I lived in this apartment for a year and I totally loved it!! Whenever I requested some work orders, they came and fixed right away and the leasing office staffs were really friendly especially Yvonne and Claudia! The location was also great. Close to everywhere such as Walmart, target or shopping mall! And when you do the inspection, they dont charge you unless there is a reason to charge.(you know some places just charge huge amount and even dont have proof) I tried to clean everything really hard before I left our apartment and It worthed it! They only charged me for the carpet shampooing cause I didnt do it. We moved out this apartment only because we had to move to DC. Now, If I come back to El paso, I know where to live!

My partner and I moved to High Ridge Apartments last year and we just renewed our lease! The girls in the office and the manager Vero are beyond exceptional! Application process was quick and easy and property is very well maintained from the pool to the gym. Property is always clean and there’s plenty of parking throughout the property. Maintenance staff is always professional and efficient. We love it at High Ridge Apartments!

We have been living here for 6 months and it is a very quiet place. Occasionally there are cockroaches that come in from outside but it is not a serious problem.The apartments are in good condition and the front desk person, Jennifer, is very attentive.

Ive lived here about 9 months and I have had nothing but positive experiences with all the staff. The ease of being able to submit online maintenance requests really makes it easy for residents. My issue was successfully taken care or within 24 hours.I also love that the staff is always on top of keeping the property clean and well maintained. The upgrades recently done to the balconies is a plus as well.

This is a military-friendly apartment complex, and I had a great experience living at this apartment complex. About 16 minutes from Fort Bliss, traffic was very light back and forth. It is conveniently located near popular bars and restaurants.The staff was always friendly and approachable, very respectful, and answered all my questions and concerns.My only recommendation for improvement is for the Gymnasium’s amenities to be repaired in a faster fashion. Besides that, I enjoyed my tenure at the High Ridge apartments. Highly recommend it.

HUGE thank you to my girls at the front office for the exceptional work they do day in and day out with all the units at this property. We have never had an issue with maintenance or our payments or anything else for that matter. The property is very well kept! The units are very big and the rent is very affordable. I have lived here for 4 years and I couldnt see myself going anywhere else. The community is so nice and everyone is very friendly. We have a great pool, awesome gym, plenty of parking. Thank you!!

I have been a tenant for close to 9mos. I love this complex! The office staff is great! The grounds are kept neat and manicured. I have had very little issues and the ones I have had have been resolved immediately. I chose them for the convenient location, the apartment layout and the established landscape. From all the properties I looked at: there were cheaper ones and newer ones. I am happy I chose the High Ridge. I recommend them!

What can I say about my experience at high ridge? From beginning to end I can honestly say I had a wonderful experience here. The grounds are clean and tidy. The pool is wonderful and is almost always open. No issues with bugs which is impressive considering I was on the first floor. Whenever I did have minor issues, the management was quick to send someone out to help. The workers were also extremely helpful and always polite. I will miss it here but definitely encourage others to experience this place for themselves ❤️

The property and staff are amazing! I highly recommend these apartments. Maintenance repairs are completed on a timely manner and the residents are quiet but friendly. I resided here for 2 years and moved into a home, otherwise I would have stayed longer. Military community is a plus.

We have been living at the High Ridge Apartments for 3 years and we love it! Its a quiet and beautiful community ideal for singles, couples and small families. I was personally impressed with how quickly maintenance solves problems in the apartment and around the grounds. The staff are always friendly and helpful, too. We have really enjoyed our time here and recommend this place to everyone!

She compared at least 3 layouts from other complexes showing us the value of the offers she could give us at HR. Elsey and Alexis went above and beyond to get our lease together at moment’s notice! Both worked late hours to get us squared away. My husband is in the military and we moved all the way from Northern Virginia to El Paso with a completely full moving truck. We had to return our moving truck the next day or else pay an extra $100/ day to keep it and we would have get a another hotel room. We had no place to put the contents of the truck and we didn’t want to move it all to a storage unit only to move it all out again. It only made we sense to get an apartment ASAP! These ladies came through for us and we are so appreciative of their diligence. Now that we’re in, it’s been so wonderful here at Highridge. It’s so quiet. I open my balcony screen and windows and I here nothing but silence fromOutside. The property is very clean. The staff is super friendly. I feel like family. Bianca was also extremely professional and friendly. I urgently needed some legal documents printed and She was so kind to print documents for me from her computer. The maintenance technician also addressed the clogged sink before we signed off on the lease. We have a few minor maintenance requests pending but it’s only been a week and I’m sure it will get done in a timely manner as parts had to be ordered. I will update this review if that changes.UPDATE: All maintenance issues were addressed in a timely manner. The maintenance technician also went above and beyond! Thank you so much!! I’m super happy!

