I’ve been Apartment hunting since August and didn’t have the best of luck until meeting Paloma 🫶🏻. She has made my experience sooo much easier and smoother! She was able to help me get an amazing apartment with all the accommodations needed and was super sweet !!If you are ever in the area and are needing somewhere to call a home please go visit Paloma and the girls at the office and they will take care of you and your family ! I currently live at the Heather Ridge Complex. They have renovated the entire complex and it is really, really nice. We also have new office staff who are attentive and respond quickly to concerns.As with all new things, sometimes there are a few glitches that need to be fixed. The maintenance team, Jaime and Abraham are always there, quick, thorough and always a pleasure to deal with. My daughter is special needs and every time they have had to come to my apartment, they are polite to her and make her feel part of the process. I’ve been here 7 yrs and Jaime and Abraham have always come quickly and fixed my problems. They are a great team.

I love living here the new manager Haydri is awesome she is very nice and polite. I am very happy. She is the new property manager for this community. I’ve been leaving at this place for almost 20 years and have seen different managers but none of them like her. She has great personality and loves to help the resident.

From the time I called inquiring about availability of a unit the professional and courteous of the staff they make you feel so welcoming everything is explained to perfection they made my anxiety relaxed cudos to everyone Julianna is awesome if I could put the staff in a book or the news they would make headlines oh the manager is extremely exceptional she refused to send me walking out in tears they truly care the real MVPS! I have been here for 12 years so I think my opinion holds more weight than others since I have seen the property managed by several people. Since I am a long term resident, I make sure to get in touch directly with any new property manager when I have a concern. I HAVE HAD THE BEST EXPERIENCES THAT WAY! Not that they want everyone to flood their email but ;) I have not found the office staff to be consistent or particularly helpful but have always gotten my problems resolved and there have been few. We have FABULOUS maintenance guys! These 2 guys work very hard and since I work from home, I see them all over the property everyday. They do respond promptly to all maintenance emergencies. You may get a knock on your door late on a stormy night and maintenance is drenched and having to check on the report of a leak. TRUST ME, BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM EVER! I moved here because it was economical. Not so sure anything is economical anymore. They have started remodeling the apartments so there is a lot of construction activity right now. A bit worried about what this will mean with having to move and price increases but like I said earlier, I will take my concerns to the property manager. I find my space to be quiet and peaceful and well maintained. My neighbors are considerate. I do happen to be in a one-bedroom so could be a little quieter without families on my end. I feel safe here which is most important! I write these to give a realistic view of residing here but we dont want any bad neighbors so please only check us out if you respect your neighbors! KUDOS TO THE LATEST PROPERTY MANAGER AND OUR MAINTENANCE TEAM!

Maintenance always fast and reliable. The ladies that work in the office are friendly and easy to talk to. Especially Ricci, she works day and night it seemsShe always answers my calls and emails even on her off day! Thee entire team is great. This is a great place to live its quiet and clean.Ill be glad when the pool opens.

I have lived here for 10 years this year, I love this complex, so many good folks and great neighbors. The staff here is excellent and always get anything I need done or that breaks fixed right away. This is the apartments complex you have been looking for. The activity center is great with lots of community activities and fun stuff for the kids and the pool is a wonderful escape from the Texas heat.

Ive been living here for 3 months already, and its the best place I could get for the price. Really, nothing compares to it in those terms. Its a great, safe neighborhood, groceries, restaurants and whatever you need is close. And its close to the airport too. Im not trading this place for anything. The only drawback its pest control, it doesnt work at all. Just get you some small roach venom/traps and youre good to go. Neighbors and management are cool too.

Only lived here a year, and the apartments arent really that updated, but I loved it. Cozy apartment, big walk in closets and decent sized bathrooms. Community is diverse and pretty quiet. Would stay another year if I wasnt moving out of state for work. Chad in the office is a pretty nice guy!!

Quiet neighborhood and walking distance to convenience stores. Churches nearby, close to fast food and bus stops. We went three years without any major maintenance issues but when our water heater went out this week, they made it right very quickly. There are always community activities for the kids, swimming lessons, nearby businesses all over for employment potential. As for parking, the spaces close to the breezeways fill during the evening hours, but parking is always available.

Where do I start, a few months ago I called the property and spoke to Ressie. When I say very informative I could not believe how well she knew her community. Even during this Covid pandemic she invited me to come tour the property, needless to say I ended up leasing. I have lived in Heather Ridge Apartments for 2 years. It is close to DFW Airport and only a few minutes drive away. The Bush Highway entrance is next to it. The traffic is very convenient. Next to the apartment is the 7-11 morning and evening supermarket and shell gas station, Walmart supermarket. It is only a 10-minute drive and life is very convenient. Thomas Haley Elementary School is away from the apartment and a few minutes walk to the school.It is also a 10-minute drive to MacArthur High School. The advantage of Heather Ridge Apartments is that the service responds quickly. If there are maintenance problems: such as fluorescent lights, water heater faucet failure, range hood fan failure, etc., you leave a message on the website of Heather Ridge Apartments, On the same day or the next day, maintenance staff will come to help you repair or replace, especially During the covid-19 period, some companies were closed and partially closed, some residents were at home, unable to work normally, and residents had difficulties in living. Residents leave messages online at Heather Ridge Apartments, and Heather Ridge Apartments will give proper care.
