get the job done and with class and Grace. I believe, we all once at some point in time in life had to come behind someone else and clean up their mess and that’s what these two ladies and their staff are doing. In the short amount of time that this office staff has been here I can say that I’ve seen a change for the better. They have been efficient andeffective with trying to solve the many issues.A Note: We don’t know the problems they walked into. But allow them a chance to fix what’s been broken for quite some time. Nothing happens overnight.God Bless 🙏🏾

    Moved here in 2020 - lots of office staff have come and gone - rents have increased and continue to do so but the apartments here are nice and spacious. New ladies in the office and they are trying to clean up what the previous management and staff have messed up - Rudy is the hardest working maintenance guy in the state of Texas and a true asset!

    Ms Nicole & Ms. Elisa have been amazing through this process of getting me approved. It took a little time but the level of professionalism has been amazing! Ms. Nicole did not rush me in making a decision and everyone of my question she answered with a smile.The apartment looks exactly like the pictures!!!!!!!!!Maintenance keeps the grounds beautiful and I look forward to moving in.     Our last day at Hunters Cove is July 13,2023,Bittersweet felling we have had an amazing time here very great place to live. Especially the maintenance man Rudy Sanchez always on point! when it came to getting things done he was always there and very respectful and got things done in a timely manner. So if you move here you can definitely expect great maintenance services! The complex is very quiet and family friendly would definitely come back if I had to;) thank you Hunters Cove and Thank you Rudy Sanchez for always taking care of us!

    Currently looking for a new apartment and decided to stop by here. I had the best experience with Nichole.! She was spot on and answered all my questions while upholding the best professionalism.     I’ve really been struggling lately on whether or not to move. The office staff was AWFUL! They were so rude and mean to me and I was not getting my renew lease signed stressing me so badly. I took one last chance and called yesterday. I was surprised because it was someone new and she was so helpful evening asking me to stop by the office so she could show me how to sign online for my lease renew. I got here and it was 2 new office ladies!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its a big change and I feel much better. They helped me with my renew and wasn’t mean!!!!! I hope they stay.

    Ive been looking for apartments since returning back to Texas and I stopped by and spoke with a young lady by the name of Nichole and she was so helpful . Such a welcoming and warming greeting with a smile and was able to answer all of my questions! She was very professional and friendly! I hope and pray to call these apartments my new home!

    Just left the office with ms. elise and I’m so thankful for the office ladies. They have helped so much. The maintenance guy are super sweet and made me feel seen finally. Previously barely anything was done when I asked and people were rude. But now with the new people everyone is nice and helps me. I decided today I will sign another lease because of them.

    We just took a tour with Elise and Alexus. If you are needing a great place to stay with friendly faces, I highly recommend coming to talk to them! They said they were the new office people but for being new they were so helpful and so sweet. We can’t wait to move in! Thank you girls for being so helpful!

    I moved here about a month ago from California, and since day one Brittney, the manager, has been extremely helpful and attentive to all my questions and issues. I havent lived here enough to encounter any issues but the front office staff always greet you with a smile and the maintenance guys are pretty solid too. The apartments are located near major retailers like Walmart, Target and Home Depot so everything you need for your essential is within reach. The area is nice and quiet and the property is kept clean. Overall I really like the vibe from Hunters Cove and its residents and Im sure I will enjoy my time here.

    It is awesome! These are really nice apartments unlike any other; Its very nice and unique.However, there are some downsides. First off, bugs like flies and moths always find a way to get in. I dont know if its like a crack in windows or what. And to top all thay off, the pool we have here in 2022, its rarely cleaned anymore. I dont know if its the employees that are too lazy or the manager or what.Please help fix these issues. But overall, i really think you should come here. (Also the price is really good.

    The office staff is very professional. It felt like being home, the grounds were clean, spacious parking, and they have designated pet areas. I spoke to Lisa the office manager regarding an apartment, and she was very courteous and helpful. I am looking forward to becoming a future tenant.

    The front office workers have always been sweet and welcoming to me; they are prompt in responding emails too. The process to lease the apartments was very smooth and its only one of the very few in the area that offers a 3 mo. lease. I love the views here (especially the lake view), and its very peaceful and quiet even being so close to the highway and the hospital (and also close to all the shopping centers). Im glad to have my lease here!

    The Staff at the leasing office are attentive and kind. We love the location and are lucky to have a upper floor with lake view. The grounds are well kept and grass is mowed. The apartments are modern and spacious with great bay sized windows lots of light. All my neighbors are really kind and lots of dog parents with lovable dogs. The pool is really great in the summer and overlooks the lake so it feels like a resort. The grills are charcol so they never get used; a gas grill would be a nice update. Lots of residents also have really nice patio furniture so often one gets a friendly hello walking through the grounds. We have lived three years at Hunter Cove and it really feels like home.

