    Lydia gave me an amazing tour. She was friendly and had an amazing radiant energy from the start. She was extremely detailed with answering any questions I had and could tell she was honest. After visiting a couple of complexes hidden lakes was by far the best one I toured yet. Iā€™m very excited to apply and start a new journey with my baby coming soon. I definitely recommend seeking a tour with Lydia if youā€™re looking for a new place to call home.

    I am not a resident here but I was honestly impressed with their customer service and the love they provide for trying to get there new applicants a home. I have applied to many places and hidden lakes first told me they couldnt approve me but 2 weeks later I get a call from a leasing agent and spoke with her about my conditiona and I spoke with their manager Natalie and I was beyond excited about the new tips she suggested to me about possibly being able to get a little more further. She is a blessing in many ways definitely looks out for you to help you for your future wheater you live there or get your own home. Thank you Hidden lakes Management!!

    I have lived here for a year now and we started in a two bedroom and now have transferred into a 3 bedroom. Since the day I have gotten here, my kids and I have loved this community. Christina is so sweet, understanding and helpful. The staff are always nice to us and you can depend on them when things need to be done. Hands down the best place we have ever lived!!

    I have lived here for 4 years now. All I can say is that his property has come a long way! Since Christina became Property Manager, our maintenance issues have been addressed in a day or less! The new Assistant Manager, Alejandra, is very sweet and truly cares about her job and the residents. Iā€™m so blessed to have found this place and I look forward to renewing! Keep up the great work Christina and Alejandra! Yā€™all are doing amazing!!

    Christina was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered all questions and made me feel right at home . We toured a 2 bedroom 2 bath which was on the 3rd floor . My daughter was scared to walk up and down the steps and Ms.Christina helped her with was so sweet . The apartments are very lovely and amenities on the property is great . I love how there is plenty activities for the children . I canā€™t wait to be apart of the hidden lakes resident.

    I wasnā€™t looking to move when I came across these. Alejandra was great showed all the amenities and really took time to answer my questions. Christina is so sweet and cares about her residents. I have moved in and anything I have needed addressed by maintenance was taken care of quickly. Itā€™s quiet here and I love that. Valet trash is also great. If I had to complain about anything it would be parking but itā€™s really not a big deal to me!

    Toured this apartments and fell in love. Wish I could have moved in today . The apartments are nice from the outside to the inside of the apartments. The garden tubs is a plus one and the B3 have so much space . This have been one of the most nicest apartments I have seen so far . Christina made it even more easier to choose this apartments over the ones I have been looking at . I canā€™t wait to move in

    Ive been living here for a year and I must say the staff is great. Anytime there was an issue it was addressed immediately. The property itself is nice especially the amenities. If I didnt need a bigger space I would definitely continue living here. They tried accommodating me to the best of their abilities which was greatly appreciated but unfortunately I still needed more space. I really wish I could have stayed. I hate moving you guys in the office were awesome.

    My experience here has been great i have lived here since 2022 management has changed a bit since but havenā€™t had a bad experience with anyone. The leasing manager and staff members are always nice and helpful. Grounds are always well kept and clean. Iā€™m glad to call hidden lakes home šŸ™‚

    My husband and me have been here for about 4 years. We love the property and the staff is always understanding and helpful when you openly communicate with them. The Maintenance team always tries to help us as quickly as possible, so I dont want to leave them out.     Iā€™ve lived here for a full year now, going on my second. Being a young female looking for a safe and affordable place to live, this place checked all the boxes. Iā€™ve never had any real issues living here, everyoneā€™s minds their own and I always feel welcomed in my community. I will say Iā€™ve seen many employees in and out of the office which can be annoying, but management does a great job of handling their business and giving back to the community. The girls are always helpful and good at taking responsibility for things, which I think is rare for some apartment complexes. Maintenance is also very nice. This morning they gave me a breakfast taco and coffee which was such a surprise!! Literally MADE MY MORNING! 10/10 recommend living here. Great for first time renters and people with kids.

