We had the privilege to stay a short term stay here. The apartments date back to the 60s and we were so happy about this as it meant that if you in your apartment it is quiet.The rooms are spacious and it was with a sad hart that we are heading back to the UK but we will be back in the near future and would book it again for long term

I have a deep fondness for my apartment. The office personnel are both compassionate and knowledgeable. The maintenance team consistently delivers effective solutions. I am truly grateful to the entire staff for their dedicated efforts. Its a wonderful place to reside.

Just moved here in October and I’ve had a few issues, but I can say the women in the office have been very kind and try to be as accommodating as they possibly can with just taking over the property. Very spacious living spaces. Very thankful to Monica and Veronika in the office! They definitely have been making my family’s stay as comfortable as possible.

I have lived here for 22 years this coming April, 2020.I love the area and we have a new company, Karya, that is doing a better job than all the past owners.The office staff & maintenance are very knowledgeable & helpful.We recently got new washers & dryers in our laundry rooms. They are free for residents.The pool/Jacuzzi area is truly a beautiful spot. We have 2 gorgeous courtyards for quiet walks. If you walk the whole building, upstairs and downstairs, one time on each hallway, it is about a mile. It helps with getting walking in when the weather is not cooperating outside.Come see and take a look.Tell them Carol sent you!

The manager, Marlies, was absolutely great. Toured a couple of units and she answered all my questions of the area and apartment. The apartments were very cute and spacious. Overall great experience and management was definitely helpful and caring.

The location is awesome and the place is nice and quiet. Management does a good job listening to residents requests and answering questions.The only down side is the heater system that went out for a long period of time when it was cold and I was literally freezing everyday. And there is always 1-2 washers on 4 not working.

These apartments are great to live in-- it is a quiet, peaceful environment, but still within walking and driving distance to great businesses, shops and restaurants. Our apartment itself is spacious and well-taken care of. And so far, the workers at the leasing office have been friendly and knowledgable.

Stumbled upon this beautiful property when I first moved to Houston! KARYA Management had just taken over the day I leased. Had the opportunity to meet the Regional Manager, Property Manager - Allison, and Leasing agent - Deborah. Since taking over they have fixed multiple issues including a major repair for the complex cooling system. This management group is on it and knows what it takes to turn an apartment community around, QUICK.They remain in constant communication with all of their residents and have some pretty cool events as well - like TACO TRUCKS! Maintenance team is absolutely AMAZING and respectful. If you have the chance to tour - make it a point to visit the jungle oasis as my partner calls it. #STUNNING Everything about my apartment is great. Grey Hardwood Flooring - Stainless Steel Appliances - Free washing Services - Gated Community.I don;t ever post a review but I felt that The Heritage has earned this one and so much more.

We love the community! We couldnt be happier. If you are looking for a place that has safety, security, and to relax, The Heritage is the place for you. The residents are friendly and welcoming. The pool area is amazing, very spa retreat. The gym is small, but it has all the major workout machines that one would like to use. We love the convenience of being able to access the washer and dryer facilities at anytime at no extra charge and the trash pick up service at your door. Its always clean and quiet. The office actually listens to your concerns and acts promptly to get things moving. The only downside is that for some reason we could not get Xfinity in our apartment so we had to use another service provider...I just think Xfinity was being lazy, because on the other side of the building, residents have Xfinity. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil spa like place to call home.

It doesn’t get any better than watching the sun shine through my window as i sip tea on my balcony looking out into my enchanted garden!! Moving here was the best thing I’ve done in houston! MONICA and VERONICA were the best!! They help me so much get into my place and find the perfect apartment just for me!! There are many floor plans and they are unique!! I’m so grateful to have my beautiful fireplace and soo much storage! I’m close to everything! I love it here :) Thanks so much for making this a great experience. Your kindness and patience went a loooong way!!!

I have been living in this complex for almost one years. I always feel relax when when I got inside the building this building as hotel stayle. My apartment in the area pool there are fancy swimming pool area. Our manager Alison and Dora are very helpful person and they always solve the problem if we have problems. I really recommend this place.

My husband and I have been living in here for about a year and a half. We are really happy here. We are right next to the pool, so we have a beautiful view from every room. We love to grill food and chill at the jacuzzi the yets are amazing!

OMG!!!!! These apartments are AWESOME BLOSSOM WITH EXTRA SAUCE!!!!Very relaxed setting, quiet neighbors, And I enjoy the gym as well! Anything you need far as groceries, clothing, house appliances, and even entertainment are all in this area. I would even go to say you don’t need a car if you live in this area.

Great apartment complex in a great community!
