    Update: I am only updating my review and decreasing it to 4 stars because my husband’s vehicle was recently broken into in the parking lot and theft was committed. Other residents have also had their vehicles broken into this week alone. Hudson Miramont claims there are cameras on the property (you can see them) but that there isn’t any video recording available to show the crime. That doesn’t make much sense to me. They also seem to have loosened their vetting process for new residents. One of the main reasons we moved in was because it seemed like a safe community with respectful people. Not so much anymore…We are loving living at Hudson Miramont! Our move-in process was very smooth and the apartment was clean and ready for move-in with minimal fixings, which the amazing maintenance team fixed promptly. Melanie in the leasing office was extremely helpful and understanding since day one and provided us with all the information needed for us to make an informed decision before moving from out-of-state. Our kitty also loves spending time on the balcony. Excited to explore the community more!

    As a vendor who currently services other apartment complexes it is refreshing be able to service the Hudson Miramont where Lexi and Stefania excel in their management and communication skills. My interactions with them have always been positive, As they are consistently friendly, organized, and responsive. Is clear that the team Is dedicated to Maintaining the property and ensuring the satisfaction of all the residents. If you are looking for a well managed and cooperative property to work with and make home, this complex is a standout choice!     Ive lived in several apartment complexes in Austin, and the Hudson Miramont is by far the best. Five years in and it still exceeds my expectations. Every year when its time to renew my lease, I look around at other, newer apartment complexes, then evaluate what I would gain and what I would lose. Heres why I stay.Location: Just the right amount of distance from MoPac. Close to HWY 71. Its tucked away on the hills with the giant Google Fiber sign (FREE Google Fiber, btw!), next to greenbelts and walking trails and a pasture where youll see the occasional cow.Management: The office staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. There has been little turnover since Ive been here, a big plus.Friendliness: The complex has a neighborhood feel. While the average age skews younger, as most apartments do, there are older people and children as well.Noise level: The highway noise isnt bad, sans the fire trucks and ambulances on Southwest Parkway. The apartment complex noise, well, Im in a quiet building so I cant speak for everyone. There are the requisite barking dogs, mine being one of them on occasion.Parking: pay for a carpet or garage. Youll be glad you did.Maintenance: Maintenance: Awesome! We have a team of 3 guys who keep this place running smoothly.Pets: This is a haven for dog lovers. The complex has two dog parks separated by a fence, each equipped with fantastic agility equipment--jumps, tunnels, and weave poles. Im including pictures of the greenbelts to give examples.Of course, the apartments themselves: Ive enjoyed my space with all of its natural light. My 1BR apartment is spacious. Whats not to like?

    I have now completed my first year living at Hudson Miramont and Im ready to sign for another! Office/Maintenance staff are superb, always handing matters in a friendly, effective, and efficient manner. Dog park is well kept and grounds/amenities exude tranquility! Hudson Miramont is just far enough away from town to escape the hustle and bustle while keeping you close enough to return when ready for a little excitement. Thank you Hudson team for the exceptional job that you all do!

    Hello everyone. Charlie and I have made Hudson Miramont our home for the past ten years (cant believe it!) when we move back close to our home state of Louisiana.     I’ve spent many days around the beautiful pool and have also met many friendly faces while at the grill or at the dog park. With lots of green area and trails this complex has been a great location to raise my one-year old german shepard!Haven’t had many utility problems, but the ones I have had, have been responded to and fixed quickly. The staff is very friendly!!The interior of my apartment is spacious and has about everything I need. I spend a lot of my time on my balcony which has a killer view of the hill country. The balconies are very spacious and I love how well decorated a lot of my neighbors keep theirs! There’s a real community feel to this complex and it’s genuine! I’ve met a lot of friendly people all over this place!

    Location is so pretty. The apartments are hidden in the hills and it doesn’t take long to make a trip to downtown austin or bee cave. The community is great and apartments are 10/10 besides some flaws on the cabinet wood coverings and walls. When I moved in there was an old nasty broken stove but within a month i came home one day to a brand new clean one.

