Monica is the Leasing agent at the office and I only speak with her b/c she is the only one who speaks Spanish. When I need something she takes the time to sit with me to explain it. She is sweet and amazing when speaking with her residents. Maintenance is taken care of here as well. Ralph is always knowledgeable and takes care of maintenance quickly. I love it here.

I’ve been living Highpointe Estates for about 4 years, and my kids and I absolutely love it here! The community is welcoming, the amenities are great, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is quick to respond whenever we need anything, and the property is always clean and well-kept. It truly feels like home, and I’m so grateful to be part of such a wonderful place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Me and my wife came to Highpointe Estates last May. To tour apartments but never applied we stayed in contact with Monica. I would check weekly just to see what was available any specials and so forth. Monica would be the the person I spoke with on each occasions. I just wanted to say that Monica has went above and beyond for us. Moving in was a breeze she made sure that everything was ready for us. Im glad to be apart of this community. The current owner of this complex, Balfour Beatty, is by far the best I have experienced during my stay here. I have been a resident from the time the complex opened and seen quite a few come and go, and Balfour Beatty clearly rates far above any of the others.The same can be said of the office staff and maintenance crew. They are the best I have been entitled to work with over the years.The office is staffed by Monica, Amber and Andrea. They are professional, friendly and helpful and are quick to solve any issues.The maintenance crew of Ralph and George, have a good working knowledge of the property, understand what the demands are to make the necessary repairs, and do so in a prompt manner.

First, as apartments go one can say there are great apartment complexes and of course not so great. Secondly, what makes a great apartment complex in my personal opinion great is the feeling you experience every time you come home. You know that feeling of familiarity and inclusivity of well being, that feeling that your in the right place, that call home. The staff that took over the management of highpoint estates approx. 2 to 3 years ago have made a this experience of living here a pleasure. The assistant manager (Amber) is a very friendly and consistent problem solver when it comes to making this complex a great place to call home. Should you be looking for an apartment complex to move into considering this complex would not be a bad choice, why you see as I share this post I am going into my 11th year as a resident. Check it out and see for yourself, and you be the judge..

I have never lived here. I wanted to check them out. I set an appointment at 2pm on a Saturday with Amber and showed up at 1:54pm. No one was there and a sign on the door saying they went to lunch and theyll be back in an hour, so I assumed they would be back for our appointment. Waited until 2:30pm and still no one. That was very rude and unprofessional.Edit: Went from 1 star to 4 star. So apparently, there was a miscommunication between Amber and Monica. Monica was not notified of my appointment. We went back around 3pm. She was very nice and courteous and the apartment we viewed was spacious and nice and updated. There is no playground.

I have lived here for a long time.. seen many different management and maintenance staff but I have to say the current staff especially the maintenance crew is top tier! In the past work orders were severely backlogged or someone would come but would never come back to complete the work causing several calls and resubmission of work order requests. Also not to exclude the facts that when the the previous workers did come in the past it took 3-5 plus workers to come and stand around while one person was doing repairs…this was a serious waste of resources. Or when they would come in while I wasn’t home and my tv is set to a channel I didn’t watch or couch cushions out of place…thus my trust was broken and why I don’t like anyone being inside my apartment when I’m not home because who knows what else they were doing. But all that has changed seeing the work ethic our New Maintenance crew has. Most are military veterans(George & Ralph) like myself so I know the discipline, respect, attention to detail and quality of workmanship is there. George is my trusted maintenance guy that always stands on business with his work. He is prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and literally one of the best we have had here on property in my almost 10 years of residence. Literally if I had to have anyone go in my apartment while I wasn’t home I 100% trust George ! #BestMaintCrewEver

Update: 3/26/2021:We have moved out of our apartment due to purchasing a home in the area. Move out process went as smoothly as it could. It had some bumps but it was caused by things out of everyones control such as new ownership switch right when we put in our notice and the freeze messing with things. The management was very helpful and understanding and made it so our leaving was as great as our moving in. I would like to thank the new management for doing such a great job in the short time that I have interacted with them (management changed in February), and Im sure they are going to continue doing their best as time goes on for future tenants.Update:Our AC stopped cooling as well as normal. Maintenance was at our apartment within a couple of hours of the work order being put in online. They cleaned and flushed the AC and put in new Freon to help prep for summer! AC works great now, most likely better than before!Moved in here earlier this month. We visited the apartments back in December, applied online, and had the apartment held the same day. No wait times, no tricks or lies, our quote was in the system correctly. No issues with lease signing, the apartment kept in contact with anything needed prior to move in.Moved in and anything on the move in check list was fixed within two weeks. I didnt even expect anyone to come in to address the things I was being nit picky about, but they did!Apartment was in great shape, nothing horribly wrong. The place smelled clean which was nice. The AC keeps everything cold and the heater keeps everything warm, Im sure that the AC may struggle in the summer since I have so many windows (I LOVE the number of windows we have here!) but well find out then!Everyone was upfront and honest about everything, Ive only had great experiences with the office staff and its nice being in a neighborhood where kids are out playing in the evening.

Very professional front office.I have lived in the apartment complex 3 1/2 years. Since the new management has taken over the living experience has improved and quality of of care given to the complex property is grear. Maintenance is handled in a timely and expedited manner. The staff is very polite and friendly. Monica in the front is an absolute pleasure to work with, her level of customer service exceeds expectations. Rent is fairly reasonable for the area.

I was going through a serious crisis with the previous property I was renting and spent the evenings looking for the next place to live. Then we came across Monica who was very inviting and helpful. Once we stepped into the apartment, we knew this would be our next home. I have been extremely pleased with the whole experience and love the area with literally anything within a 10 minute radius. Close to HEB Plus, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and much more! Even the roads feel better. I’ve been living in this city for the last 5 years and this is my favorite spot! Monica helped us go from a sewage flooding house to a very nice luxury apartment in the span of a couple days.

