Great staff! Had some issues when I first moved in but they handled them quickly. Also they offer some unique floor plans not as cookie cutter as everywhere else! Morgan helped me couldn’t have made the process easier.

My move in was very convenient and simple thanks to Amaris. I was arriving to town on a Sunday, a day that the Hillside office was closed. They were kind enough to work around my schedule and place my keys in a lock box for me to get safely. I also put in a small work order within the first week of being there and it was completed the next day. Communication has been great via text and email. Great first impression from Hillside! Thank you!

Met with Cole House for a tour at Hillside Place last week. Cole took the time to go over all of the options available, and was very courteous. We discussed some of the improvements being made around the property and even discussed how convenient Hillside Place is to downtown. Cole made the entire experience comfortable and effortless. The leasing process was super simple. Cole definitely went above and beyond to help ensure that I could get a fresh start and get set up with my new apartment. Thank you Cole. This is a shout out to Hillside Place Apartments for employing such a competent manager, Cole House. (Yes, that is his actual name.)Cole is a consummate professional. He is very knowledgeable and patient when thoroughly explaining the intricacies of a leasing contract. He remains cheerful when showing multiple apartments. He makes the rental experience pleasant and less daunting.He goes out of his way to help residents with their issues. The owners of Hillside Place and the residents are both lucky to have him.

Met Cole House for a tour and had a really pleasant experience! Super cool dude, he was super friendly and informative. Very kind guy and very knowledgeable and gets things fixed correctly and fast!

I’m currently looking for a place to Live, not stay. So I had a tour here this afternoon. I met with Cole “MrNiceSmile” House which was very nice. He showed us two different apartments. Showed us around the complex and he answered all of our questions. Hillside Place seems like it might be the Place for me to Live.

This review is specifically for Ivan the maintenance man, not the apartments. Ive had some pretty bad experiences trying to get my work orders filled here. That being said, my AC fan went out today, I called the emergency maintenance line and Ivan had it fixed with 45 minutes of the call. Thank you so much

Ive read through most of these reviews before leaving mine and I must say I havent dealt with any of those situations, but I guess its easier to leave a review over negativity opposed to positivity. No break-ins and no theft seen from my point of view. Ive lived at Hillside Place for about 5 months now and Alec (our leasing agent/property manager) has been super helpful every step of the way. He even texted my roommate and I letting us know the pool was cleaned the day after a bad storm over the summer, and always lets us know whenever we have a package delivered to the office. Weve put a few small work orders in and so far, the maintenance staff shows up the next day, if not the same day of the request. Alec and the other office staff always greets with a smile and really seems to try to go the extra mile. In my personal experience, one of the most attentive apartment complex crews Ive had the pleasure of working with.

Came for a tour of my soon to be home and Cole House did an amazing job all throughout it. Had a great way of explaining everything and answered all of my questions clearly and without hesitation. Highly recommend Hillside Place for anyone’s future home.

Ive lived at Hillside Place for a year now and just renewed my lease for another 12 more months. I LOVE living here for several reasons. First of all, the price. I live about 5 min from dt without the dt pricing. (I have literally timed myself driving to work and it took me 6 min from the time I left the front door to parking in my garage dt). I live in their loft model, which is quite the unique floor plan. I have floor to ceiling windows that take up the whole front-side of the apt. This is the best feature of the apartment and makes it look very modern and sleek, letting in a lot of light and making for a great ambience. Hardwood floors and granite countertops (the whole property was renovated). If one of these opens up youd be lucky to snag it up. Secondly, their pet policy. They have no breed, age or weight restrictions. I own a pitbull and was having a really, really tough time finding a decent place to live and keep my dog. Now, before this scares you off let me say that I have never had a problem with my dog or anyone elses here. From what Ive noticed, theres a lot of young professionals and couples here. Im in the communications field myself. A lot of us do own large dogs and Ive seen plenty of pitbulls/mixes around but everyone is really careful with their dogs keeping them on leash, which is the rule and law anyway. All appliances in my apt have worked just fine from day 1. The only time I did have to call maintenance was my fault because my dog tore down one of the blinds. But they were prompt and took care of that pretty quick. The staff (Cody) is awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Only thing I wish was that we had washers/dryers in our units and a gym. But the community laundry room isnt bad. In the year Ive lived here I really only had to wait once for someone to finish up their laundry before I could do mine. Were located off East Riverside drive, which is an up and coming neigborhood. A lot of gentrification going on. Some of the well-known music venues like Emos and Antones have relocated here. All in all a great experience here and a great value.

I’ve been living here for a while now and I love it. Every time I have a question or issue, Shelly will get back to me that same day with answers. :) the management is great. My dog and I really enjoy our yard, privacy and how peaceful it feels to live here.

Shelly has been such a help through the application process. Response time is great considering this is a one-(wo)man operation at the moment. The property seems to be in pretty good condition from an outsiders point of view. Our move in date is in June. The selling points were definitely the yard and the price. Looking forward to joining this community soon. Thanks Shelly! :-)

I am a fairly new resident, and every time I have had a maintenance issue, Ivan, Ivette, and the team have gotten the problems solved quickly and Ivan keeps us posted if he needs to wait for a part etc. I’m so thankful he works here because he is a great worker who keeps the property looking nice and also keeps a positive attitude in his work.

I love my loft at hillside place!!! Maintenance is always on top of things and Shelly who works the office is awesome!!!!!
