I have lived here for almost 7 years and it’s been a great experience overall. Office staff has changed a bit over the years but everyone has always been super nice! Maintenance is honestly fantastic and what makes this place great! Mark has been here since I moved in and if the apartment has any issues he’s on top of it! Thank you guys for making this place feel like home, I don’t plan on leaving anytime soon!

As I was moving in, the movers had some difficulty with installing the washer and dryer due to space constraints. A leak was discovered in the water supply and the maintenance team of contortionists managed to manipulate the appliances, repair the leak and complete the installation of the units. As someone with limited mobility, I could not have accomplished this on my own and the team did a bang up job. Thanks Mark, Luis and Jose!

Ive been living here 3 months now and have had almost no issues! And with the few issues I have experienced - management/maintenance has been quick and super friendly when solving them. The front office staff being so friendly was what initially encouraged me to move here, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartments with such low rent. I dont quite understand some of the lower reviews because for me the bugs have been few and far between (this is wonderful considering we are located next to a stream) and I havent felt unsafe around the portion of the property Im located at.Thank you Hearthstone, keep it up!

I’ve been here about 4 months now and I have been pleasantly surprised with the apartment. As well as front office, they are always quick to take care of my needs. Maintenance is always fast. My appliances are old but they work great. No bugs, no weird smells. No regrets, it’s nothing fancy but it’s the right price for what you are getting.

Currently renting staff is wonderful and communicating is a key for me. I have had 0 issues in my unit Im happy here. Its quiet and parking isnt an issue. Its definitely a great location, walking distance of stores, restaurants, walking trails, and the medical center. Its near a bus route if car isnt an option.

Wonderful apartment complex! I have lived here for a year and am in the process of moving into a bigger unit with another year lease. They do work with broken leases and paid off evictions - you may just need to put down more to move in. I found this apartment through an apartment finder group due to my previous rental history after divorce.I have NEVER had problems with the office staff. Every time I have had an issue, they have been kind and willing to work with me to get it resolved. Just remember to treat the staff how you would want to be treated ;)The maintenance crew is wonderful - I had some issues with my air conditioning and when the guy came to fix it, he noticed I needed an aerator on my bathroom faucet and did it for me without asking. Sounds so simple but meant a lot to me because he cared. All my other issues have been resolved in a timely manner.Units are kept clean, grounds always are kept clean. It is quiet. Most people think apartment complex and think of it being noisy but that definitely isnt the case. The pool is pretty awesome, too! It isnt unusual to see families out there BBQing. They will even invite you to join them while you are out there.I have never used the laundry facility there - I have always used a laundry mat up the road with high capacity washer and dryers but the ones on site looked nice/clean.

Good, spacious floor plans. The maintenance crew is really good at keeping on top of things and fixing things PROPERLY within a reasonable time. staff in management office are all very helpful and nice. only complaint is ants and spiders are an issue even though pest control is included in monthly rental fees, and the apartment was not exactly move in ready (sinks in kitchen and restroom were leaking upon move in but were fixed within a few days). the water is not as softened as I would like (seems like a lot of calcium and lime deposits are floating in tap water), but I blame that on the old pipes of the buildings since it is an older complex that hasnt had the pipes redone in a few years. overall Id say its a fantastic place to live! very community oriented and friendly overall!

This place is nice. The location is great and the staff is awesome! Luis the maintenance guy is on top of all the work orders and always checks after to make sure you dont have any other issues. The front desk is always so nice and helpful. The apartments are very spacious and so cozy. The only negatives I have is roaches in my kitchen. No matter how clean I kept it they always came out. Also, the pressure for the hot water sucks. It makes a loud screeching noise when the pressure drops. All in all my expericnce was great! The neighbors are nice when I see them and it is a safe place. I recommend it.

I viewed what is now my apt around early June. I liked it and really liked the community seemed quiet and clean. There was a great special going on and after viewing at least 10 other apartments, I knew none of them stuck with me like Hearthstone. I dealt mostly with Lindsay, the assistant property manager. I liked that every time I saw her she knew who I was, and to this day still does. I dont feel like Im just SOME resident. Now for the important part, what its been like living here. The day I moved in, I was beyond excited. I walked the apt quickly before going to pick up my kids and bring them home. I noticed a couple things and walked over to the office to tell Lindsay. She immediately got maintenance over. When I came back with my kids the maintenance man let me know my ac needed a part that wouldnt be available until Monday. I was upset to say the least, the thought of spending the weekend in a hot apartment made me quickly wonder if I had made a mistake. Let me tell you, I didnt. Maintenance set up a portable ac so that the kids and I were comfortable. It actually got so cold with the portable ac that we hadnt to turn it off for a bit. Monday I came home from work and my apt ac was working and all was fine. My apt is clean, and quiet. I can tell you I super hate cockroaches and Ive seen only a couple through my time living here. Pest control comes and services at your request and leaves you a note letting you know. Recently cps energy came in with an apt. Rep and put new energy saving light bulbs. Parking is great, and management is making upgrades to the property all the time. The pool is smaller than Ive had in the past but I absolutely love that it doesnt get crazy or loud. I dont really hear my upstairs neighbors at all which is great. As for utilities, I have not paid more than 58 dollars a month on electricity, and no more than 40 on water and I have 3 kids in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. I think thats pretty awesome considering Im always washing and drying. I really do feel we had a rough start with the couple items that needed tending to when I first moved in, but the staff here at Hearth stone quickly changed that. I am happy and my kids are happy. I would definitely recommend living here. Im super close to everything and the medical center above all.

