    We spent a great 2 years here. Management was and is always so sweet and ready to help in any situation. Ashley and Pebbles are the best, Very quiet community. Easy access to so many restaurants, walking trail, shopping, etc. Highly recommend living here.

    I have been happy with my experience at Hidden Creek apartment complex. Location is great. Leasing an apartment was easy and to my surprise I could have done most of the process on their website. The complex is well maintained and clean. I have lived here 4 months and I have had no issues and I was surprised how much work they did on the apartment. Carpet is brand new. Paint, tile, bathrooms are pretty new. They replaced two windows after I moved in because the seal was blown. I didnt even know they just did it. The pool looks great and the complex has a door onto Water Creek Trail. I can walk the 2 mile circle, walk to waters creek shopping area on the trail for lunch, or walk miles up and down the trail thru Allen. The complex is only two stories and there is always parking.There are not many cons if any. Visitors have to find your code if you dont tell them then it calls you and you press 9 on phone. One trash dumpster for all its large but may be far from you. I would prefer a digital thermostat so I actually know what temp is set at. Units come with washer and dryer so I cant use mine. Stove is in great condition but just a little old. Shower doesnt get real hot because of scold protection.

    Ive been living at Hidden Creek for a short period of time, but my experience has been great thus far. I love the complex and community. The units are beautiful, with great appliances and amenities. The maintenance team is great as well. Ive had service requests that were handled promptly and with great professionalism by Jose.

    This review is long overdue. Ive been at hidden creek for a year and a half and in all the apartments Ive lived in Ive never found one as amazing as hidden creek. The natural beauty of the environment, the access to all the shopping and dining is great. The units themselves have been upgraded and the staff (Ashley, pebbles and maritza) are just the best! They have been so helpful. They take care of your issues immediately and always ready to greet you with a genuine smile! They are so professional in everything they do.

    I had some good memories at this place, but a change in management and customer service has led much to be desired.My corenter and I decided to make the decision to move and we have received nothing but trouble. Firstly, I was battling bugs daily, including roaches and ants. Secondly, there were many repairs that needed to be made while we were staying, we only reported the ones that would make life difficult.The way they run the ledgers is exceedingly confusing, dont be suprised to get a suprise charge that cant be explained because its dated last year. Insult to injury, the final bill is 600 dollars and the deposit we made upon move in has somehow vanished, so now it must come out of pocket.Update***I was able to get some clarity from the office. Not happy at the added fees, but it makes sense.Thanks

    Best experience Iā€™ve had getting an apartment so far thanks to Pebbles Leyva!! She was very helpful and really and made the process smooth and easy. Pebbles answered any question I had (and I had a lot) as well as walking me through each step to make sure everything was done correctly. Couldnā€™t have been a better experience!

    The Manager Ashley and Leasing Agent Maritza have bent over backwards for me in the process of choosing my future home here at Hidden Creek! I cant say enough about both of these incredible Ladies! They have been upfront, honest and committed not only to their profession but to me.. This kind of service is rare and unheard of now days.     We recently viewed Hidden Creek and absolutely feel in love from the start! Everyone welcomed us and made us feel right at home! Pebbles showed us around the community and we instantly knew this community was the one! She answered all our questions and concerns while we were there. We went home and put in the application, that same day we got approved. Pebbles has been so helpful through the process and continues to answer any questions we have. We canā€™t wait to move in, she has truly made moving a smooth transition with communicating and keeping us updated on everything! If youā€™re looking to move I highly recommend Hidden Creek, you wonā€™t be disappointed!