    This place has beautiful amenities. The pool area and the activity areas they have are to die for. They provide future and current residents with the best service. Since we came through the door we received a warm welcome. Ashley is amazing always very helpful. My favorite area is the game room.

    This is the best staff I have ever had to deal with, they have all been a great help. Natalie M was always on top of keeping me updated on my apartment and move in date. Natalie G was very helpful as well she answered everything I needed to know about the apartment complex and was willing to work with me. Jannet is also a great staff member as well on my move in date was my first time speaking to her and she helped me do all my paper work and also made it clear that if I needed anything to not hesitate to ask. Great staff all around recommend everyone to stay here great apartments as well:):):):)

    I recently just moved in and I can say, as a first time renter, the management here is so professional. They always keep you informed on whatā€™s going on and theyā€™re super friendly! I feel very safe here as a girl living alone and Iā€™m a month into my lease and have no complaints(just wish the pool was open already). Highly recommend 10/10. Itā€™s a very beautiful place and you can tell they care about keeping the complex looking pretty and put together! :)

    Since new management has taken over, the property has improved. The office staff is very helpful and always does their best to make me happy. Maintenance requests are always taken care of quickly. I love how they keep residents informed of changes or things they need residents to do. They email you as well as text you.     Noah wilsterman-My wife and I moved in in august 2021 and have really loved every moment. The new team is absolutely outstanding and has given us so much patience and kindess no matter what.     Weā€™ve lived at hidden lakes for a year and a half. During this time weā€™ve gone through two management companies, many staff and managers, as well as the crazy storm in February of 2021.Over the past four to six months the current staff, especially Natalie Murillo, have worked diligently to make our community a better place to live.Change, however, happens slowly. And I know the current team inherited quite the mess. Yet theyā€™ve been prompt in dealing with issues that require attention and have been quick to repair emergency issues and appliances.We are moving soon. And Iā€™ll miss our awesome corner apartment. But I know and trust that Hidden Lakes will continue to become a more organized and comfortable place to live.

    These apartments are absolutely hands down gorgeous! The staff in the office are very customer service related and personable! Im about to sign my new lease. I lived here 5 years ago and now Im moving back in. theyve upgraded everything inside the unit and they look more beautiful than ever! the pool is great for adults and children of any age. Plus they have a stocked pond for catch and release that is beautiful! they also are one of the very few apartment complexes around that will allow you to have a pitbull! I definitely give this place five stars!

    Lots of poor reviews, but I was happy here. I guess parking can be tough, but its not bad at all if you live on the shorter side of the complex. I never had to park on the street. The gate does need to be more consistently functional, not sure why its so commonly out of order. The positives... The staff treated me great, kudos to Michael and Clayton. Always friendly and helpful and happy to give my dog some treats when I stopped in the office. I had no issues with my billing. My apartment was very nice for the price I paid, roomy and lots of windows. I had no issues with noisy neighbors. My dog loved running around in the fenced in pond area. Close to businesses, close to the highways for commutes. My recommendation is to try to get a unit to the right of the office. Only 3 buildings on that side, its quieter and less crowded for parking.

    I wanted to say thank you to the Hidden Lakes staff for always catering to there residents. I just transferred to a new larger unit after residing at this property for 3 years. It was time to bring in the new and when I walked through the doors my jaw dropped it was sooo beautiful , the clean was incredible. Thank you Natalie and Vallert for everything this complex is a 10/10 I wish I can give more stars !!!!

    Let me start by saying that this is my first time living alone and I was very nervous. I leased with hidden lakes and ended up having a few issues. Wellā€¦thanks to Vallery the property manager, she went above and beyond to insure this experience would be great! I love my new lil spot! Itā€™s mine! Itā€™s cute! And I love the help I got from day one!

    Lets see me and my wife have been a resident since August of 2018 , July of 2021 got married on the property at the beautiful layout of the pool area,now thru these years every one had to experience different management and get use to new and different policies but all inallnew management is awesome more caring and professional , including Christina with her passion to make sure the residents are safe and comfortable with their living environment .

