Doctors and PAs get 100% , office women get 100% x-ray techs get 100%, but everyone seems to have the same opinion that the waiting times are very long once you get called back then things move a little faster but just waiting in the first waiting room takes a very long time and it’s been that way since the beginning Other than that I really like Dr. Stewart, Dr. Murphy, Dr. Atkinson, Dr. Lowery.

I have been at Henderson Place Apartments for over a year. It is a very quiet and family friendly here. I will say my neighbors and other residents that live here are respectful. Deb the manager is awesome. Any questions or maintenance calls were taken care of fast. Her door is always open.

I have lived at Henderson Place for over a year in my one bedroom apartment, and have nothing but great things to say about this place. The apartment complex is a very quiet community and very well kept. When I first moved in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that I had ample room to put my belongings and live comfortably. Deb and Mr. Ray are amazing, and have been a pleasure to work with. I would no doubt recommend Henderson Place to friends and family.

I have lived at Henderson apartments for 5 years, and I love it. Very clean inside, and out. Never have a seen a bug. I have nothing but, nice things to say about Deb the manger. She has such a good heart, and she looks out for her residents. As long as your honest with her she will respect you and treat you very well!! I give her a 5 star for being such a caring manger.

I have lived at Henderson Place for 10 years now and im proud to call it home. Such a nice, quiet place to be and good neighbors. Affordable rent especially comparing it to other high dollar apartments in Midlothian. Loved the people I have met over the years and the many memories i got to enjoy here. Deb is a great manager and down to earth woman. She has always taken care of a problem i had and always a straight shooter. Highly recommend making this place your home

I have lived at Henderson place for almost 6 years and i love it! 99% of my neighbors are great. Deb the manager is great, her job is not easy, dealing with so many different personalities but she deals with eveyone in a fair professional manner. I would not choose to live anywhere else.

I lived at Henderson Place Apartments from October 2012 - May 2013. This is the best managed place I have ever lived in. They keep the grounds very clean, and others who live in the complex are really nice.Deb the apartment manager is wonderful to work with. She does a great job making sure that everyone in the complex is happy. She goes out of her way to get to know you, to remember your name, and most importantly, to be friendly and helpful no matter what.Ray the maintenance guy is also very friendly. There were many times when I would run into him and have a long conversation about something or another going on in Midlothian. Both Deb and Ray are very well connected in the community. They live on the property and are heavily invested in making Midlothian a great place to work and live.Be sure to put your name on the waiting list if you are looking to move in here. Theres a high demand for this apartment complex. I had to wait a couple of months myself for a spot to open up.One other thing: Ive heard on other websites people complaining about water bills and such. Water, sewage, trash is shared among the apartments at Henderson Place and runs at about $33 a month. That is very reasonable considering I paid $125 just to have water set up at my new place.You wont be disappointed if you move into Henderson Place! There are signs on the drive up that say welcome home. So true!

Weve lived here for a year now and just renewed our lease. Its extremely quiet and I feel safe walking my dog at night. The size of the apartment is great and we have never had any issues with bugs. We plan on staying here for as long as we can.

Our pet deposit policy has been in place for quite some time and is based on past experiences. We review not only this charge but other charges with our competitors in the market monthly. We have one competitor in the market that charges $1,000.00 for pets. It is our goal to remain competitive in the market and this has not been an issue in the past. We will continue to monitor our market and make any fee adjustments that effect our leasing on the property.Although we do not allow smoking in our leasing offices, employees and other residents do smoke and this odor tends to be present on their personal items as well as on the person. Ive lived here for almost a year now and really love it. My one bed room was more spacious than I ever thought it would be and the staff here is nothing but wonderful. Deb at the front office is sweet as can be and the maintenance man ray is a good Christian man whom I feel very comfortable letting in my home. All around a great place to live

I lived here for five years it is very safe and a nice place to live apartments are big management is great whenever you have any problems they come and help you as soon as possible.mrs debb goes out of her way to help out tenants and neighbors are great they help each other out without a problem...I’m very happy to call this place HOME