    These apartments and landscaping are so well kept. I canā€™t believe how nice a two bedroom is. Itā€™s like living in a small home. The bedrooms are big as well as a large bathroom. Kitchen and dining are a little small but itā€™s perfect and the furniture looks beautiful in the apartment. I visit my daughter often and she always has nice things to say about management.PB

    We recently moved into this community. Through out our moving process community manager Ashley Barnes and leasing agent Pebbles Leyva helped us a lot. Pebbles sheā€™s very knowledgeable and professional. We were paying high renters insurance previously and Pebbles referred us to save $$ in our insurance and utilities. Really appreciate her advice. The community and neighbors are really supportive and friendly. Very excited to see what comes next with in a year. šŸ˜Š

    Ive recently moved to this apartment community. So far I love it here. The apartment is well insulated and feels really warm and cozy. There is a large size garage that I can keep all my stuff coz I had a lot of stuff to move! The place is quiet and peaceful. I also absolutely love the nature trail that is bordering this property. My front porch is overlooking the trail which is an added bonus for me. We get to enjoy sitting outside and looking out at nature. And I can just step outside and very quickly get to the trail for a walk. The personnel at the leasing office have been very nice to us. I would like to give a special thank you to Yasmin who helped us through the whole leasing process. She gave us a tour of the property, helped us with all paperwork needed, and answered all our questions and calls promptly. Thank you again Yasmin for your professional, yet sweet and kind work ethic.

    Just want to leave this here for any folks out there considering renting here. We visited this past weekend and from the initial phone call on Saturday right through the apartment tour and answers provided to all our questions and concerns; Pebbles exemplified what we all hope, want, and imagine client services to be like. Many are experiencing great uncertainty during these times but Pebbles made us feel right at home and went out of her way to accommodate our needs and answer our concerns. We also had the privilege of meeting some residents while visiting, and we were delighted to hear and see that everyone else was just as happy and at home living there. Ultimately, we will be making a greater move to be near family again but, if we planned to stay, then Hidden Creek is where we would have chose to call home (without question). Thank you so much Pebbles for all your help! You are truly a blessing and gem of person. Folks, look no further than Hidden Creek!

    Moved here about a month ago. I looked all over the surrounding areas but felt like this was the one. Immediately felt welcomed by Pebbles and property staff. Pebbles assisted with everything throughout the whole process. Apartment itself was clean, spacious and well constructed. Love the area already.

    Iā€™ve lived here for about 3 months now and Iā€™ve been really happy with everything here. The walls seem to be well-constructed and not paper-thin like so many other apartments. Everything was super clean and well-maintained when I moved in.The management has been super helpful and informative, and theyā€™ve been responsive to my emails and to any issues Iā€™ve had. When I first moved in, my dishwasher had a bit of rust/water damage and the rubber seal was worn out, but it still worked almost perfectly, but they replaced it within two weeks of my move-in without question. Also my A/C went out on a Sunday evening and by midday the next day it was fixed.Definitely recommend this complex after hearing so many horror stories from other nearby complexes!

    We loved everything about the property, staff was super friendly and you could tell they take pride in what they do. I was especially content with my experience with Ms. Henrietta Rodriguez, she went above and beyond for my husband and I. We were impressed with how extremely professional, helpful she was and was able to find us a great apartment that fit right in our price range! She was communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. We are looking forward to making Hidden Creek Apartments our new future home.

    Moved in a few months ago. Hidden Creek is a nice, quiet, friendly community located conveniently within walking distance of grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. If you like going for nature strolls, there is access to a walking trail! Management and staff are always friendly, very professional, and extremely helpful. Fun, safe, community events are held periodically. The amenities are always clean, as well as the entire grounds. Resident portal is easy to navigate. Iā€™ve submitted 2 service requests for minor problems, which were resolved right away. So far, there are no complaints! I even have a nice view from my patio.

    I am quite impressed with this apartment community. I love the layouts that are offered. They are clean, well kept and up to date. The management team offers great customer service and answered all my questions in detail. They were very open about the property and their plans to continue to improve. I was hesitant to stop by because I didnā€™t think theyā€™d be willing to walk me through in the rain but the property manager insisted and was willing to show me around. Although it was rainy she was sweet enough to loan me an umbrella. I really like this place and it feels like home already. I canā€™t wait for the move this summer!

