I recently moved into Hilton Head and want to commend both the management staff and facilities crew for their outstanding and friendly service. Its always a rather unknown moving onto a new property. And so I wanted to wait 2 weeks before reviewing my initial move-in at Hilton Head. There were a few minor maintenance requests that needed attention, and they were completed so promptly and efficiently. The outside property is well maintained and clean, all hallways are brightly lit, and security gates at all entrance points, thus providing a safeenvironment.With a professional staff responsive to residents requests, I am happy to make Hilton Head my new home.

Brianna made the whole process very easy and less stressful. I also enjoy that technology (apps) are primarily used for payments and setting up services. The community is well kept and has nice landscaping. Neighbors so far seem friendly. I did have an issue with my deadbolt not latching on move in, maintenance was able to get to it within two hours which gets a 5 star for me. So far I am excited about moving in.

I applied for Hilton heads and was immediately approved. The staff that I came in counter with was very nice and helpful. They were able to get me into my apartment in no time. If their was something I needed to know. I would call, and whoever answered the phone had no problem helping me. They keep the grounds up, and its surprising very quiet. Also the maintenance is very quick at responding and completing a work order. Overall Ill say these apartments are good, safe place to live. Especially if you have a little family or if your single.

The maintenance guy Marco did an exceptional job on repairs in my apartment. He was fast, courteous, and friendly. This place has been a wonderful experience from the staff especially Mrs Mary....to maintenance. I hate to have to leave but Im moving to a specific area and cannot stay but will always come back if I ever am back in this area. My packages could be left out all day and never get stolen. The gates worked about 99% of the time anytime they werent working they were fixed immediately. This has been the safest community Ive ever lived in Dallas. I would hear occasional sirens but we are close to the interstate. But nothing major in these apartments. The pool can be loud during summer but I lived right next to the pool so theres that

I keep changing my reviews 😂Just signed my 3rd lease here. I do like the complex but there are some cons at least for me and my person experience here.Pros:They fix things quickly. I have not had any issues with bugs. They maintain property and care about its appearance. Was able to stay even after giving them a notice because I thought I was moving into a house. Most of the office staff is friendly. Safe for the most part, which is surprising due to the area. 2 dog parks, a gym, 2 pools. I love it here. My favorite part is having washer and dryer in unit. No more laundry mats for me.Cons:Lease violations for every little thing that I see others do (feeding strays, “dirty patio”).. some girls in office have an attitude or just don’t seem to care. Parking spaces are very tight and seem to small for vehicles so I’m worried about getting door dinged daily. Pricy for a regular inside style apt, have to pay to use the gym, I had my car keyed by neighbors who are no longer on property.Over all id say it’s a pleasure living here, some things just bug me but I’m still the happiest here than I’ve been anywhere else.

The move in process was nice. Maria was very knowledgeable and helpful. I really like their payment system because you can either pay your rent online or download the app which is really convenient and you also get emailed receipts which is easier for me to track. Every unit comes with a washer and dryer too. Very nice neighborhood. Im still new to the area and will provide another review in a couple of months but so far Im happy to be a resident here.

I have been here about a year now, and my experience here has been amazing. The office staff is awesome. The grounds are well kept and maintenance responds quickly. I will definitely be renewing my lease. Thank you Hilton Head Staff you guys are doing awesome!!! Keep it up!

This place is a simple, practical place to live. The apartments arent luxurious, and the furnishings are a bit outdated, but the apartments are spacious and the kitchen layout in their one bedroom is larger than most. The apartments also contain a full size washer and dryer.I have never had an issue with maintenance and they have always attended my requests within one or two days. The staff are easy to get ahold of if you need help with something and are courteous and professional.That said, these apartments are dated. My apartment has some damage on the trim, and the door isnt quite sealed so ants will get in if you leave things around. I havent seen a single roach in the year I have lived here, which is no small feat in a complex like this. There are dings in the wall that are patched up but noticeable. The showers are a bit short for anyone taller than 5 5.Overall Ive loved living here and wish I could stay. Some places can be a real hassle if you need something fixed, but it is a breeze at this place. 5 stars for the service, but 4 stars for the look and amenities.

We moved to this apartments 3 months ago. We no complaints. The apartments are very clean and convenient location. The staff are very friendly and pleasant to work with. Romana has been the agent we always go to when we need anything done and she does the best by making sure things get done fast. Thank you!

