I love my new apartment! I really love all the ladies in the office! They go above and beyond to get you qualified. They always running specials so if you feel doubtful about getting approved and affording the place just go in. I’ve referred 3 people already.

Hillcrest Apartment Homes have been transformed under the leadership of the Community Manager. The landscaping and lighting have improved, making one feel safe and more like your own lawn. The upkeep from the painting of parking spaces with clear demarcation and the prompt response of the maintenance team have been outstanding for any issues. The new renovations to the interior and exterior bring a modern feel to the site and floor plans.

Moving in was surprisingly smooth after all the challenges I faced leading up to the move-in date. The staff was incredibly helpful throughout the process, making everything much easier than expected. Been living here for 9 months. Management and staff attend to residents needs promptly. They show concerns to all and are very professional. Explain in detail with concerns one may have.My thermostat was not working put work order in and done the same day. Keep up the good work you are doing

Transitioning from my parents home to Hillcrest Apartment Homes has resulted in one of the best decisions I’ve made. Most importantly, they are reasonably priced and the units were recently renovated. We now have new flooring, kitchen appliances, updated bathroom, etc. This has given the apartment a more modern feel. It has also made cleaning easier and the air quality has improved.The office staff have been a great support through always being readily accessible, willing to answer any questions coupled with feasible options. They’ve also been very patient and understanding when addressing any billing or property concerns. For me, the staff has provided exceptional communication through various channels such as email and text. This has been very helpful to stay abreast of any updates, upgrades, community events and activities.In regards to any maintenance requests, those have been addressed honestly and promptly. The maintenance staff was forthcoming with any timelines that took longer than expected and ensured my family and I were comfortable while waiting for resolutions.Maintenance.Parking has not been an issue. Communications along with electronic reminders are sent to remind tenants about the parking procedures. Reserved and visitor’s spaces are clearly designated in various areas in the complex to help alleviate any ambiguity with parking.The grounds and facilities are kept clean. When issues arise with overflowing trash dumpsters, the staff is quick to address and get it cleaned up. This is something all tenants can appreciate.Great job Hillcrest Apartment Homes! Keep up the good work and continue to set your tenants needs as top priority. I definitely feel as if I MATTER to you!

This community has been home for the past 15yrs. I have not had any major problems. Aby time I requested maintenance help, they would not hesitate to fix the problem. So many of us have been here for awhile and we become family. The staff is friendly and ready to help you in every way. This is home.

Very Friendly Staff! Put In a Work Order For My Ac Because I Was Having Issues & They Fixed It That Same Day! Very Fast Service Never Had Any Issues With These Apartments. The Maintenance Staff Is Very Nice & Help Me Out With Any Issues. Always Make Sure I’m Satisfied With The Work They Do. They Just Renovated The Apartments & They Look Better Than Before! Absolutely Love This Place! Highly Recommend!

Today I make a stop in my daily routines to share my amazing experience living at Hillcrest apartments home. As the name you really feel it is your home. I moved by november 1st 2024, the manager Ms. Handry is a well known profesional to leader chief the complex administration she has a very high customer service skill and the team that work with her Ms Jeniffer and Ms Janet are training to treat people as deserved. if I need to rate them I give 100% customer service skill. Beside it the common areas are so pretty and the maintenance people are very accurate to solve any inconvenience that rise not matter the time and the day of the week. I leave in 1 bedroom apartment the apartment distribution is very comfortable you have a lot of space to set all your needs, beside the neighbors are very friendly and if you are looking for a place to leave secure and in a peaceful environment I widely recommend you to visit the leasing office. They will guide you to fulfill your requirement and needs. I make Hillcrest apartment home my home forever. The monthly amount you pay works for what you receive.