    My sister, cousin, and I visited Hidden Creek Apartments on Friday and were helped by the nicest and sweetest young lady. She was very informative and took the time to answer and explain with specific details to questions that all three of us had.I was super amazed when Yesmin toured us along every single room in the office. One of their best features offered is a 24-hour fitness room! Do not let me forget to mention the billiard area, it is beautiful.Despite the fact that their prices were way out of the range we were hoping to stay in, the property is very well kept.Woohoo girl! You rock! Thank you for your time and attention.

    Never have I experienced such excitement with a move, an apartment complex, a leasing agent and a location as I have felt when I moved into the Hidden Creek Apartments. Maritza, the leasing agent showed me a nice apartment on the ground floor, wood flooring, nice counter tops, well designed with ample sunlight, lots of storage and large front porch; and it was love at first sight. She showed me a price at my target and I moved in the next day. Jennifer helped me to get everything ready for my move the next day and by 1 am, I had my keys. Both Maritza and Jennifer showed genuine concern in how they worked and great excitement through the process that left me feeling cared for and thrilled about my move. Thank you dears for making the start of my stay so memorable.

    I had the pleasure of viewing this complex with Shannon; she was an absolute JOY to talk with. I have NEVER left a review for an apt complex after just viewing them...but Shannon truly left a lasting impression. She was kind, made you feel comfortable and at home...just by being herself. No special sales tactic...just truth and sharing her experiences living on the property. Everyone I met while touring the property were super kind (even the residents in the pool area hanging out).I am really hoping this place will be my new home in the near future..but if not, know that its a great property and many new upgrades and changes are being made by the new property manager and you will feel right at home with the office team.     Weve been here a little over 2 years, and feel right at home in this little community! Its a quiet complex, which I like. Any necessary repairs have been done in a very timely manner and the maintenance guys are always very professional and friendly. Ive had many packages delivered and left at my front door, and I never have to worry about them being taken. Its a really nice, safe, clean complex!

Maintenance is timely, trustworthy, and personable. This is one if the best experiences I have had at an apartment community in my 12 years of renting.     This is the best place to live! Weve lived here for 6 years and cant imagine living in any other apartments. We face the woods and love our apartment. Its very quiet here, and have nice neighbors. Tony is a great manager, and Marty is our maintenance man and does a great job as well. We have no complaints whatsoever!

    I moved to Hidden Creek about 6 months ago & have loved every minute of my time here. I looked at over 15 different communities in the Allen/McKinney area and the minute I walked in the door of the leasing office I knew I had found my new home. Maritza listened to my concerns & showed me a unit that was perfect! It has a large balcony overlooking the walking trail. No more excuses for not getting my daily steps in. Adam has been great with maintenance issues and always follows up to make sure everything is working as it should. Most of the residents in my building have been here many years. That pretty much says it all. I have found my new ā€œhappy placeā€.

    We lived at Hidden Creek for a few months and enjoyed it overall. We were by the pool-- which is pretty to see out the window when not in use and very convenient to get to-- but kind of noisy when there are a lot of people there. The office staff was friendly. Maintenance requests were handled quickly; I appreciated being able to submit requests online. The apartment was a good size. The location is really convenient. I appreciated that there were washers and dryers in the unit. It would be nice to have some speed bumps in the parking lot, as people often drive through there really fast, which is dangerous when youre walking. It would also be nice to see upgraded air conditioner/heater control panels.

    Beautiful apartments and an amazing experience!! I am a college student whoā€™s been looking at many apartments and I have to say I am glad I came across this location. Enriqueta was lovely and was very helpful with learning about the property. She answered all of my questions and showed me a beautiful apartment for my roommate and I. Unfortunately, as much as I loved the complex, due to the cost it was out of our price range. I definitely believe Hidden Creek Apartments is a place I will recommend to everyone.

    Ive lived at Hidden Creek for over 5 years. I love my apartment and the location. I dont hear any sound from my neighbors, other than the garage doors opening, which is to be expected. The management is great, contrary to other reviews Ive seen. (Tony is great) So is the maintenance. Whenever Ive placed a maintenance request, Marty took care of it promptly. The pool is beautiful and there is a wonderful exercise trail adjacent to the ā€œhidden creekā€ at the back of the property. I am about to retire and hope I can still afford to continue to live here on SS, if so I will continue to live here indefinitely. I highly recommend Hidden Creek Apartments.