    Great property. Close enough to the city to be able to take advantage of everything Austin has to offer, but just far enough removed to be peaceful, quiet, and amongst beautiful nature. The apartments themselves are huge, well maintained, and affordable. Last, but maybe most important, the staff are top notch. True professionals that will help you take any frown and turn it directly upside down.

    The office team is incredible and work orders are completed quickly! The gym has everything you need to get a good workout in and I love how big and spacious the pool area is. Highly recommend living at Hudson!

    We have lived at Hudson Miramont since 2015. Its easy to treat the property and apartment like you own it since they are so well maintained! Stacey and her team are professional, responsive and truly make you feel like you are all family. The location is ideal the surroundings are beautiful and quiet! The grounds are immaculate!     My wife and I love living here and theres so much bang for your buck here. Our first few months of living here felt much like staying at a resort with all of the amenities and scenery we have here. The community is fantastic and we have made so many friends this year. The entire staff is friendly, and all of our maintenance requests have been resolved quickly. You can tell that the staff works hard to serve us and create a fun culture with frequent events. When Stacey (the property manager) had found out that our dog had passed away, she was so kind to write my wife and I a letter, deliver Tiffs Treats to our door and wish us condolences the next time we met with her. Ive lived in many apartments and have never been treated so well as a tenant. I would highly recommend living here and will truly miss the entire community as we move up to North Austin.

    I can not even begin to express how happy I am with this property. If we hadn’t gotten a second large dog and needed a yard we would absolutely have stayed with them.When my husband and I first moved here (From halfway across the country I might add) we had intended to move into a different complex (message me if you’d like to know where NOT to live). That complex changed our move in date, offered to help with temporary housing, then straight up ghosted us like a week before my husband and dog were supposed move out. It was a disaster and I was panicking trying to find a good place for us to live.Enter the Hudson Miramont. They were soooo understanding and helped to get us into a unit right away. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Management was fantastic and clearly cared about us, not just the money we could bring in. The units are lovely and have so much light! The windows are huge. Lots of good space. They were always prompt about getting back to us if we had questions or needed maintenance. If you want a community oriented apartment that doesn’t treat you like a profit this is the place to go. 10/10 would live there again.

    Ive been living at Hudson Miramont for several years and love it! The views are incredible. There are many places to walk my dog around the apt. grounds, beautiful trails by the nearby church or my dogs favorite, The Natural Gardener. A great location on the edge of Austin and easy to get anywhere. I love watching sunsets on my spacious patio. The people that live here are friendly, more like a community, prompt maintenance, responsive, caring office staff, beautiful pool, well-kept gym. I feel safe living here and cant find a negative.

    I’ve lived at Hudson Miramont for 2.5 years and I absolutely love it! The price is fair, location is great, and it has good amenities! The staff truly cares about their residents - they respond to maintenance requests quickly, offer treats and toys for the dogs and plan fun events for residents. Stacey communicates with the property regularly and ensures the property is well kept and taken care of. Ignore the review from Tina about the snowstorm... the whole state of Texas was frozen over and without power and she wants the manager of the property to personally bring cases of water up to her apartment and let her know if there is food at the store? This is in no way the apartments responsibility, however, they did offer water to residents at the front office, along with snacks. Management was communicating with us every day and maintenance responded to bursting pipes and other issues within 2 minutes of it happening.

    What a great property! I loved the layout I saw, especially all the large windows with gorgeous views! The area ended up being further than I needed, but the property manager and staff are so friendly and fun, if I worked closer Id lease with them in a heartbeat!

    I enjoyed my year at Hudson Miramont and if it wasnt for a change in my roommates work we would probably have stayed another year. Maintenance always took care of my requests faster than any other complex Ive lived in and I think management handled the winter storm issues pretty well. James in the front office was great. Super courteous and helpful during moveout. I very much appreciated his help. The only reason I give a 4/5 is because the walls seem thin so you can hear your neighbors a bit too often, but not the worst Ive experienced. I recommend choosing an apartment on the top floor for less noise and a nice view.