Lived here for about 2 years and absolutely loved it! Very economic, it comes with a washer and dryer and maintenance was very prompt upon any requests. The staff were always friendly. Id say its perfect for your first apartment (I say that because it was mine).I never had any problems with bugs in the 2 years that I was there but thats because I kept my apartment clean. So I would say that the people who are complaining about bugs in here are probably gross. The apartment also did routine sprays so that was pretty cool.The only bad thing I could say is that there was always dog poop everywhere but I guess I blame those dog owners for that. Other than that, I say its an awesome place to live. :)

It is super great!!!! I have being living here for more than 10 years. I have never had any problems. great office staff, great neighbors. Gardens are very well kept always cleaned, though some renters throw their trash in the weekends that trash is picked up immediately on Monday.GREAT PLACE TO LIVE!!!!!!!

My little family and I lived here for 2 years. I loved it. I did not feel unsafe ever, even while I was pregnant and then had my new born there. The staff is very caring. The complex was always very well up kept. The maintenance guys always said hi to me. They have activities monthly, sometimes bi monthly. It was great. I moved only because I took over my childhood home.

Ive lived here for a year and a half and love it. The staff is very professional and the grounds are well kept. Never had a problem with work orders etc. Plus the washer/driers are in the apartments...maybe the best perk of all haha. The only downside is maybe the parking and the apartments next door. Overall, highly recommend.

I moved out in May after living here over 2 years. Definitely enjoyed staying in these apartments. They do activities such as bingo and have crime watch meetings to keep residents in the know. The staff was also helpful and accommodating, Ms. Mary was always such a pleasure to deal with.

I applied for an apartment with Hilton Head online and called to check-up on my application and was called back in a timely manner by one of the leasing agents (Takilla) She was very professional. I really love the staff there and the only problems I actually experienced besides the norm was my own fault...even with this being said. Mary was very understanding each every time I had a problem.If I had to request maintenance for an issue...they were right on it. I never ever had to complain about the service I received from maintenance. By the time I got home from work you best believe the problem was already handled. What an excellent staff. If anything I would ask for a lot and I dont think any other apartments would have fulfilled any of my needs like Hilton Head does. I love them so much. They actually feel like family. I would recommend these apartments to anyone that I know that will take care of their units.Its very beautiful, quiet and peaceful their. I wouldnt recommend anyone who would cause problems or make it GHETTO. Excuse my expression, but yes I did say that. I believe they keep their property in excellent condition and I would want it to stay that way, especially while Im living there. They also offer personal parking spaces inwhich is an absolute plus.

When it comes to finding a place to live, I utilize review sites as Google, Yelp, ApartmentRatings because you just never know what youre going to get based off pictures and first experiences. My stay at Hilton Head has been a pleasant one. Unit was well kept and clean. Definitely some older appliances but you can pay extra for the updated ones. Parking is not an issue anymore as they have expanded and repainted the lines. Constantly making improvements on the facility. The gym is small and only good for cardio. Pet park is small as well but just a nice place to let the dogs run free for a little. Havent encountered an unpleasant tenants. The area isnt the nicest but you are located right off I-635 so that is convenient and only about 2 miles from Lake Highland. I would recommend this place to others.

Lived here for 6ish years. The maintenance crew was awesome. Slight bug issue but nothing they didnt handle or mainly a seasonal problem (warm). Very liberal with pet policy. Dont be a bad tenant and they will be very forgiving. Loved my apartment, however, management a little slow to fix issues that werent emergencies, such as roof issues that slowly had leaks over a long period of time that normal tenants probably wouldnt notice. Other than that, it was a super nice apartment with a washer and dryer included. However, from hearing some of our neighbors, our rate was hundreds of dollars less due to our concurrent rental history and I would not rent at the current price of $1000+. I would say between $700-$800 is a fair price and if you can afford it, maybe more, but these are not luxury apartments inside Dallas proper. These apartments are outside the city and are not new or flawless. Even with the washer/dryer units, the units themselves are very, very old and so are all of the other appliances. You are only paying a high price due to trends in the current market which is a bubble and everyone knows it is unsustainable. Do lease with care and try to negotiate if you can. If you cannot, this place is ok, but not $1000+ ok.

Lived here for 3 years. Maintenance always on point and on time for every work order I put in. Grounds always looking very clean and pools also. Leasing office always very nice and happy to help. If I ever looking to move in around that area would not hesitate to move back to Hilton head apartments.

I am extremely impressed with Hilton Head. This is a beautiful property with a great location. Convenient access to 635. The elementary school is right around the corner as well! The apartments have great square footage with a lot of good lighting. Especially for the price! The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting me with all my questions. Romana in particular is exceptionally friendly and answered each questions and concern I had, making me feel like Hilton Head is a great choice for my new home! Will definitely recommend to my family and friends.