    Hidden Creek apartments is a very astonishingly beautiful property, upon arrival I was greeted by Henrietta with a very positive and jovial attitude. She was very knowledgeable about all the questions I asked in regards to the property and area, especially safety because I have a seven year old son and his safety and well-being is priority number one to me. Henrietta was very kind and courteous to show my son and I all around the property and show us all the amenities Hidden Creek has to offer, I was blown away by all the time Henrietta took out of her busy schedule to make sure my son and I were well taken care of and we could call Hidden Creek our home. I say this because before visiting Hidden Creek my son and I visited Benton Pointe and Settlers Gate and their customer service was truly unexceptional, we we not greeted at all upon coming inside and had to wait 13 minutes before anyone would acknowledge us. Upon taking a tour of the complex the leasing agent kept being on the phone and rushing the whole tour and not taking the time to make sure we were pleased with the complex, it was a totally bad experience. Henrietta represent what great customer service should be and look like at all times, I hope my son and I can call Hidden Creek our home. Thank you so much Henrietta for a magnificent tour and hope to see you again. God bless.

    Stopped by to tour the community and I have to say it was one of the best experiences I have had while looking for my future home. Jennifer, the property manager was very welcoming and provided excellent customer service.     Clean apartments with some older appliances that get the job done. Just recently had a small issue with our dishwasher and theyā€™re replacing it entirely. Leasing office is usually prompt and quick with responses.Jonathan was sent over to look over our dishwasher issue and he was quick, efficient, and our dog loved him. Just signed another lease contract and happy to have done so.

    We love our apartment here: It is very clean with nice carpeting and feels homey. Balconies are spacious, grounds are pretty, washer and dryer included, and the ladies who run the leasing office are professional and kind. Very good Maintenance! We highly recommend this apartment.

    Management is the bomb.com. super helpful and accommodating, Jennifer Sanchez greeted us as soon as we walked in, gave us the full tour and was knowledgeable on property and surrounding areas including market and competitors. It was a bit out of our price range but I would have leased there especially after getting the friendly customer service we did. Property was well maintained, as were the office, billard room and media room, super spacious and clean.

    I lived at Hidden Creek apartments for over a year and our entire stay was very pleasant!Few things come to mind that really stuck out to me:1. The quality of service to any and all issues was prompt and diligent. The maintenance crew, Marty is awesome and ensures all issues are quickly resolved.2. The assistant manager, Tony, since then promoted to Manager, is a great leader and offers good customer service and always ensures residents are happy and feeling good.3. The place felt safe with automatic gates, play areas and a swimming pool all meticulously maintained.4. Yes, sometimes they were issues with parking and people dumping garbage, but the staff was very patient with the residents and offered several warnings before taking any specific action, all to preserve a high quality of service and good experience5. Easy access to shopping, restaurants and thereā€™s a storage unit immediately across the street which we loved!6. Theyā€™re very into holiday spirit, holloween, Christmas, thanksgiving, July 4th, barbecues, they make it fun, festive and safe.7. Children can go into a safe office and wait for parents to arrived in case they forgot their keys after getting dropped off by the school bus. This is so important.All in all, we had a great experience and had we not bought a home, wouldā€™ve renewed our lease another two years.

    Wow! Great changes taking place. An office staff that makes one feel welcome. The maintenance team super responsive and a Manager who actually seems to enjoy interacting with her residents.     Maritza was so sweet and professional. Itā€™s hard to find good customer service now days but she took the cake. From walking into the office to walking out the door, she definitely knew how to make me feel like I was at home. Iā€™ll be leasing here as soon as a 2 bedroom opens up in September

    I lived at Hidden Creek Apartments for 2 years. I loved living so close to all the wonderful scenery around our apartment right off of the bike trails snaking their way through Allen. The Staff at Hidden Creek Apartments were always going over and above to make me feel welcome by posting calendars on my apartment door about up coming parties and events at the complex.Hidden Creek Apartments are nice and not like other apartments that are craming people in to a property. What made my experience their so amazing was the employees and staff being so helpful when you needed help. The maintenance staff always resolved the issues that needed fixing if something broke in a timely manor. Overall my experience their as a renter was Great!