    I have absolutely LOVED living here. I wish I could stay!! Maintenance men are the BOMB! very quick and friendly. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. This place is well maintained inside and out. My favorite part about apartment was the view. My family has experienced hundreds of stunning sunrises and sunsets over the water. I hate leaving this place. Ill miss watching the divers, kayakers, fishermen, ducks, various other birds. Its been an awesome year here. I highly recommend this complex to everyone! Especially if you can get a view of the water! Its well worth the extra few bucks!

    I have really enjoyed living here for a year at Hunters Cove. Searching for a place while living in another state the staff made the transition easy. Never saw the unit prior to moving here I was very pleased the pictures online was exactly what I got. The price was in my budget and the surrounding amenities was a plus. I literally can walk everywhere but not in this Texas heat. I understand the cost of things are increasing but the price jump of the rent increase was a little steep but just like Chick-fil-A I stayed because of the service. Until my soulmate comes to get me and rent doesn’t go up next year I will be here

    This apartment is the best !! I am on my third year living here. The front office is the best and very responsive. The maintenance personnel are great and I mean great.. Living here is a joy. The person who posted before is just wrong. The deceased young man had problems and it is sad. Not the apartments fault and not found on the apt property. Grounds are beautiful and all is quiet. Come live here & you’ll love it.

    Let me start off by saying that I love where I live:) I have been living here at Hunters cove apartments going on two years. You bet I am releasing come my renewal date. The main reason is the amazing environment, the wonderful neighbors, but most of all the go above and beyond helpful staff. They make it a joy to call this place my home. These apartments are well kept and beautiful with a little lake and a clean, sparkling blue pool that my kids love. One of our favorite things to do on the weekend is cook out outside and feed the ducks. From holiday events held by the apartment staff to the scenic living environment this place is definitely 5 star all the way. Love it!:)

    When I decided to live in an apartment these were by far the nicest ones around. The inside of the units are like little homes. Very nice and upgraded appliances as well as nice cabinets and countertops. Love the wood floors as well. The dog park was a life saver and the onsite gym was too. The office staff, specifically Brandi is amazing to work with! I’ve found a house I’m moving in to but if I had to live in an apartment again it would definitely be these. My only criticism is that parking can be an issue. Seems like they did not plan for enough given the number of units in the complex.

    These apartments are really nice! Our friends just moved in and love it. They have a little dog park for your furr babies. It is a gated community. Visitors may park in the complex until 6pm and after that they can be towed. Visitors staying past 6pm must park outside of the gate. The pool is really nice! They have a work out room at the front office with bathroom access.

    Weve been newly transplanted from another state to Waxahachie, Tx. Clarissa was very helpful. She was the one that assisted us when we initially inquired about the apartments. Each time i called the office, she would respond immediately. She made the application process super easy and professional.Since day (1) one we received genuine and joyful experiences.Weve made some maintenance calls after our transitioning . Maintenance had been extremely helpful and quick to respond. Theyve remedied each issue promptly.This has been the first time we rented from a complex that actually does what they advertise and go over and beyond with a genuine smile.I would definitely recommend to anyone .

    Been here for about four months, and weve really enjoyed it. Nice apartments, and a helpful staff -- in particularly Cary, on the maintenance staff. Hes been incredible helpful with our requests and also very patient with helping us through some car troubles as well. Would certainly recommend the complex.

    We are new to Texas and I feel like we couldn’t of found a better place to start. Our problems are always taken care of when we need. The front office is always so nice and the community events held are enjoyable and a great way for socializing. We honestly haven’t had any issues that would push us away from living in such a wonderful complex.

    Britney and Clarissa are so sweet. They are always so helpful and polite. My husband was the courtesy officer there for almost 2 years. We loved the complex. We were sad to leave. The customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend.

    I just recently moved into a 2 bedroom with the most beautiful view of the lake. It is a beautiful area, and in the middle of everything you need. Since Ive viewed the apartment to the time that I moved in, the office staff have been very kind, and are prompt to respond to communications, and very professional. The application process was quick easy and convenient.

    So I see how everyone that have given reviews on here that are bad Im sure are tenants that have moved out. First of all, you tenants that have moved out you all read the lease contract or at least I would hope you did! So for you to come on here and bad mouth the management or the complex in general because you did not do your homework and pay attention to the contract is your own fault. My husband and I lived there in 2016 when I came home from active duty and had a year lease there and after our lease was up we moved in with in laws for a few months. We have decided to move out of the in laws house and back into an apartment and Hunters Cove was the only place we ever thought of moving back to! Another thing is that if all you can do is get on here and use profanity towards the people in the office, you really need to understand that we as users on google reviews can see what all we review so when someone clicks on your profile and all they see are negative reviews on your profile maybe those places are not the problem maybe your negativity is the actual problem.

    I can actually sleep over at my friends house because i dont want her uncle to get tired of picking me up from my house.Now i can finnaly be droped off at thier house.The staff is very nice to us and they dont yell at us at all.That is good.It has great service.Also,they have a fire alarm in every house to test out to make sure they work.Which is a good thing because u dont want to burn ti death,right.So yea. U should totally rent this place because no place is better than Hunters Cove Apartments 🏰.