    Natalie Garcia was super helpful through the entire process of moving in. The apartment are modern looking and great sizes. The only thing I possibly dislike is just opinionated with the color the apartment are but that is truly is the last thing Iā€™m worried about. All the requests/questions I have been answered promptly. Really excited to live here.

    Me and my boyfriend have lived here for about a year now and overall I donā€™t have many complains about the complex. The biggest problem to me is parking and maintenance. Maintenance isnā€™t consistent with response time and parking is impossible pretty much anytime after 7pm and almost anytime on the weekends unless you purchase a garage or a car port. But other than that we are happy with our actual apartment and the amenities. Paige in the office is amazing! She originally helped us with our lease and continues to help us with any questions or concerns we have and is always professional. Anytime weā€™ve had problems with maintenance weā€™ve talked to her and theyā€™ve shown up the same day. We are very appreciative of everything sheā€™s done for us!

    LOVE THIS PROPERTY! The apts are huge, great prices, I would highly recommend looking in to Hidden Lakes, Something came up for the home we were moving into, and Bobbie made us feel totally welcome in our last minute situation, couldnt be happier!! The office staff is phenomenal, Natalie is the best, she stays on top of everything, IF there are ever any issues, she takes care of it immediately. Super Kind, and great place to live.

She made me feel comfortable when moving into the apartment homes, and continues to remind me why I choose to stay. I have been with them for two years, and in that time Ms. Middleton has always been willing to lend a helping hand when a tenant is in need. She maintains an attitude, appearance, and knowledgeability of the utmost professionalism that is rarely matched. Sheā€™s the best.

    The facility manager Crystal Medina is an experienced management staff here full of energy and willing to give a helping hand when neeeded. She has excellent customer service skills as well as her other colleagues.     When I first started looking for info on this place, I was put off by all the negative reviews. I talked about it with my husband and, after visiting the property and doing a little research, we decided to risk it and sign a lease. Im so glad we did. This place is beautiful! The staff are friendly and are eager to help. Clayton has always watched out for us. The garden tub is a huge plus. Sure, its not perfect and parking can be an issue but only if youre coming home after 10pm. Ive lived in places that are way worse than this and Hidden Lakes doesnt deserve the awful reviews it has gotten online.

    I moved into my apartment about 5 months ago with my boyfriend. Its a one bed/one bath and I love it. I honestly can be proud to say that I love this complex. Since Ive moved in the pool has been open and so beautifully clean. I use the gym regularly and its always been clean. Ive had flooding in my apartments CLOSET, loud upstairs neighbors and my sink didnt work when I first moved in. I personally dont mind that because apartments arent going to be 100% when you move into them. UNLESS you move into them brand new. Michael is one of the people that I talk to when something is wrong and he always makes sure that everything is done in a timely manner. Hes taken such great care of my boyfriend and I and I couldnt be more happy. The parking situation doesnt bother me or my boyfriend much, since I use the highway every day so I can just park outside my apartment and just go. My dog is a pitbull mix and they love her at the office. When we were talking about our contract the simply recommended that I bring in a letter from my vet saying that my dog wasnt aggressive and shes up to date on all of her vaccines. I also have a bearded dragon that stays in his cage most of the time and they dont mind him either. Over all, I love the complex and I feel like my money isnt going to waste when I pay my rent.

    Iā€™ve been here 2 years since I moved here there has been alot of changes in management but I have to say since june of last year I have seen a lot of difference since natalie M came in and when natalie g arrived. There has been better communication and willing to help and go above and beyond. The property is looking way better and cleaner. They are hands on and more firm to make it a better living.     Update* There is a new management team and they fixed our heater in two days after it broke instead of the two weeks we have become accustomed to. Granted they did not communicate with us when they showed up while we were at work, but the next day we were able to work it out. If the heater lasts longer than a month without breaking then I will change my rating on here back up to five stars. Here is hoping.Our heater has broken 5 times just in this winter. Each time the office lies to you about when they will fix it. You have to complain every day for weeks before they will do anything. And then it will break again in a few weeks. In summer the air conditioning unit is the same process.