    This apartment complex was one of the few I could find that would accept a very short term lease. Now that I have been here only a couple of months, I will likely make a long term lease renewal. Having just moved in 2 months ago, I had a few items that needed repair. I was in very pleasantly surprised to find that every time I reported an issue, the maintenance team not only arrived to inspect, but also repaired the issue within two hours of reporting the issue. This complex is conveniently located between two shopping centers and has easy access to Central Expressway without being so close as to catch all the highway noise. This is a great place to live, if you choose live in an apartment complex.

    In one and a half years, I have no complaints about Hidden Creek. The location is great. Everything generally works well, I havent needed to contact maintenance at all, no issues with neighbors, parking (even without paying for the covered spots) is never an issue and management is nice (shout-out to Tony).I cannot think of a single issue or hassle in all my time here, which I think is the best praise one can give to an apartment complex.

    Me and my 5yo daughter have lived here since September 2018 and as of today I have nothing bad to say about this place at all. Like nothing. 0. Improvement - maybe. Having playground for kids would be awesome, there is that. But here we have plenty of good things: its peaceful and quiet, its family friendly, its in the middle of everything, yet you have amazing nature trail right next to us.I love my unit (I am renting 2br/1.5bath with garage), layout is perfect and plenty of space.And management is very responsive - we are talking within an hour in my experience. Same with maintenance - had to request some work twice and in both cases it was done same day within few hours.

    I have lived here for several years and despite a few errors from the past, I really like the new management team in place. I had an issue with some service requests that past management ignored however, Enriqueta made some time to listen to my concerns, address them, and get those service requests that Iā€™ve been asking for, done. FINALLY! :) thank you thank you thank you... and Thank you maintenance team for following through. I am definitely renewing my lease now!

    Weve lived here for a little over 5 years. Very quiet and I have good neighbors. I love being so close to the trails. Overall, its been very good. Marty has been great about repairing things pretty quickly and/or keeping me updated.

    My wife and I just so happened to pass through this complex during our apartment hunting and we were extremely impressed by all staff and the fact that we were greeted the moment we walked into the office. Jennifer Sanchez was patient with us the entire duration of our visit and seemed very knowledgeable about the complex itself and the industry as a whole. 10/10

    Stopped by hidden Creek as my roommate was apartment hunting and the property manager Jennifer went outOf her way to show us around and provided us with a few quotes on different floorplans. The apartment we saw was cute and located by the creek behind the property surrounding a number of trees with a great view. I would have leased there is I wasnt currently in a lease. Girls in the office were all professional and attentive. Big office!

    Beautiful property. Front office staff was always helpful. The trail behind the complex is beautiful. Prime location, very close to shopping and food. Higher cost, but worth it because of the area in Allen.Due to COVID contact was limited but all of my maint. request were repaired within 1-2 days. We were trying to get a house is why we moved, during move out they made things easy, seamless and were very helpful with all of my questions.My only complaint was the neighbors throughout the property. Unfortunately they were not the nicest, or quietest.

    Iā€™ve been at Hidden Creek Apartments for 4 months. The floor plans are spacious with a lot of closet/storage space. The location is in a perfect spot close to Dallas, Plano, Mckinney, and Frisco. It is within a wonderful elementary school district. There is easy access to the trail system along the creek that connects to Watters Creek and soon to Legacy Central. The office staff is very helpful and friendly. Although itā€™s a bit of an older complex I would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Allen!