    Hudson Miramont has been the best apartment community I have lived at in the 12 years Ive been in Austin! I have only been a resident for 4 months, but have a close friend who has lived here for over 3 years and have experienced the high level of customer service this community staff provides through my visits to the community prior to living here. Not only is the Office Staff amazing, the maintenance team goes above and beyond to make this community one of the best in Austin. The amenities this community offers is of top quality: including 2 dog parks, putting green, Hudson Hollow grilling area, pet friendly, beautiful community pool, friendly & helpful staff, hiking trails directly off the property, peaceful since its just a bit outside the city, and the beautiful Hill Country views. I highly recommend this community for anyone considering moving here! You will not regret it!

    I am a realtor and I love this property. The staff is very professional. I love the amenities and much much more to the point. My daughter leased a two bedroom, I love the scenery and the peace and quiet.     Absolutely LOVE living here. Clean, quiet, and luxurious. Some absolutely amazing views from balconies facing the hills. The front office staff is always incredibly nice, and Ive never had an issue with them at all. Beautiful pool, and the rec center is always tidy and clean. Only 15 minutes from downtown, and you can avoid all the traffic from the Y by taking Southwest Parkway. Id highly recommend living here!! Perfect location, and absolutely beautiful.

    The whole experience--amenities, customer service, grounds, the apartment--has been first class all the way.I did a LOT of research before I signed a lease (site unseen since I was moving to Austin), and I definitely made the right call. The apartments are top notch, grounds are well kept, buildings are clean, and there are no bugs or pests at all.I work in Bee Caves, run Town Lake every morning, have family in Oak Hill and friends in South Austin. This location couldnt be better! Its 10 minutes or less from Bee Caves/2244, MoPac, 290 and Oak Hill. And theres very little traffic on this end of town.Management is excellent! Krista got me in the perfect unit for what I needed and was very responsive and easy to work with over the phone and via email. Stacey has really helped accommodate parking needs with my Jeep (yep, theyre Jeep friendly, so you know theyre cool). I have it detailed here on site through a vendor they recommended, too. Email updates for residents are frequent and timely.The neighbors are pretty great, too. Everyone is friendly, picks up dog poop and doesnt leave their valet trash cans out all day.Great place to live!

    I lived there for 18 months and I loved this place!The apartments are very clean and comfortable.Management and maintenance are just outstanding! Management people are always there to help with any issue, though, and they are very quick with any issue.specially thanks to Stacy.She is always extremely nice and really cares about the needs and desires of her clients! Whenever we have needed something fixed in the unit she has immediately sent help and always responds promptly to any issue. She is super outgoing and I feel like we could talk to her about anything. She genuinely listens and is always going above and beyond! We are very happy and lucky to have found an apartment. I recommend this apartment.

    Living at Hudson Miramont was the best possible experience. My family and I lived here for several years, only leaving when our family grew and we were forced to get more space in a home. (We stayed as long as we could, moving to larger units until we just ran out of room). The complex is perfect for raising a family or living on your own with a wonderful mix of neighbors. Any time we had an issue or needed something, the whole team at Hudson Miramont was there to help. Thank you Stacey, Holly, Krista, and the entire maintenance team for a wonderful experience living at the Hudson. We would have stayed longer if we could have!

    Hudson Miramont hands down 5 Stars! Heres why:Ownership and Management CARE about ME as well as their investment. I have owned 4 homes and moves here several years ago, best decision I made.Issues (if any) are handled timely and properly. If you cant handle rules and policies, dont come here! I dont want you as my neighbor! These wonderful people do their jobs and take pride in their jobs. Were a huge family out here close enough to Austin entertainment and far enough out to enjoy the peaceful hill country with all the city amenities. Thank you Stacey and Team! 👍

