My family & I moved in 8 months ago now, and I can honestly say we have been delighted by how beautiful the property is. Our initial tour was done by Jose’. Even though it rained, he still went out of his way to give us a tour! Currently, I can say the amenities like the weight room, and clubhouse is clean, has games and plenty luxury like furniture and setting, which was perfect to use if you host a party. The pool is relaxing and resort like advertised. I was in it most of the summer. And whenever there’s was disturbance at the pool (parties/ loud music) the onsite courtesy officer came. The complex is quiet, and safe to live at. Everyone minds their business, walks their dogs and sits on the patios relaxing.There’s an app to use to open/close the security gates from anywhere which is convenient. The mailboxes are inside the property and in eye view of the maintenance office and rental office so I don’t worry about break ins. And never experienced it. I love that washer and dryers come with the unit, the upscale appliances, and vaulted ceilings. Maintenance comes within the week to fix any issues we’ve had. My only concern is the trash out on the grounds. I blame the few nasty residents that can’t take there trash inside or bag it up for the valet. Property Manager Geralyn is a serious, no nonsense manager that doesn’t let just anyone move in nor stay in. If you have a complaint about a neighbor, she’s on it! I like her transparency too, as always communicates via email whenever we need to know something. Overall, we’re not going anywhere and like it here.I just wish we didn’t move across the street from a school😩 the pick up/drop off traffic, horns, whistles, band and cheer practice early in the AM and on weekends can be a nuisance. So if you move in- try moving in the back if you’re not a morning person like me lol

I moved in on a Saturday had some complications that had me arrive late to sign the lease for the apartment. Long story short James from the office stayed past closing hours to accommodate me and help me get settled in after a long day. Nice apartments too nothing really major to complain about I like it here.

These apartments have been great so far. Clean and pretty quiet. The initial move in process was decent and they seemed to be busy and upper management seems slow. The one saving grace was Jose. He is super helpful and competent. Knows what he’s doing and treats everyone super well. Jose is on top of everything and deserves a raise, that man runs this place. Overall good apartments.

This August will be three years since I moved into to the Haven and I love it !! The two bedroom biggest floor plan is so beautiful. This is an awesome layout. My room is so big that I converted a small area in my room into my meditation and prayer room. Lastly the ladies at the office are amazing and always in the best mood? Nice, respectful and much gratitude for the residents and prospects. They walk the property to ensure that the property is consistent with the company standards. Im definitely a happy resident who is also loving the new, beautiful renovations:)

Hello I been living in the Havens like 5 or 6 years maybe longer. I the property always was nice and well kept . They just changed owners and mangerment team all together. Since the new team been here they have made some upgrades and still making them . My only complaints are their demands they put out people are not following them . The trash is put out without being in the can and it leaks and the hallways are looking nasty and dirty people still not picking up behind their pets. When you call the office or email them no one ever answered the phone . No matter what time it is. More break ins are occurring because people always breaking the gate. No security. Not enough lights around the property its too dark . The back of the apartments are being ignored look trashed. I really like living over here but it still needs work .This is a update the property looks good after renovations but still need work the hallways are dirty they promised to clean never did , the gym equipment still broken its been 5 months almost and the roach problem is still a problem. So sad having these issues and paying all this money . All they care about is what the outside looks like and the staging. These apartments has a major roach problem 🙃

I’ve been staying here for about a month now and all I can say is I love my apartment.This was my first apartment ever and Tiffany from the front office was such a great help. She prioritized my move in and made sure my apartment was ready for move in. She also made me feel comfortable the whole process and was very responsive whenever I needed her.I’m currently 22 with no rental or credit history, which got me denied from the first two apartments I applied for, and she made me a promise that she would be able to get me in the apartments. For that I thank you Tiffany for keeping that promise and getting me approved you rock!

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here for 2 years and I’ve never had any issues. It’s safe, quiet, and everyone minds their own business. There are kids playing outside all the time so if you have children they may be able to make new friends! The pool is very nice and the apartments are always well kept. Ashleigh, the manager, is very nice and always respectful. I never had to encounter anyone else in the office because I never have to go there, but I’m sure they’re just as great. The best thing about living here is the maintenance team. They are soo awesome and speak every time they see you. They respond to maintenance requests almost immediately. I’m moving to be closer to my job but I HIGHLY recommend these apartments! I have truly enjoyed my time here. If I decide to move back to this area I will definitely be coming back to Haven at Eldridge.

