We visited the apartment for a property tour.The houses are very well designed and have spacious rooms. The appliances are relatively new. They have lots of amenities including a pool table.The One Time Admin fee of $250 for a 2 Bedroom apartment appears to be higher than other apartments in this area.Mercedes was the Leasing Consultant who patiently explained all the details during the tour.

A very peaceful community. Management is quick to act. You can hear pin-drop silence at all times. There are hardly any kids around, which makes the place even silent. Many big offices are located at a walkable distance. The apartments are a little old, so definitely isn’t modern. There are a lot of peats during certain seasons. But the community does a good job with pest control. They have a nice community room with pool table, and a card table. They have a printing station and lounges. The gym is average.

We lived tin this community for 2 years and for personal reasons we had to move a different place but it was a great experience we had there , the amenities, pool and pretty much all the areas are clean , many green areas,good maintenance service and from the leasing administration. The gym needs to improve a little bit but other than that the community is pretty quiet and nice place to live :)

My roommate and I moved out to Austin for our jobs about a year ago. We stumbled upon the Highline in our search for apartments and are so lucky that we did! The community is nice, the location is ideal for anyone not looking to live downtown, and the staff is absolutely fantastic. Because we moved out here for our jobs, we initially did a one year lease. Our situation required us to extend our lease by a few months and the staff at the Highline were so understanding and let us extend on a month-to-month basis with no extra fees. We are so grateful to live at such an amazing complex! They have been nothing but accommodating to our unique situation. I definitely recommend living here!

Lived here starting in July 2023. The management has been the same since then and I have found them to be very responsive, often fixing problems the next day and the maintenance team is also very quick and handy. Very quiet location and convenient (2/3 minutes to Mopac, 10 minutes to the Domain).

I moved to Highline Apartments in late 2017, which is the longest Ive ever stayed in a single community. Management changed frequently for the first several years, but Lyyza and the team at SPI Management have made all the difference and are the #1 reason I have made Highline my home for this long.Every apartment complex has its issues, but this team has gone above and beyond any other management team in showing they genuinely care and want to resolve issues as quickly as possible. A few years ago during one of our winter ice storms, the roof above my unit developed a leak that damaged my kitchen ceiling. Maintenance was quick to come to my unit that morning, despite icy conditions, to help troubleshoot the issue as best as possible until repairs could be made. Lyyza checked in with me frequently and even lent me space heater from their office, to help with the cold drafts coming from the attic through my kitchen ceiling.The team puts together fun community events and tries their best to keep the property clean by sending out helpful reminders for proper trash and pet waste disposal. Most trash issues that may be mentioned in other reviews are simply caused by tenants not being respectful of the property or other tenants and not following simple community guidelines.In closing, Highline Apartments is an ideal community and in an ideal location for those not wanting to live in downtown Austin. It is in close proximity to Mopac and other major highways, as well as the north Austin Apple campus.

I recently moved to Highline in September and I couldn’t be happier! The management staff has been amazing. They have done a great job of improving the community after taking it over from previous management. Whenever there are issues in the community, they are quickly resolved and communicated. The gym was missing a 20lb dumbbell and before I even noticed, they sent an email saying they’d replace it. The events that are thrown for residents are really well thought out as well. They have had two farmers market style events with vendors and an open bar held in the really nice pool/patio area. Recently they had a wine tasting. These events have been better than what I’ve experienced at other communities I’ve lived at. The management clearly cares about cultivating a safe, clean, and fun community for residents! Could not recommend Highline more.

In the eight years that I’ve lived in Austin, this is by far my favorite complex: I’ve moved quite a bit over the years however I’m happy to do this review since I’ve been a Highline resident for over a year+!My gf and I recently decided to re-sign our lease because overall our experience here has been great! The office staff Victoria, Mercedes, and Lyyza are all kind and professional, they treat residents with respect and fairness. We enjoy the monthly resident events. The property is clean and well taken care of.Whenever theres a maintenance issue, the maintenance team takes care of it with a sense of urgency. The communication from the office is always appreciated. The location is top tier, it’s very close to so many attractions; it’s about 8 mins from the Domain & only 15mins from downtown. There is no perfect apartment complex and basically everything is overpriced these days but honestly this is one of the best in Austin. So if you’re looking for a place to call home, I would highly recommend considering Highline!With Gratitude and kind regards,KZ

I moved to Highline Apartments in Austin, Texas, almost a year ago, and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I stepped into the community, I knew I had made the right choice. Some of the reasons why I highly recommend Highline is because of the location (in austin but just outside all the mad traffic) and amenities (definitely took advantage of the 24 hour gym).Also want to point out that The management team at Highline has been fantastic. They are always quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests, which has made my living experience hassle-free.

Recently moved to Austin, and this place has been great! Management was welcoming and made it easy to make the decision to move in. Since then it’s been a wonderful experience and they always listens to our suggestions and is always doing updates. The pool is relaxing, the neighborhood is quiet. I can easily take my dog around the grounds. The fitness center is never busy and the club room is packed with TVs and a nice pool table. Great for hosting friends.