    Sincere thanks to Stacey, property manager, for her leadership and expertise, and her Hudson Miramont team for their skill in dealing with a difficult situation during the brutally cold weather in February 2021. Residents had no heat or water for about a week, or longer depending on the building in which they lived. Stacy provided residents with information periodically during each day as it became available from ERCOT (energy company) and other sources. The resident listserv was also a helpful. In addition to many other tasks, bottles of drinking water were distributed to residents, broken pipes that flooded apartments were fixed and damage was repaired, walkways and roads covered with sheets of ice and snow were cleared and sanded, and a free pizza lunch was provided for all residents. Stacy and her team were responsive to residents’ needs and showed concern and caring for residents. This is the second time I have lived at the Hudson Miramont. Stacy excels as a property manager and staff members are excellent! Maintenance needs are completed promptly and expertly. The property is clean and well maintained. In my second stay, I changed apartments in the middle of a lease. This was completed quickly and easily. Thank you to Stacey and her team!

    I have lived here for almost 3 years and just re-signed and moved into a bigger unit! This place is AMAZING! The management is top notch! They pay attention to detail here and treat their residents like rock stars! My husband and I were looking for more space and looked at other options in the area. NOTHING could beat Hudson Miramont for the price, service and cleanliness! We were relieved to stay! Were in our new place and absolutely love it! We are so happy we decided to stay here!

    Hudsom Miramont is, BY FAR, the VERY best apartment community that I have ever called home!The staff are very professional, courteous & friendly and they try to go above & beyond when it comes to addressing the concerns/needs of the residents. I appreciate the fact that the property rules seem to apply to EVERYONE (In some prior places, the rules did not apply to all people but a select few)and they try to communicate with the community using a variety of different methods. Honestly, the only negative comments I ever hear from other residents about the property or staff is when the resident may not be following property guidelines & someone with the office has to bring it to their attention (no one likes that, not even me).Hudson has a fantastic pool & fitness area and there are numerous resident functions that helps us get to know each other. The property is really beautiful and they work hard to keep it clean, so I am never embarrassed to have company visit my home.I call Hudson a community, rather than an apartment complex, because it feels more like a community. I love that the staff notice and acknowledge our elderly residents and our brand new baby residents, too. I have referred many of my friends to Hudson, because I know they would love it, too.

    I lived here for almost 3.5yrs from 2018 - 2021. Hands down the best place I have lived so far among all apartments I have rented. The mgmt and staff really do care about the well being of the residents. For the location and amenities, the rent is the best in the neighborhood. If you like spectacular sunset views overlooking a ranch, this is the place to be! Highly recommend this apartment community for anyone looking for a place in the SW of Austin.

    I want to thank the property management and maintenance staff for the outstanding efforts they put forward during the recent inclement weather. While all residents experienced water outages due the local utilities failures, the staff effectively communicated the status their efforts to restore utilities. They also communicated tips on how to maintain comfort and arranged water deliveries to the property. The staff went above and beyond to make their residents their priority during this challenging time. Thanks for a job well done!!

    This has been by far the best experience in moving into a new apartment. I moved from a completely different city, and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating in helping with this transition.     I have lived at Hudson Miramont for 3+ years and I love being here. Many of the staff live on property so things are watched and cared for first hand. The maintenance people are tenured and very responsive. I always know the face at my door when I have a maintenance need which is very important to me. Being single, I would never live anywhere else. Thank you Hudson Miramont for taking such good care of us!

    Hudson is the nicest place to live. It is the most dog friendly place I’ve ever experienced. If you have any breed of dog here you will make amazing friends. Dog park socials are nightly:)Staff are really sweet and on top of things. Seriously if you want the best of city and country life this is the place to be.

    My wife and I lived here for five wonderful years and had little, if any, problems. The maintenance was always on time and finished projects quickly. The gym and pool are beautiful and well taken care of, and the community of people is wonderful. We will definitely think about moving back here if we come back to Austin.