Simply AWESOME!I moved to El Paso in 2013 from Los Angeles and was fortunate to get some insights on where to live and High Ridge Apartment came up tops. I have not been disappointed since then. I love staying here because of the strategic location, peaceful living, wonderful amenities and most of all, the great support and assistance from the office staff.These apartments are very close to two big malls, the Fountains and Cielo Vista (for a Californian girl, this is huge!), nice restaurants, post office and less than a minute to the I-10. They are well maintained, decent sizes, modern, completely drama free and really feel like home. Neighbors are extremely helpful and look out for another without interfering.Each time I made a service call either by phone, email or face to face, I received immediate, professional and courteous service. The office staffs, especially Heather (who went through my walk through with me on day one) and Yvonne (with a friendly smile and genuine concern) are the best in the industry. The service guys are awesome, honest and trustworthy when carrying out repairs with utmost professionalism and precision. It is bittersweet leaving this community as I have come to call it home.

My husband and i have been living at these apartments for the past year and a half and i could not be more happy! not only are the apartments beautiful but the staff really makes the experience that much better. all of the office staff have been very friendly and the maintenance have always been more than helpful and prompt when it came to fixing anything we need. I highly recommend high ridge apartments!

Me and my husband are of a military family and they welcomed us with open arms. The friendly and personable staff made us feel at home. We love the amenities that the place has, like the pool and the gym but not only that its in walking distance to everything from the mall to stores all around. I love that when you walk into the office for anything the staff smiles and greets you and also has cookies ready almost at all times. The neighbors are great and mostly military families. They also have a washer and dryer place to do laundry if you dont own one. The rooms are a nice size for a family of two people but big enough for more. I love the spacious living and dining room and the bathrooms are nice also. If your looking for a place to stay in el paso this is the place to be

I have lived in Highridge before I deployed and loved it! As I left I told Alexis I would definitely be back to live there again. Now I am back from deployment and Alexis has made sure my transition is simple, painless and fast. I can undoubtedly say that Alexis sincerely cares for the tenants in Highridge Apartments. Her dedication to her job and making sure all of the tenants are well taken care of is a large part of the reason I returned to Highridge. I very much appreciate her.

I previously lived at The Crest, also a Case & Associates property, and was really scared that I was going to be screwed over again. But good management makes all the difference! I dont know about the other 2 ladies, but Ibeth is super nice!I didnt realize you had to switch the electric over right when your lease starts (12/20), even if you are out of town & not moving in until about 10 days after the lease (12/30). The contract states that it would cost us $35 + $10/day, so I was going to end up paying a lot. Well, I switched the electric over to my name around 12/27 & Ibeth said shed waive the charges because it was around the holidays & I probably had trouble getting them to come. If this happened at The Crest, management would try to suck you dry & take every penny they can.There was one time I forgot to pay the rent on time & was 2 days late & ended up paying $35 extra or something. Well, that wasnt waived, but I think thats my own fault because it slipped my mind.Im not sure that every apartment unit here is as quiet or nice, but we are in a little building thats only 2 stories (most buildings are 3 stories) & only has 8 units. So we are not next to a lot of people so it is really quiet here. Theres also a huge parking lot thats only used by our building & the other one, so I always get to park very close to my apartment. Again, I cant say this for every apartment unit here.Noise hasnt been a problem except my downstairs neighbors car being loud & I can hear it from my room (which overlooks the parking lot). But now hes moved out. One of the neighbors in our building did have a party last Saturday with loud music but that was the first time in the 8 months I lived here that I had a noise issue (hopefully this is not a frequent occurrence since I need to study) . I was going to complain to the management but forgot, so Im not sure how theyd handle it. I also like that the AC is on the first floor & since we live on the 2nd floor, I dont hear it, not like at The Crest.A few months ago, they added new equipment to the fitness center which is nice. And it isnt usually crowded, but sometimes around the busier hours, there will be about 6-7 people which is way too crowded for that small fitness center. The pool in the summer was always occupied by a lot of people, so I didnt get to use it much.

Yes, you might hear some noise from the other apts but thats anywhere... its tolerable and the other residents are also good and respectable to you. Calm place to live. Plus at a very convenient location! I currently live here and will continue. Office staff is great!! I am very comfortable here.

Great place to live, great discounts, lived here for a year, close to almost everything, movie theatre, shopping mall, market store, schools, access to freeway, the apartments are well maintained, very professional staff. nice pool, nice gym (small but effective). most people here are professionals including military people, its a well behaved community. pet friendly.

The environment is beautiful and parking is convenient. All rooms are available. There are various shopping malls nearby. All major shopping malls can be reached by car in ten minutes.