I just wanna give a shout out to Tyffany. We just went and toured these apartments for maybe a future first home for my daughter and we were really impressed with how kind and patient she was. She has a very lovely, joyful spirit and the apartment that we looked at looked very nice. If this is not the place, we choose. It is not because of our experience. There just might be a better location. That’s closer to my daughters work.

I have been here for over a year and absolutely love it. This is a great place to live. The maintenance staff is really great and friendly. I have never had an issue with my requests. The office staff are also really responsive and caring. They are dog friendly and have a small dog park with lots of stations with bags and trashcans for the restroom. The gym is okay and not the greatest equipment but I dont mind it. The pool is only about 3 ft deep but is very beautiful and there are barbecue grills next to it, great area to host parties. I also love how peaceful this complex is, never having major disturbances.

So I’ll start by saying that I work in the Apartment industry, so my expectations are high. I’ve lived here since April, so 60 days!I worked with Ashleigh , the assistant manager, and she was amazing. Ashleigh was genuine and had excellent customer service. I had a budget I was trying to stick to and had one other property on my list. Ashleigh and the property manager (Marissa I believe, sorry if I’m wrong!) went out of their way find anyway (within reason) to get the price to my needs.Best decision ever! Property is always clean, valet trash always picks up. My work orders are completed literally within 24-48 hours. I have no complaints and if I did the good would outweigh the bad hands down! I hope I can renew here! Keep up the great work ladies!

Haven is a ‘sweet’ place to be with serious security problem!!! Used to be my fairytale home..used to be my safe place.. no longer stuffs storybooks are made of I don’t like it anymore!(2021) under different managementOr so I thought until my catalytic converter was stolen from my truck under the watch of the supposed security guy Marcus who is always on his phone in the game room instead of patrolling! Worst of all I was told that I’m responsible for my own security not them! What an insensitive thing to say to someone who just suffered such loss! Lots of vehicle break ins, home break ins, shootings, name it and it happens here! Management doesn’t care about anyone! I have very little faith in this community! Is it pretty? Yes but is it safe? No! (2022) under new management! PEGASUS!May 2023 update!So this beautiful apartment complex turned things around and went 💯 hired a manager who knows what he’s doing and very hands on. Kadeem is the truth! Tiffany? A real star! Always courteous and ready to help. These two are the best thing that ever happened to this establishment. The team makes all difference. I highly recommend this beautiful magnificent property to anyone interested. You can’t go wrong. The ambiance is surreal. I give them back their 5stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ very much deserved.

I had lived here for 4 years and i loved living here, but one day, earlier this year, there was a shooting that shocked everyone. there were many police cars and news reporters. And days after the shooting, the administrator called it a small incident and did nothing to make sure everyone was ok. And because of that i moved.

This is place is heaven. I have been here for 3 years and I love everything about the place. Ashleigh, the manager is the best and she is very nice and friendly. The maintenance team wow always on time to fix anything you would request. I did not want to move out but job is far from there thats the reason I am moving out . I would recommend this complex to anyone. Very clean and well taken care of, and its only like 8 years old so all of the appliances/countertops/etc. Are in great condition. My leasing consultant, Melissa, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs during the application and move in process. Excellent Living Community - we have resided here quite safely and comfortably for the past 9-months and whilst our experience may not be the same for others, we have no complaints.This is one of the newer communities in the Energy Corridor, it is quite safe and well-maintained. The Maintenance staff led by Lois are extremely helpful and efficient.Whilst the office staff have had a bit of a turn-over, Marissa, the Property Manager ensures all the needs and complaints are taken care of.The facilities are well-maintained including pool, gym and recreation rooms.My only recommendation will be to add one more garbage depot on the property and addition of more night lighting in the parking - otherwise, it is quite a peaceful environment for families to live comfortably.

From our initial visit to getting moved in, everything about this community has been perfect. Ashleigh was the leasing agent we worked with. We initially came in on a Saturday to have a look at a model and she made us feel as if she was glad we were here! She gave us a great tour of the property and explained everything in detail. Although we had other places on our list, we decided on the spot to make Haven at Eldridge our home and applied the same day. All paperwork is conveniently done online to simplify the process. We have been here a few days now and couldn’t be happier with our decisision. The apt interior is beautiful, the grounds are well kept and well lit, the neighbors are friendly and it is so quiet. We have yet to use the community amenities but the gym and pool are both very nice!

