Juan, one of the maintenance guys, stopped by to change the light over the oven. He left a card with a QR code asking for a Google review. My sister lives here now, but I used to, and the property manager, Theresa, has always been kind. The maintenance team is great (and good-looking, which doesn’t hurt). I only leave reviews when they’re well-deserved, and this place definitely earned it. Happy to help! (Pic of my dog Stella at the dog park) another thing worth mentioning is they have large master bedrooms. People always comment on it when they come over

Ms Teresa was extremely nice and welcoming. She me feel at home even before i signed my lease agreement for the apartment. The communication is impeccable! Whatever I needed help with, she was there every step of the way! My son and I moved from Mississippi to get a new start. This has by far been the hardest thing that I’ve done in a long time! What took a week with other companies only took a few hours with my new Hawthorne Ridge family! I really appreciate everything Ms Teresa has done! Ms Lauren followed up with me to make sure that I was transitioning well. I don’t know how much longer I would have been able to keep pushing without these two young ladies! They’re super heroes in my book!

Theresa was such a good help for me. I have never rented an apartment before so I didn’t know the process or anything and so she was so patient and understanding. She gave me a tour of the whole facility and was very attentive to my 1 yr old. So glad she made my first experience so easy!

My husband and I have lived at Hawthorne Ridge Apartments for a number of years. It’s a beautiful complex- improvements are made regularly. The office staff, when they are not busy assisting someone is always friendly and willing to chat for a bit. The maintenance team is exceptional - usually attending to your needs the same day or sometimes the next day. Alex is the person on the maintenance team who has done most of the work in our apartment. I have only good things to say about him. He is efficient & friendly is helpful and always does a good job.He knows me by name and always has a smile when I see him out and about the complex.

We went to Hawthorne Ridge on 11/20/24. My husband had the pleasure of meeting Ms Lauren and he said she was very sweet and welcoming. But When I tell y’all we had the pleasure of meeting Ms Teresa! She was the most polite, upbeat person we have met in a long time. Her smile is super contagious. She immediately made us feel like family. As the tour started and Ms Teresa opened the door she said…”Welcome Home.” Although my husband and I had a situation where we didn’t feel so optimistic. Ms Teresa told us she would pray for us and gave positive vibes the whole time. We were turned down by two apartments prior to applying at Hawthorne Ridge. Well we got APPROVED for the apartment a few days later. I know for a fact with the positive energy of Ms Teresa and Ms Lauren along with BH Management Company…it was a blessing in disguise. We are forever grateful for a second chance and we can’t wait to come home.❤️

Been here for a little over 2yrs, and the best part is the maintenance team, and as of recently their new team, namely Cody. They’re always considerate of our issues and never dismissive, even if it’s something small he always goes above and beyond and does what can be done.Our Dishwasher was messing up, he went the extra mile and made sure there were no underlying issues.We had a gnat issue, he checked everywhere and made some suggestions that helped us get rid of them.Our fire alarm started going off randomly, he could’ve dismissed it as a battery issue but took the time to make sure nothing else was going on.Every time we see Cody got our ticket we know it’ll be handled promptly and with the care one should expect.

Amazing customer service with Ms. Teresa!! Bubbly personality and answered every question helping us get my mother in law relocated from Utah. Loved it so much, we are considering moving in. If you can, try to book on a weekday or just come in on a weekday. On Saturday they only have one person in the office and there was a line. Teresa did an amazing job managing it, but each person takes some time so you may have to wait a bit. Atleast until they come up with the technology to clone another Teresa and put her in there on Saturdays for some help.Both my son and wife want to live here now too!

Despite looking for an apartment way in the future the service was like I am moving in tomorrow! I loved that I was shown all the amenities! The self guided tour was amazing ! Being able to just walk in and look around as I pleased ! After talking with leasing office they were able to not only show me but took time to break down the price and what was needed to apply ! I loved how much was told about the amazing things they do at this property and I was stunned by how detailed the great things about living here was told ! I love the dog park and the amount of grass space not only at the park but around the complex as well ! The self guided tour is amazing because it’s open and I can see it everyday if I wanted ! I love that the pool is open everyday ! The shared spaces are open for parties ! Overall the customer service was the best I have experienced in the past week looking at a bunch of other properties! Definitely felt like I was cared about and there wanted to make me as happy as possible ! Would highly recommend looking at this apartment ! ( this apartment is 1 on my list and will most likely be my new home this following summer )

They are beautiful, clean, and I was lucky enough to get a remodeled apartment which is a bonus. To add to it the area is great if you don’t like being so close to the highway which you can’t hear. Ive been here for about 18 months. My time started with Ms. Teresa, she was amazing on getting the lease info handled and getting everything set up to move in. Lauren, Jassmin, and Steph in the office are great and have been making some great improvements to the property( the new grill area at pool, new gym under construction, I keep seeing some new balcony areas pop up). Ive only had two things for the maintenance team and they are quick, Juan, Alex, and Cody are always fast to respond and can be seen most days taking care of the common grounds. There is always little parties around the holidays to try and get everyone to mingle, food trucks get scheduled( the burger truck is amazing). All around wonderful experience I renewed my lease once already and plan on it again. This complex has a great mix of age groups I can honestly say in 18 months Ive never had the slightest issue with noise or anything. Highly would recommend this property to people looking for close to town but quiet.