    Hidden Creek would be an incredible place to call home. The property is beautiful, the grounds are impeccable, and the pool is sparkling. All of the floor plans are well laid out and spacious. Enri was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and accommodating. She patiently answered all of my questions & thoroughly addressed all of my concerns. Itā€™s rare these days to receive genuine, courteous, 5 star service. Enri delivered above & beyond. I am beyond impressed!

    Amazing apartments! Most apartments are 3-4 stories high and pack you in like a sardine! These apartments are spacious, beautiful and have walking and biking trails. The staff is very friendly and if anything ever goes wrong maintenance fixes it quickly and effectively! Every other apartment Iā€™ve lived in pails in comparison!

    I want to give a shout out to Jonathan one of our maintenance crew, he is always on the spot when there is a problem, he has done a wonderful job for us especially during the big winter storm. He was so quick to respond that he managed to keep a lot of water damage to a real minimum!! He does what he says he is going to do when he says he will do it!! Thank you so much Johnathan!!!I want to add that Michael and David have also done work in my apartment and were so courteous and effecient!! They had a list of several items over the last few months that needed attention and went above and beyond to take care of each item!! The whole team really does an amazing job of keeping our complex running smoothly even with all the challenges we have had over the last yearTHANK YOU!!!     Such a beautiful property, sidewalk trails all around the property and its right by many businesses. Jonathan Yoder was also such a great help! We had several small issues while living there and they sent Jonathan to fix it, such a quick, friendly worker. Highly recommend living here if you like being near great places to eat or shop, all in walking distance.

    I moved beach to Texas from NYC and I came across this location. Enri was sooo helpful very informative and gave me one of the best tours Iā€™ve had. She gave me everything I needed to know and pointed out all the great things about this property. I loved the details. I didnā€™t rent only because I needed a 3 bedroom. I loved the fact that there was a trail connected to the property. A huge thing for me!Keep this one guys sheā€™s great!!!

    I stopped by to view the location and apartment. Jennifer Sanchez was AMAZING! Her upbeat attitude and willingness to show me around with my toddler fussing was great. She offered him a snack and he was good to go! Its not every day someone is willing to deal with a crying child. I give this place a 20 out of 10 rating just for that.

    I had searched for an apartment for a few months and couldnt find one with large closets and a 2nd bedroom. Then I found Hidden Creek, simply by seeing the property from the street, great location and a very clean, gated community. The closets in both of my bedrooms are huge, the 2nd bathroom is not only large but has an unbelievable amount of storage. The office staff can make or break your leasing experience, regardless of how nice the apartment is. Whenever I call for maintenance, for simple issues, such as an appliance isnt working correctly, the maintenance staff is there, usually the same day. They are all professional, courteous and whenever they enter the apartment, at my request, they leave it clean and even reset the alarm if I ask them to. There are numerous fun events for all residents, all throughout the year. It is a very kid-friendly, safe environment. Although there are 2 children living above me and 1 beside me, I seldom see them and never hear them so the walls are thick too! And no loud parties around like most apartments. There is a beautiful pool and work out center inside the clubhouse so it is safe and a lot of traffic inside and out with tenants so I feel perfectly safe, day and night.I am always afraid of bugs in any apartment, especially being on the first floor and with beautiful greenery all around us. I have not seen ANYTHING in my apartment or even on the patio! And they do offer monthly spraying whenever you want it. Watters Creek is less than 1/4 of a mile south of the apartments, where there are tons of restaurants and shopping, with a beautiful park for children and almost weekly events of some kind. 1/4 of a mile north of us there is even more shopping, restaurants and the best car wash ever!!! I cant imagine I would ever find a nicer apartment and everyone that comes to visit says it is more spacious than their house. I feel very lucky to have stumbled across this jewel.

    The price is affordable, not to far from the city, and the staff are always friendly and willing to listen and help. I was really surprised regarding how quick the maintenance issues get addressed here. Ive lived here for over a year now and have had only 2 maintenance issues. Both were addressed either that day or next. A lot of people have mentioned Amazon packages not being able to be delivered here, and thats not the case. Amazon can be delivered at this complex.
