We really enjoyed our 13 months living here. Where we were located, we were next to the pasture with grazing cows which was so peaceful to view daily. The apartment felt spacious for the size because of the layout. I miss those large bathtubs now that we have moved out. We were at the pool almost every day during the summer. Management and maintenance were always great. Im grateful for the time we were there and the memories we have.

We recently moved to TX from out of state. Out of all the apartment communities I called in various cities, we chose Home at Waller because of Brooke! She was by far the nicest and most customer service oriented person over the phone out of them all! Upon arrival, she upheld that reputation and truly made us feel welcome during this transition! We had to rush the timing of move in a bit for work and Brooke helped assure us everything would be ready, and it was. The apartments are beautiful and meets our needs. Thank you Home at Waller and specifically Brooke for making us feel at home and like family!

PERFECT FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE!!! I understand that most people nowadays dont want to have kids and would much rather have dogs instead, but those of us who do have kids, want a place that is perfect for them. THIS IS THE PLACE. It has a small little playground where they can safely play and a pool where they can learn to swim. Best of all, everything feels spacious, even the parking lot, which doubles as an area where kids can learn to ride their bicycles and enjoy being kids like the good old days before smart phone addiction. The apartments feel extremely spacious, and they are very well built. They are nothing like the ones in Cypress where you can hear your neighbors breathe. Jaslyn and Jessica have done everything to keep this place looking great. They are also very professional and very well spoken. Overall, it is worth every penny.