Best apartment Ive lived in thus far. It was very nice with quiet and friendly neighbors and quick maintenance help whenever I needed them. The office employees, Christina, Paola, Teresa and Rachel were always nice and courteous even when my daughter accidentally leaked the lemonade dispenser not knowing how to switch it back off while I was talking to someone and didnt know until it was too late. 😂 Bless them! Anytime I had questions or needed help with something they were there. I loved the pool table in the commons area.That was a big perk too. The pool was relaxing for us and the gym was clean. I personally didnt have any problems or bad reports for this property and highly recommend it to whomever is looking for a beautiful and affordable home for their family. As a single mom, I felt safe there and I was able to afford it with the great rent price for a 2bed/2bath and the move in special was awesome! I’m staying in an apartment with the same exact floor plan at the same price and getting nowhere NEAR the value Hawthorne offers. Such a beautiful place and lovely staff. This apartment complex is beautiful and the staff is very friendly! Theresa is amazing! My boyfriend and I showed up for a tour and despite her busy schedule she gave us all of the information we needed and allowed us to tour the facility. She is very sweet and very helpful. If you’re looking for an apartment complex in Conroe I highly suggest Hawthorne Ridge! Ask for Theresa! She’s amazing!!

So after being moved in and having stayed for a month I can finally give an honest review. I searched and reviewed tons of apartments in the Conroe area before finally finding this place. I will go in depth so that there is honesty. But the final verdict is that its a great place to live and the staff is awesome.Cons first of courseGates are broken - the gates stay open and has been being fixed for 3 months. It kinda helps that its broken since it makes coming home easier but it is always open.Apartment had roaches - this is not completely the fault of staff and they have been amazing in getting pest control out to remediate the issue. Keep in mind these apartments are also next to the woods (view is pretty). We were made aware of the issue before move in but had already payed rent and didnt have time to wait a week before move in.As far as negatives go that is about it. Staff was great about working on what they could.Pros is going to be slightly bigger as this is an honest review.Parking- we have never had to fight for parking even though its not assigned.Staff- always happy to talk even when there are issues.Location- having kids this place is great. Heb is literally 0.9 miles away. And schools are plenty with good ratings. Doordash orders generally take less than 20 minutes if thats your thing.Internet- we got lucky with optimum and only pay $25 a month for the Black Friday special. The Internet is 300mbs and after having the techs come out a few time I can say it is awesome. We did have issues with a wall port which started a cascade of issues that were fixed within a day. They are having a third company come in if you like fidium but that will be a future gigabit option.Price- comparable for the area. I scoured the internet and as far as prices go this place has the lowest price for the most amenities. Its also very pretty and if you get lucky you get a month of rent for free but dont quote me on the free month.HAS A WASHER AND DRYER- this is on the 3 bedroom I dont know about the other room sizes. This was my make or break for move in. They also have sensors on the washer and dryers to detect for leaks. Neat feature for the techies. This iot device is also on the kitchen sinks.All in all this is a great complex and the location is beautiful. Kids or not its a great place and it seems that they legitimately care for their tenants. All issues are fixed quickly and the smart home features are great. If you are on the fence about a location this place is it and hopefully you have as great an experience as I have. Im sure I am missing a few things but Im very happy I took the plunge.

I am very grateful for the staff here at Hawthorne Ridge! Teresa has been a pleasure to work with since the day I toured my apartment and her positive attitude hasn’t changed a bit. I recently had a issue with my dryer stopping on me and Ms Paola immediately replaced it and resolved the issue! Christiana, Paola, Teresa and (the other sweet lady,I’m not good with names sorry!) I just want you all to know, you all are very much appreciated! We looked at several apartment communities in the Conroe, Tx area and I can say by far the staff at Hawthorne Ridge far surpassed all of the other communities that we looked at. They were very helpful in person and responsive with numerous questions and changes to our needs via phone. Teresa was always very pleasant and accommodating each time we would call with another question or change to the type of apartment we were needing. I would apologize for bugging her so much and she was always very nice and never made me feel like we were a bother! Thank you for the great customer service it is much appreciated!

Hawthorne Ridge is such a wonderful community, we had great neighbors, great amenities, the pool was always clean and the office staff is truly the absolute BEST!! Every time you walk into the office you are greeted with a smile and a genuine person happy to see you! We only moved from here because I needed to move closer to my job in Houston. Ever since we’ve moved, to this day, we talk about how amazing of a community Hawthorne Ridge is and how truly outstanding the staff is! Ive been here since May, the entire process to be moved into my apartment was effortless. Everything was able to be completed online so when I came into the office for completion all I had to do was get my keys and review .paperwork, an added plus! All the staff is friendly but the leasing agent Teresa and property manager Paola are, awesome! The apartments are well maintained on the inside and outside. My favorite convenience is the parcel pick-up, what to know what that is come on by you will not regret it.
