All glory to GOD!!! To be honest not all apartments are perfect!!! Mrs. Rochelle is a very nice property manager regardless of what others may say, shes always doing her job, and thats the truth!!!! I thank God I have a place to stay and Im content, be happy for what you have, because it could be a lot worse!!!

Wonderful, quiet(sometimes) , clean (when all pitch in) place to call home. Ms. Cynthia is phenomenal! Besides helping me stay afloat of all issues about the apartment I have she also is alway the one who handles everything when it comes to the front office. I have no complaints about her or anything she does when it comes to managing Heatherbrook(promotion?) her efforts to make sure that your family is content and happy is more than enough when it comes to work ethic. Mr Greg the maintenance manager (I think) is also phenomenal! From breaking down and letting us know everything that he is working on and doing to being as sweet as taking the trash for me down. He is very knowledgeable when it comes to a lot as well as he gets his work orders done quickly. I have even witnessed him in pouring rain, assisting with opening gates when power was out for the whole complex and he stood there directing traffic and making sure everyone was safe. I can go on and on about them but at the end of the day if it wasn’t for them, I would’ve been gone when the first issue happened. Thank you both for all your hard work, dedication and phenomenal work ethic! Thank you both

I recently moved here to heatherbrook apartments and my experience has been great from management all the way down to maintaince Mr. Greg who is very efficient and handy. And also takes his time and explains in details the task that is being completed. I appreciate the full staff Ms. Cythnia, Ms.Rochelle, and Mr.Greg

Ive been here over year and Im definitely satisfied! The property is kept up. I like how were able to use Active Building app to pay rent and put in work orders if needed its very convenient. Their response time is good as well.

Our adult daughter, who has a physical disability and is a single parent, has lived her several years. The staff have gone out of their way to make sure her needs were met and we really appreciate it. We live out of Houston and their assistance has been very reassuring. The apartment was clean and ready when promised and she has had no issues with them during this time. Some of the other tenants may not be ideal neighbors, but most of them really nice. Thank you to all the staff at Heatherbrook!

Ive been here for almost 1yr and my kids and I love it! All the schools are near, the staff are nice and any time I run into a issue they come fast to fix it! I plan on staying here longer!

The architecture is really nice and so are the apartments, its just, people ALWAYS have to leave trash and its always the same kind of people. nothing is done to stop the trash throwing like bruh aim at the dumpsters

The apts are very nice, the only thing is that the kids from the other apts go around banging on other peoples doors and causing mischief and the parents have no control with their children, there must be more control in that and people who go around stealing parts from the cars from there everything Very nice Mrs. Cynthia, very friendly, she is a great person 😘😘