    Property Manager, Stacey Kelly, and staff have been absolutely great throughout the cold weather/water shortage crisis. Multiple daily emails (even at 3-4 am) updating residents on the heat and water, providing bottled water, tips that will help minimize/avoid any water damage to your unit & to stay warm, etc.All services/repairs that Ive requested in the past have always been handled in a timely manner....often quicker than expected. HM is a great place to live!

    This apartment complex has beautiful views, friendly residents, and is well managed. The staff lives on property which makes them especially responsive to safety, beauty, and overall satisfaction of the residents. The pool and gas grills are fabulous in the summer and its hard to beat the installed GoogleFiber for internet. In the several years that Ive been here, my rent has been competitive for the size of the apartment and location. The property is well maintained and maintenance addresses and fixes issues promptly. Shopping and restaurants are nearby.

    My husband and I just moved from New York and I have to say that our transition was awesome. The staff and all who worked with us was beyond words of which I am grateful for. I love it here so much that I can honestly say I do not miss NY lol. But seriously thank you from a very grateful tenant. Hudson Miramont is truly a great place to live.

    My girlfriend and I (late 20s) are current tenants of three years with Hudson Miramont. The complex is a great blend of open green space with resident amenities for every age group. The floorplans are space concious and luxurious (We live in the 2 bed 2 bath model) while maintenance is minimal. The ducted HVAC system is not in the attic, but rather in the conditioned space that is designed nicely through plenums and fur downs. I am especially a fan of the two bathrooms as both have large vanity areas, one bathroom has a walk-in shower, and the other has a bathtub-shower combination.Management is responsive, engaging, and wont neglect maintenance emergencies. We had our AC go out last week and Brandon got right on it and the AC was fixed by the next morning. This is also a very dog friendly complex, so long as you are friendly and pick up after your pooch! Resort style pool and plenty of walking paths in a bucolic part of Austin that still feels like authentic Hill Country. This part of Oak Hill is really blowing up with food options popping up every day.You cant beat the views of Barton Creek and the ranging cows and horses next door.

    My air conditioning did not seem to be working very well and I was beginning to stress about it because these days I have some medications that I have to keep at the right temperature and the weather guy said it was going to be hitting 100 degrees this weekend.I filled out a service request not knowing if this could be fixed easily or how big a deal it would be. Less than 2 hours later Brandon came by and he fixed it like nothing. Took him about 10 minutes. I dont run it hard, but now my AC can blast out more cold air than I need.Im writing because this is the kind of care that I have come to take for granted, and its about time that I said: Thank-you so much!For anyone who wants to know: Hudson Miramont is a warm, friendly, super safe, super clean, and expertly run establishment.And there are a lot of really happy dogs here!Thank you Stacey, Alison, Mary Helen and Brandon! By running this place so well and making it so pleasant, I am able to focus on the things that I want to do.

    Seven years ago, we retired from the professional world with a goal of downsizing and simplifying our lives. Hudson Miramont has been our home and we love it! If you are like us, we sought: conscientious property management, responsive maintenance, beautiful landscaping, dog park and natural walking trails (for our Yorkie), plus security and a sense of community; then you too will enjoy the country living life-style Hudson Miramont has to offer.

    I like living here at the Hudson Miramont. Its a bit more expensive than my previous apartment complex but a little nicer as well. Its close to Downtown, and theres not much traffic on SW parkway. Plus if you drive down Barton Creek Blvd, you get to see some scenic beautiful homes, and end up at Bee Caves and easy access to 360.Its pretty convenient and close to stores: HEB, The Galleria, Walmart, and Target. The dog park is pretty nice and it has some cool items that your pet can climb and walk on.The only downfall that I see is that it doesnt have a hot tub pool in the community center. Also, Itd be great if they had a trainer or something teach a class, maybe one day a week. Yoga, Zumba, hip hop dance, etc.

    This place is amazing!!! Ive never lived somewhere where they do so many social gatherings and offer so many great things (prizes, etc). They truly care about their residents and even the furry ones (very dog friendly which I love). Its a clean property, friendly tenants and just a nice place to be able to call my home.