If I tell you how my stay here started and it is going it would be a true then vs now story ! With each year as it passes I have not regretted renewing my lease. Highpointe Estates is stone oaks best kept secret and not because the community is grand all by itself but the staff in the office is ! They work to create a community so it’s just not an apartment complex but it’s a home . As issues arise they work with residence towards solutions and they work to develop a relationship with residence often having events , parties , and give aways. There isn’t one person in the office who is not attentive . When I arrived over two years ago the current management was new and I have to say they have came in and really made a huge change ! It’s not just another complex but a community!

Honestly not bad, moved in and been here for about almost a month and Monica was very helpful and helped made the move in stress free and any questions I had she answered. Don’t have any issues or problems yet but I will say I wish we had assigned parking I sometimes have to park so far from my unit and it gets pretty annoying. Shoulda done a lil more research but overall the area is pretty good.

I have been living at VIEW for ten months. My wife and I have had a great customer service experience. The administration staff is reliable, accountable, and timely responds to any concern or maintenance problem we may have. They are looking ahead all the time, to prevent any discomfort for the tenants. The aspect of the complex is improving significantly, it is clean, quiet, and peaceful. This is a wonderful place to live, is extremely well located, you can find anything you need in the surroundings. The View at Encino Commons is a safe place to live. My wife and I are having a really good time living here.

My parents have been living here for 2 years. Since this new company has taken over, they have truly stepped up to clean up the mess of the previous company. Previous management company didnt care for the wellbeing of the people here to the point that I stopped putting work orders in for my parents and started fixing things myself. This company has been here 2mths and have already replaced appliances, AC and even had the carpets cleaned for my parents. Not to mention that the staff in the office have been great from answering our questions, listening to our concerns and needs and answering/returning our calls. Amber, Andrea and Monica have been super about addressing our concerns. They are friendly and Im loving the positive vibes when we walk into the office. Thank you ladies for finally taking care of my parents. Truly we appreciate it.

My wife and I moved in last August 2016 while it was under the old management company. We were pleased with the size of the apartment and the location, however, we ran into a lot of issues with our unit. And the old management never really followed through with our requests. NOW! The new management staff are just absolutely awesome. They put so much effort into making sure that we are satisfied with our living situation and it makes it that much easier to live here. All the maintenance staff are great too! All in all, our lease was up here in May, and because of the new staff and management, we are gladly renewing our lease, we are excited about all the changes that are coming and renovations!

Best apartments Ive ever lived in. These apartments was my 1st one bedroom apartment and Ive had nothing short of an amazing experience with them. My husband and I visited our daughter and decided to stay in SA for a little before moving back to Florida. We fell in love with this community and our apartment and just could not leave. We said we would renew one more time but 10 months has turned in 3 1/2 years. The only reason that we have not gone back to FL is because we LOVE our apartment, our view, the community location, the community itself (its beautiful), the friendly residents and especially the Views TOP NOTCH staff. Its rare when you find a community that actually cares. Rachel, Angel, Nicole and Jade are absolutely amazing. Not sure when and if we are still going to head back to Florida but right now, we know that The View will remain our home. Its a great safe place to live with friendly residents and staff. We LOVE IT here!

The move in process from start to finish was great thanks to the help from our angel Rachel! She helped us through the whole process and was able to fix issues that came up. Rachel was completely on top of things, we could not have done our move in without her. She is wonderful! Everyone in the office and maintenance are extremely nice and helpful. Maintenance tries to fix issues as quickly as possible. Community is very nice and quiet. The only issue we have is parking. People with garages don’t actually use their garage which takes away from people who don’t have a garage. Wish we didn’t have to worry about where we’re going to park for the night. Other than that we are extremely happy at the View!

It easy to understand why they call it The View because thats exactly what I see everytime I walk out my door. The View of the city is beautiful!The grounds around here have always been good but the new landscaping updates are lovely. I love waking my dog everyday here.By far the best part is Rachel in the office. She always has time to talk to me about not just my concerns or needs but how my day is. She is thoughtful, courteous and always has a answer with a smile. If I ever need anything shes on it right away. She has made living here an absolute pleasure.

Today Armando at The View at Encino Commons made my day. As by loading a couple of parcels into my car, I inadvertently dropped my phone. When an hour later I missed my phone, I asked my daughter to look for the location of my phone in Find My Friends, which provided the precise address of what it turned out to be the management office of The View, where Armando, an honest and loyal employee, had turned in my phone. We have been here for 4 years and everything is very clean , maintenance is being great with the new Manager and team very professional outstanding , I hope you keep this new management for ever they are simply great.thank you to the Manager , I wish I could stay longer but by the end of February I am heading back home. Beautiful on the outside and inside! Peaceful area so no disturbances. manager and leasing agents are kind. Maintenance gets any problems done as soon as you report it. food places are very convenient, so that’s a huge plus!!

Im a former tenant at The View and let me tell you these apartments are the best apartments youll find in San Antonio for the price Id still be living there if I didnt switch occupations it has an amazing view over the city and the staff are super nice, a little judgy but nice there is one employee in particular that stood out from the rest for her friendliness fast work and ability to understand the tenant and not make them feel judged her name is Rachel so if youre looking to get an apartment there ask for her shell treat you right but like I said these apartments are honestly the best I found in San Antonio for the price its in great location and an amazing place to call home Id recommend them to anybody looking to step their apartment class up.

Ive heard stories of past experiences with past management. Despite that the new staff especially Pie and Yassey are professional, personable, and knowledgeable. The site is neat and the constant upgrades are evident. Conveniently located for food, shopping, sports, and fun. I feel safe and at home here.
