I was impressed with the staff as soon as I walked in I was greeted and was asked to take a seat due to busy traffic, but once it was my turn I was greeted well and properly. David Flores is an amazing employee and knows his property and job well, I was able to tour the property and see the floorplans and I did feel like as if I was already at home. David was able to answer all of my questions and showed me all amenities..... overall experience and best customer service I have gotten so far thanks again David Flores for all the work and your great positive attitude and knowing how to sell, I would be back soon as to I will be deciding to move in the next 2 months and this is somewhere i am willing all thanks to you and the awesome customer service.Thanks again David Flores

I have lived here for over 10 years. I hardly stop at the office because there is no need but today I stopped to meet the new property manager that sent an email to introduce herself. She was very nice and helpful. Speaking with her was very calming and she looks like she knows what she is doing. I am glad to have someone in charge that is knowledgeable.

I went and found a perfect place. Mr. Elliot Reyes helped me. He greeted me as soon as I walked in. Told me about the specials they have and got me with the perfect floor plan the one that had the fireplace. It was perfect. I couldn’t ask for a better experience or living location. Thanks Elliot!

My daughter and I went to tour the apartments and really loved it. Tammy, the assistant manager, was absolutely awesome!! She is knowledgeable and very, very friendly and has a great personality. The apartments themselves are very nice, clean and seemed to be a very quiet environment. Definitely a nice place for anyone to live. My daughter is ready to apply!!!

This apartment complex are beautiful in the inside. They are currently renovating at the moment but the “this is nice!” I received when I was reviewing the photos on their website is coming together. Glad to have relocated at the beginning stages of their development. Plus I do not have problems with any bugs, even while the change is occurring! 🙌🏾. The staff are wonderful and friendly. Tammy and the apartment manager ensure your taking care of, very professional ladies! 🙏🏾

Great place to live, couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here. The women on staff are very friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about the complex. Everything was ready upon move in and has been working great. 12/10 would recommend all staff from office to maintenance have been great.Update: They renovated a majority of apartments and the manager came door to door to let us know ahead of time what to expect and how to prepare which I really appreciated. BIG UPS to the contractors that literally pulled this job off in ONE DAY renovating bathroom and kitchen and didn’t leave not one piece of dust behind! I didn’t think I could love this place anymore than I already do.

I’ve been in these apartments for two years and some change, hands down the best worker is Letty! She is patient , kind hearted, understanding, and caring. She tries to ensure that you have the best experience living in Hawke Apartment Homes… she has everything well organized and put together and she’s quick on her toes. I recommend anyone that is moving here to go talk to Letty , she tries her best to get you into the best apartment that is in your best interest and price range and if your going through hard times she does her best to work with you to help you find a better solution! During the application process, the assistant manager Diana was so kind and kept me informed every single step of the way, and she went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly. I can tell she truly cares about her tenants, and I look forward to moving in this summer!

Stop by for information at these apartments they were a bit out of my budget but miss Eli was very helpful and kind she showed me around the apartments. Love the pool and how clean they were you don’t get nice people in a lot of place now a days. The fact that she was very sweet and empathize with my situation just showed how there are good people still willing to help. Might change my mind and end up leasing with them.

I have lived at this property for almost 5 years and so glad that the maintenance guy (Juan) is still here even with the management switch over! He has a very good energy and communicates very well. I put in a work order request for my kitchen sink and an older gentleman came to look but said he would be back the next morning without trying to fix my sink, 2 days passed and he still no show? so I let the leasing office know that I had been waiting for 2 days and they sent Juan who fixed the issue in less than 2 minutes!! Thank you Juan for your quick service :)

About to sign my 3rd lease... LOVE my apt and its location on the property. I might not have the most update appliances, but the apartment is in great condition. Management has always been very pleasant and fair with me. Ive never seen a single rodent or roach in the time Ive been here. Not in the building Im in... The grounds and lawn are manicured WEEKLY. Lots of outdoor care going on right now - lighting, maintaining carports, poolside loungers... I dont understand why the main gate is never activated, but not that major of an issue. I only give 4 stars, because no place is perfect, the appliances could be updated, and Im sure there are some units that might not compare to mine, but... Im quite happy with this complex!

I really recommend this property the office management are awesome. the apartment prices are a little pricey but other than that my experience here is completely worth it. The maintenance people are very respectful and they always try to have everything done as needed. I feel the communication between the office management and tenants is the best and that’s what they have here compared to the other properties I have lived on before.