I was a tentative applicant for this property and really enjoyed the customer service I received. I initially called over a month prior to my requested move in date and Liz was an absolute sweetheart. I am moving from another state and Liz made me feel so welcomed and really looking forward to moving here. Fast forward and I end up having to need to move in a shorter time than I expected. I was impressed with Hearthstones availability and how quick I could get into an apartment. The application process was seamless and Liz and her team were open to all of my questions and were quick to get me answers. Although I ended up not choosing this complex I am more than happy with the service and professionalism I was met with from Liz.

Management and staff have been super great! Had an AC issue and it was fixed the next day. They even let me stay in a vacant unit until it was fixed for the night. I know that wont be an available accomodation for everyone, but they made it happen since it was available. Maintenence is out there keeping the property nice and presentable . You have a Shell station right across. You have two HEBs within 5 to 6 miles from the complex. So far so good overall!

Brooke helped me get my mother into a one bedroom apartment recently and did a fantastic job! She made the process very easy while my mother was moving from 5 hours away. The apartments are slightly outdated, but feel comfortable, and make you feel at home. The landscaping is gorgeous, and it is overall a quiet community. Definitely recommend moving here.

Lived here for almost 2 years.1. Building/inside apartment: it is comfortable, clean and well maintained. Tiles and bathtub were in good condition. So as the appliance in the kitchen. this is not a fancy modern looking apartment. Cabinetries and some features a old looking but functional. Also the price is reasonable for good quality well maintained safe neighborhood apartment that is close to medical center.2. Noise/neighborhood: never had issues with obnoxious noise. Management is prompt in action when you bring up valid concerns. Neighborhood in general is good. You wont see people screaming outside etc. No ghetto vibe if I may say.3. Parking: oh my something that you will not have any problem-a lot of spacious parking spot.4. This places layout is peaceful. Compared to other surrounding apartments, the buildings are well spaced and proportional to the size of the driveway gives it a bit so crowded feeling.5. Staff: they are polite but there are times when they can make you feel like they dont have time for you. But they get the job done-which is more important. I guess its just me. I dont want to be presumptuous with the staff but a charming friendly, personality can go a long way.6. Rain/flooding: no flooding even on heavy rainsThings to improve:-I guess to make it gated, but like I said the neighborhood is peaceful-Some buildings have their gutters filled with dead vegetation, can use some clearing on those.If I am not changing cities, I would have extended my stay here longer. I love my spot and its really close to work.

Ive been here for over two years, and Im surprised by some reviews. I can only go by my experience. Im happy here, to be honest with you. Its cozy and quiet. Thats all I want and need right now. Im thankful to have a good roof over my head. This is an excellent area within walking distance of stores, restaurants, walking trails, and the medical center. If you need to catch the bus, its right there. I mean, were living in crazy times. We need to be thankful for what we have right now. Sure, you can always find something better. But, I choose to be content right where I am. God bless!

Weve lived in the oldest part of this complex in a single apartment for several years now. There was a number of issues that we had to complain about (several times over) before they were fixed. Management replaced several in maintenance and things got a lot better. We later had an issue with several people misbehaving usually at night and when management realized what was going on they very promptly evicted those tenents. Management (especially the Apartment Manager Didi) is on the job, friendly, and ready to listen. We deeply appreciate that.

I have to admit this place is comfortable. I took someone lease over for two months, it close to work and clean. Recently I had a issue wit my a/c, Kim was able to get someone out here ASAP. I was surprise that when I got home all was good with the a/c. I would re-new my lease; however, this place it a little to small for me and Im in the process of closing at the end of the month on a home.Ive read some comments about the staff not being helpful. Just like us they are busy but if you ask nicely and be patient, they can resolve your problem. .Jrios*** update****Closing is being delayed, worried that I would not have a place to live between the end of July and expected closing on the 14th of August....I discuss my issue with Kim in management, she was awesome on making arrangements with me. Thx again!

Im rating the Hearthstone apartments with a 5, being that they were able to assist me with getting an apartment (the actual apartment I was shown) by the end of this month. Thank you Hearthstone stone staff!! I was extremely pleased with the outstanding customer service I have received thus far! I did have to pay an extra fee, but I am completely understanding bc I have a broken lease. I will definitely keep yall updated with my experience here at the Hearthstone apartments.

Although I got rejected Brittini went above and beyond to try and get me approved. The love she has for what she does shows not too mention she was extremely patient with me. I was having trouble getting back in to pay for fees and she walked me through it as well as making my payment due to me getting frustrated. She kept the line of communication open as well as responding to me the same day or apologizing for the delay response. I highly recommend moving here because they go above and beyond to help future residents. She’s for sure a caring and sweet young lady.

I really enjoy living here its quite nothing crazy ever happens here but honestly its really the people that i like. Earline and Adam just care and it shows. Mistakes may happen but their not against fixing them and keeping you updated. I know im a little difficult to deal with but they never turn me away or even give me an attitude. I really appreciate you guys tremendously!
