    I have been a resident for 8 yrs. I can honestly say that anytime I had an issue even if I had to be a little patient my issue was resolved. I feel from my own personal experiences the staff truly cares about our complex/community and the tenants.     He is very quick when you put in an order for your home ! Put mine in and within 15min , there was a knock ! “ maintenance “ lol ! I had a tub faucet leak and he came on in and changed it within 10min 😉

    I’ve lived here for almost a year and my apartment has needed little to no maintenance but when I do need someone to come out Mario and Antonio always work so quick. They never take more than a day to do my work order and complete the job, maintenance definitely is a big upside to living here and the entire front office staff is very friendly!

    Janell jumped through fire hoops to help me get into a place before starting my new job. The staff here is very friendly. Carlos carried my daughter up the stairs for me, and they were patient. These are good apartments, and well managed. I’m so glad I found this place to call home!

    I have not moved in yet and I can see how the staff are very friendly and respectful. Gabriella helped me today and she was awesome. She answered all my questions and she went above and beyond to help me and make sure everything looks correct on my application. She called me twice today just to keep me updated on things.     Toured the property recently with my boyfriend who is looking for an apartment. The leasing staff was amazing. Ashley the Assistant Manager even offered us a water. I hope my boyfriend chooses to call Holbrook home.

She’s truly the definition of if Above And Beyond was a person.I say this because Janelle went Above and Beyond, to gain my business, because she knew I worked late, Janelle stayed at work after business hours just to make sure I was able to pick up the keys to my new apartment.     Anthony the maintenance man is amazing. This man gets the job done.! The leasing office isn’t too bad I’ve had a couple of issues but it’s been handled. My trash don’t always get picked up. & the parking is terrible. You’re better off paying for reserved. I paid for a gate fob but the gate hasn’t worked since the 1st week I moved there. But overall it’s not bad living here so far lol.

    I don’t know his name he’s a 30-40 something hispanic male & always wears a baseball hat. He is great came out & fixed my ac unit today unit 2-325. He’s literally always so kind & pleasant. Took my trash out & literally always shows up asap & takes care of any issues since i moved in 04/2021. Grateful for him.

    Every time I have a question about my payments, or my bill Evelyn helps me right away. She is always patient with me and tries to help me in any way she can. And Mario helped me with starting my car even though he didnt have to. He is always so nice.

    I was helping a friend look for an apartment on this side of town, so we went to Avenida Crossing. The leasing staff was very nice and helpful. They were very courteous and answered all our questions. A few days later, my friend signed a contract and has been happy living their since. Even the maintenance crew is very responsive and usually take care of maintenance requests within 1 day or sometimes the day.

    Bianca the property manager is always so helpful and is so respectful she loves to take care of us residents shes awesome and all the staff is amazing at holbrook and really kind big shout to maintenance because they always work hard and take care of work orders in a timely manner. Love my property definitely recommend anyone to live here dont let the area stop you from having a pleasant stay here. Best property off of scyene rd.

    Love the apartment it self , nothing major was broke when i moved in. And Yesenia helped us very good with the leasing part. She was very helpful with any questions or concerns we had. She was very nice and wasnt at all unprofessional. Talk to Yesenia if you think about moving in these apartments.

    I just wanted to recommend Mario which is one Holbrook maintenance guys who has gone above and beyond for myself as well as other tenants always see the guy working including weekends if you got a he helps me not only with the apartment but if he sees me in any type of distress hes always willing to give a hand command him and want his supervisors to go over this and maybe give him a good review I am tenant from 122 and Santa Cruz Gonzalez thank you and have a good day

    I can’t rate the property because I only went in to inquire about availability but I will give Yesina a 10 she was very prompt w/ every question I ask her and was able to answer in a professional manner not like some properties I have inquired about Great job !     Its sad to hear how these apartments have went down. I lived there from 95 to 97 & then again from 2001 to 2003..They were nice & clean..no rats/roaches..never experienced any crime & management was always polite. I lived on the 9860 side & not the 9760 side which was mostly section 8..These apartments used to be called Myrtle Cove & I loved living there until I bought my home!

    My girl has been there almost a month, the only issue I have is the A/C could be colder, they dont have Time Warner Cable. Youre choices are AT& T U-Verse, DISH NETWORK or Direct TV. Maintenance are okay so far. Pretty quiet at night, I do see security walking around.