In my 12th year migration to Texas, this is my 3rd and final move into a 2/2 bedroom. Its also my 3rd year as a resident moving into a newly remodeled unit in March 2024. I love that mgmt is quick to respond to any & all issues. The yardi & conservice app system is easily understood to making rent payments with ease and requesting any maintenance is fast and efficient. Add in the kind, helpful & friendly staff and Its best EVER service in leasing - 5 stars!!! REPOST 01/23/2025 -Still 5 Stars!!;

Apartments are apartments, some better than others. I have been at these apartments for almost three years. Recently moved from a studio to a one bedroom and it’s much nicer and cleaner. This unit has been renovated and looks so nice. There was an ongoing issue with very high electric bills in the old unit, the new one doesn’t seem to have these issues.The office staff has been accommodating in different circumstances and fixed the issues as they would arise. Overall, it’s not the worst place to live, it’s affordable and the new upgrades are nice and are so needed.Location is great with easy access to major highways and the airport. I have always felt safe living here as a single woman.

I’ve lived there for almost 4yrs and the experience has been great. I just recently moved from there because of family reasons but I was treated with care and kindness throughout my time of living At Hillcrest and I would definitely recommend these apartments and I would move back myself if the time calls for me too. Love the front office they’re so nice and I just enjoyed my conversations with them and they’ve been so helpful and I thank them for that. So if you’re looking for a place that feels like home this is the place👍🏾✅😁

I moved into these apartments this past Friday. This is my first time having a place by myself. I did have to go to a manager to have my thermostat updated but beyond that the experience has been okay so far. When the frustration from that experience was high I did contact the office and I spoke with someone who was kind and seemed to honestly care. I was very happy when I arrived home and found the issue resolved. I do think they need more visitor parking. Also in the afternoon there are people blocking the driveway to go into the complex I suppose waiting for their children from the bus but I dont understand why they dont stay on the sidewalk instead of the road. I mean other than that my neighbors seem quiet the complex seems quiet I havent had any issues. Havent seen any roaches either but I try to keep my unit as clean as humanly possible. I do think the swimming pools could be fixed. But these are regular problems at any complex. I pay a little over 700 and I get a decently sized apartment its well worth the price compared to the other complexes I have been researching. Overall I would say the office is friendly and I am pleased with my home. I just thought I would share my experience seeing all the negative reviews on here and wanted to give another perspective.

I have been here almost two years and have never been late on my rent or had an issue with paying my rent. I paid my rent on 10/27 yet got a $75.00 NSF fee for a failed attempt to electronically debit my account. I called my bank and there wasn’t ever an attempt to debit my account. I went down to the office and the staff was AMAZING and so nice. They apologized for the inconvenience, waived the $75.00 fee, and opened my portal back up to pay my rent right there! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR MAKING YOUR RESIDENTS A PRIORITY!! I was very upset thinking I was going to have to pay the fee when my bank confirmed there hadn’t been a debit attempt to my account.

I want to start off by saying that no apartments are perfect. Even the most luxurious apartments have issues. With that said I do recommend Hillcrest apartments to move into.I have an issue to pay rent on time,yet they work with me. I do appreciate Irma and Lisa for not making me feel overwhelmed,and embarrassed by it. I just have a few difficulties around this time every year. Just like other jobs, they do their best to accommodate us,however they can only do so much for each tenant. I think when anyone does not like the response we receive at times we are quick to let it be known,and blame it on the ones that have to deliver it to us. I really enjoy living here,and the staff are friendly. Wich is important for my family and I. We just keep to ourselves,and appreciate we have a nice place to live. It is comfortable and pretty. Thank you Irma and Lisa for trying your best to accommodate your tenants.

This isnt a five star hotel, but it is very good for a modest price. Staff is friendly and efficient. Every time in the last three years Ive had any issue, it was addressed within a day. Any apartment can have bugs, but this place has an exterminator out weekly to address any issues a tenant may have.

I lived on that complex between 2002 and 2012. The price of the rental was around $ 475,00 and I kept renewing for a 1 year lease for the entire time.I´m suprised how much the prices have gone now.Place was pretty much well maintained and the staff was courteous and the FW PD used to patrol the complex all the time.
