I visited these apartments this morning and met Ms. Simone the property manager. She didnt have anything available so she added me on the wait-list. She has a really great spirit and she very friendly. Although I was unable to lease today, I hope she gets an opening soon. I would love to live here❤️ thanks Simone

Ive been looking for an apartment for my mom about a month now. I visited Humble Memorial Gardens last Friday and the office manger Simone was so awesome. They were having a veterans day celebration. Simone was super enthusiastic and friendly. I can tell that her residents really enjoy her. I cant wait until Simone has a unit available for my mom, because I know my mother would love living here. Thanks for everything Simone. 💖

Looked into these facilities because they looked so nice online. I came by the properties and spoke with a manager Ms. Simone. She was so friendly and informative . Her patience with me was really what made me want to lease this review. All my questions were met with an answer and a smile . Top notch service

Went in this morning and was Greeted by a young lady Simone Arceneaux Her smile was very welcoming.I was not able to see a unit because there was no Vacancies. But she was kind enough to take me on a tour around the property Very well kept she let me know about Events they have for the residents every month.they have a nice social room just to come down and relax, read a book are just to play pool. She was able to get me on the waiting list. Hopefully this will be my new home soon.

Im trying to get an apartment at humble Memorial Gardens I live in Humble in another 55 and up Community but its not 55 anymore I just like to find a two-bedroom apartment where I can just rest my head and not have to worry about kids running everywhere I think this would be a great fit for me

This place is so sweet Simone is a angel Miss Tracy my friend still keep in contact with me all the wonderful seniors that they called me I Sing a song say a prayer and Ill visit them everything is so sweet I moved closer to be by my grandson I do miss everyone ,I have been on a waiting list for 3 years and when I receive the call I left my only chance to be close to my grandson that have great programs do if you need a place please check them out .

Hey, My name is Mrs. Emma Barrett I live here, we have an awesome Manager here at Humble Memorial Gardens, the elevator is out of order, and its been out for about a 2 or 3 months now. They sent letters out to the residents that are on the 2nd and 3rd floors that are effected to offer a service for their daily needs and I think that was so nice. I know this is not a good thing that happened but things like that do happened on a property and Im just happy that they are going out their way to make sure all are taken care of. We do need some improvement on the property, but since the new staff has been here a lot of things are starting to improve around here. A lot more is being done. Thanks Ms. Martina for allowing us to come in and talk to you whenever we need a listening ear.

Kudos to miss Jade and her personelle on late Friday I noticed a puddle of water coming from the ac. I hour afterward, the ac shut off. Another service was called in. Within hours my apartment ac was repaired. Thank you Humble Memorial Gardens for looking out for your residents