Highline was one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in. The apartment itself was spotless when I moved in and in perfect condition. The maintenance requests were always answered timely and the events that Highline throws always entertained my friends and I. Lyyza is a rockstar of an employee and I couldn’t have asked for better staff to work with. I would highly recommend anyone to move here, great location and great management.

We have taken a tour of this apartment. Erica is the best leasing staff member I have ever come across in my life. We got there at 4:45 pm and still, she showed us everything with a great spirit, enthusiasm, and friendliness. She went above and beyond to explain everything we needed to know. When I mentioned to her about her great level of service, she was humble enough to say the entire staff has this kind of standard when it comes to treating residents(future ones included). She stayed well past the closing time and did not rush into anything so that we can have all the information we needed. She took a note of our requirements and got back to us after a couple of days to follow up with us. I strongly recommend this community and this staff is setting standards to the next level. Update: Were under new management and the new company got off to a slow start but theyve been going a pretty good job recently so no complaints there. The property is new and the appliances are nice but the parking can be challenging, theyve done construction here as early as 6:30am without warning, and it seems some of the tenants dont know how to clean up after their pets but other than that its been a pretty good place to live.Original post:Ive been living here for just under a month now and I absolutely love it. The staff is always very polite and helpful, the apartments have plenty of space and excellent appliances, and the location (close to the Domain) is extremely convenient. Definitely recommended!

UPDATE: The management team reached me out and proposed to get me a full refund of my move-out fee which I accepted. I appreciate the effort and decided to update my rating stars.Very poor *new* management team (the pervious management was very nice) who will charge you whatever they can upon move out. I was charged a carpet replacement fee when moving out due to animal urine smell in my carpet. I do not have a pet and it also does say it on my lease that I dont own an animal. When I inquired about this after I got my bill, the office manager did everything in her power to avoid my emails and calls. When I called the office directly, the leasing office agent always replied with I need to talk to my manager about that but she isnt here right now. No follow up emails or phone calls or replies to my emails. I ended up paying for the bill or Id have to pay a late fee. I would give 0 stars if I can for this new management.

I love seeing all of the changes being made. It is so nice to actually have functioning amenities—the pool is great, the clubroom is always accommodating, and the fire pit is super cozy in the winter. I can’t wait to see what changes come next!

I just have to say wow!!! Not only is this property beautiful, safe and clean- but the new property manager Courtney was so helpful with my entire move in process. Moving in the middle of a pandemic is nerve wrecking as it is and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe. The efforts that are being made to help reduce the spread of Covid are just top notch, I’m loving my new apartment!

The property and mgmt are top notch. Everybody on the staff here has a smile on their face and approachable. The grounds are clean with a lots of trees. The courtyard is nice and relaxing. The gym is nice with a variety of machines. The clubhouse is moving to 24/7 on Feb 1. The apartments have huge windows that lets in a lot of light and makes the apartment feel bigger. Even though the apartments have a lot of space already. I came from an overpriced A+ property Michael at Presidio that Greystar took over and love this new property hands down.

I have not lived in an apartment in couple years and was apprehensive about getting back into a community, however Karlee made me feel right at home. Couldnt have made the transition without her!

Wow, a lot of subpar reviews here too, I do not understand. The parking situation everyone seems to be harping on is moot- pay up for a garage! I have a truck and as a result cannot park in half the spots; I come home at all hours of the night without issue, even when my roommate stole my spot at the garage.Melinda in the office is unbelievable,, she can sell ice to an eskimo, break your chops and get your maintenance requests squared away all before morning break; she really does a great job over there.Maintenance is speedy and I never had a problem waiting on them. Some people could be better about cleaning up after their pets, but nobodys perfect right? id probably re rent from here.

I recently toured at The Highline with Briana and absolutely LOVED this property. Briana was very friendly and knowledgeable and I had a great time touring with her. *MAINTENANCE ONLY*Dario has been great, helping me directly with any and everything. I moved in with a list of problems from the last tenant... Dario was able to come in, and knock out all of them in 30 min. Also, got my grounds clicker (for common areas & gate) working when all hope was lost. Dario will handle it accordingly, especially if you go up to him with a smile and shake his damn hand. People will work for people. Dont call the office 1,000,000 times, just walk up to Dario, and make him aware of YOUR situation.

My 15 month lease just ended and my experience at The Highline was fantastic. It all begins with the wonderful, courteous, and genuine staff. Mercedes, Lyyza, and Victoria always offered a great experience when I had any questions during the initial tour and length of my stay. They are professional, caring, and friendly. The staff communicated well and in a timely manner.My living experience on the 3rd floor was great. The apartments are well maintained, clean, and up to date. Everything in my apartment worked like new and I never experienced any problems.The complex itself is quiet, private, and safe. Finding a parking spot was easy and accessible at anytime during the day. The work out room was kept clean and never busy. The pool was nice during the summer. The office space in the lobby was handy whenever I needed a printer.The parcel pending service boxes were a Plus! It was nice knowing your packages would be delivered safely and secured.All in all, a great experience at The Highline.