Maintenance staff is pretty good too, this is the first apartment Where I have called for emergency maintenance after hours and they actually show up to address the issue the night I called rather than have me wait.

Result: POSITIVEAs a new resident and a person who relies on reviews a lot, I dont want to write any reviews until Im sure about the place and have some experience.Spacious Apartment | Decent Management | Technically sound maintenance team | Location |Calm & Safe | DiverseHere are the facts that I liked:1) Apartment:• 3rd floor - Steps are good so rarely do we feel its hard to climb stairs.• Spacious - Particularly, my apartment has an OFFICE ROOM designed to fulfill the balconys space. I felt this is more useful than the balcony. They offer apartments in both options.• A/C - They are good. Only 1 time, did we see an issue - but it was fixed with very high priority.• Appliances - They are currently upgrading all units for FREE; our unit will have NEW items next month (September). The current situation is good. THEYRE MAKING IT BETTER.2) Car Parking: We have plenty of parking in 4 different ways - Reserved, Resident (Open) parking, Covered, and Guest parking.Note: We need to register your Guests car in a portal. both resident and guest can register which is good. Towing is so active here. ALERT.3) Management: Letty and Joseph are pretty good since the beginning. They never make me go crazy, especially when I experienced worse situations in my previous residence areas.Joseph helped us to quickly check in to the apartment.Letty (Manager) has taken care of the issues I have in my apartment with a strategic plan to assign a maintenance person on time and with higher priority. She also helped in resolving towing issue when I complained that my friend’s car was towed within the first week that we checked in. This shows a good example of her management skills. 0% Arrogance, 100% Service.4) Maintenance: We can raise issues in 3 ways: 1) Phone call to the maintenance department. 2) Reporting to the leasing office management 3) Resident Portal.All the items were addressed very quickly, if there are any emergency issues – you will be taken care of very quickly. even on weekends.• Hawn – Is a wonderful person who knows all the maintenance technical stuff, never fixed anything poor. Very polite and a workaholic. Well, appreciated!!• Daniel – Is a senior maintenance person, he manages the work and was able to help even without a maintenance request.5) Neighborhood: This place diversity (all race & religions), mostly a TRUE decent place where the neighbors are mostly “young and middle-aged Families”. They do respect each other.6) School Buses: I see some school buses are coming into the community to drop and pick up kids.7) Location: Excellent! This is an apartment which is in a peaceful corner were• stays near highways and motels, but the way it is so silent.• Closer to Walmart (0.4 miles), AMC,• all food restaurants – American, Asian, Middle- east (Mcd, Whataburger,)• Closer to laundromats (Fox),• Stays near to Gas stations & Liquor stores,• Closer to best buy, ross, Macy’s. etc.8) Prices – Prices are OK, as they are upgrading the units for FREE – it is worthy enough to check-in.Thanks,Srikanth Ganipisetty(Not a paid review, but a Genuine 1 ___ )Good luck!!

I am more than happy with my experience here at Towne Lake Village. The apartment grounds are well kept, my apartment itself is great. I love all the updated appliances. The office staff is great, especially Felicia. She is very friendly and helpful. I was needing my apartment sooner than they had it available and she made it happen. I would definitely recommend Towne Lake Village to anyone.

I read the negative reviews before I visited, but I still decided to visit because I understand that sometimes people get mad and just want to complain, forgetting about the good things. When I visited, my leasing agent, Felicia put me at ease. I brought up the negative reviews, and she told the truth about things. She was very friendly and willing to help in any way I needed - she definitely went out of her way more than any other apartment agent I have dealt with in the past. After I moved it, Felicia has remained the same, just as friendly and accommodating, working to make tenants happy. I always see other residents coming into the office just to say hi to Felicia.As far as maintenance goes, Ive only had a couple of issues since I lived here (there will be issues everywhere people), but maintenance has been there to address the issue THE SAME DAY, really more like the same hour.I love my apartment - thanks Felicia and Towne Lake Village!

I stayed in town Lake Village for five years and absolutely loved it, escaping feature of the apartment was probably my favorite. I love you communication and never hesitant to ever ask questions if I had any throughout my stay at Towne Lake Village. The garbage was always picked up regularly and there was no littering I ever saw outside my apartment either walking my dog or just out by the pool.