Let me first start by saying, I am rating these apartments based off of the tour we received, not off of actually living here.Gina was so wonderful and professional! My boyfriend and I came to Haven after viewing 3 other properties in the area before this one and these were by far our favorite. We came in just to sort of do a quick window shop because they were closing and Gina went the extra mile to show us the 2/2 layout and ALL the amenities in under 15 minutes. She gave us a brief breakdown packet of all the information we need in order to apply and shot us a follow up email as soon as we left. She wasnt pushy AT ALL about us applying asap like some other apartments we looked into, which is what I loved the most.Apart from how great Gina was, the apartments were the best we found in the neighborhood in our price range for a 2/2 under $1500. Throughout the entire tour the property was clean clean clean! The gym and game room even smelled like fabreeze. There wasnt trash anywhere in the pool area or even on our walk to the model unit either. That is my biggest pet peeve is when I see trash on the grounds of apartments. Another thing I really liked was the gates staying closed AT ALL TIMES! You would think that this was normal for all communities but the other 3 complexes we went to we could literally drive right in them if we wanted to. We have a 3 month old son and security is a must for us. And lastly, the landscaping! I think it is such a sore thumb to see indoor furniture on outdoor patios and apartments to have dead flowers in the flower beds. NONE of the patios we walked by had anything other than actual patio furniture on them and the landscaping was so nicely groomed here. It really shows that the management takes care of the grounds.To sum it up, my boyfriend and I will be applying here this month to move in by next month. I hope this helped anyone wanting to tour these apartments.

*Update below* I am a current resident at a Georgia sister property owned by Pegasus Residential. I decided to transfer to another Pegasus Residential community in Houston [ie Haven at Eldridge] for ease and i actually liked the location and floorplans. So far my experience has been underwhelming 😶. Pegasus Residential doesnt offer any assistance or incentive for loyalty transfers. I had to go through the normal process on Haven at Eldridge site. So far, the online experience has been questionable because the website changed my name completely. I have emailed Luisa, who hasnt responded back. I spoke to Tiffany and she was super nice but told me to wait on the process. I call the front office and noone answers or returns my voice-mail. I am not signing any online documents or gibing my credit card to a service that has my name incorrect so i am waiting on someone to call, email, send a pigeon to fix the issues. The Pegasus property in Georgia I currently live in is equally unhelpful *sigh*. I am really trying to be an example of patience and in sharing my experience let it be a takeaway that EVERY CUSTOMER MATTERS. I will be sharing my move and experience on YouTube and social media so that others can get the details and not go through the hassle. In the meantime, I am still waiting for someone at Haven at Eldridge to acknowledge me, my calls and emails 😊. I will update this review once they turn this experience around for me.** UPDATE**And both Tiffany and Luisa COMPLETELY turned this issue around! They have called and emailed and resolved every single issue I had. I am back to being excited about this move and my decision. I am leaving my previous complaint so that you understand my frustration and can now see how pleased I am with the resolution!

I wish I could give 5 stars but because of this one issue I can not. The entire staff is amazing however all the units are built with floors in the common areas and no carpet. I moved in at the end of May and will more than likely pay to get out my lease fairly soon. I cant sleep, work or rest with my upstairs neighbors walking so loud my ceiling fan rocks in addition to a toddler who run all day as if hes at a park. Love the complex and the staff.. HATE THE DESIGN which is no fault of the staff. My suggestion live on the 3rd floor or pray whomever is above you have enough respect to understand the level of noise is increased.

We moved here about 3 weeks ago. And so far everything has been fine. The apt was done on time and what wasnt done, maintenance took care of it the next day. The property is clean, we walk our dogs at night and havent seen any rats on the property. The dog park is a plus!

Ive lived here for about a month. The apartment is new and so far its been all good. Had to call maintenance once on a Saturday and they took care of things pretty quickly. The deal I got is great and I think its still on-going.The one unfortunate thing I cant seem to get over is you can only use AT&T cable and internet and the service is DISGUSTING especially if you have been using Xfinity. I work in the IT field and I do some work from home and its such a pain to get work done. I can only hope they reconsider this.Is it even legal to restrict users to a certain service provider?

I love this place, these months I have lived very calmly but I will make 3 observations.We need you to repair the 2 gym treadmills please since they have been damaged for more than 1 month and also place extension chairs in the pool area since there are no chairs or umbrellas, it also needs a childrens park or a small area so they can playThey have parks for dogs but not for children.
