    Sandy was really attentive when I came to view the apartment and was very helpful during the process. Very good service, would totally recommend to ask for her if you want to check or apply for their apartments. The location is very good and almost every thing is accessible from there.

    A 10/10, the truth is I saw it in a photo in the companys publication, which I arrived at the office, Mrs. Sandy attended to me, which is a spectacular tenant, a 10 out of 10, what a power of persuasion, I ended up filling out the application, excellent, I loved it, bravo👏

    Nice place, sweet managers, but they dont give second chance on credit. Neighborhood is kinda sketchy, and apartment will need a dehumidifier.

    I moved into Haven in the summer of 2019 and was helped through the process by Diane who is the Asst. Manager. She has been nothing but helpful and attentive to my needs as a tenant. Maintenance is quick and does their jobs well, and leave notices when theyve been in your unit. They really do work with you as a tenant to make sure that youre taken care of.In terms of the apartments, its an older building but the insides have been renovated and are nicer. I dont feel like Im living in an old building once I get inside. The apartment is gated and pretty secure too. The area isnt sketchy, like some online tell you it is. Youre right next to HWY 75 and other main streets so you can get around. For someone who is moving to Dallas for their first job, this is a good, affordable place.

    I lived here for over a year and a half renting a one bedroom first, then a two bedroom. Don’t believe the bad stuff you read, this place is awesome! Between the location and price alone, you could say yes, but the staff is perhaps the best I’ve rented from. Shout out to Sylvia and Rich for actually managing a property the way you’d want it managed. Every time I had an issue with either apartment, it was handled professionally and in a timely manner. If they had 3 bedroom apartments, I’d still be there! Either way, Park Beverly was a 5 for me! Call them today and get in there!

    I LOVE LIVING HERE.I am gratefully able to sign a 2nd one year lease. I have lived in many places, in many states ; have had many landlords and have had my own life experiences as a multi-unit landlord in an even more chaotic housing market — Hollywood.I have NO complaints. The Park Beverly apartment manager, Sylvia and her assistant Richard are the best of the best as they transform this old complex with improvements and vet better residents.Some of the accounts reviewed in the comments section do not reflect the current management. If one or two reviews are negative, it is usually a reflection of the source. The bad reviews should be read with a grain of salt.I know for a fact that “Karen Mora’s hateful review is written because of her inability to be a decent tenant. (Dallas is definitely a “dog lover city.” This complex is no different.) KM allowed her dog to bark. I know because neighbors and I complained, plus their apartment was a mess not to mentioned the damaged blinds from this dog which may have suffered separation anxiety and should have been crate-trained.The well written and positive reviews are my sentiments as well. Park Beverly is in an ideal location and the reasonable rate can not be compared.I hope to not have to ever relocate. The savings from moving to a “prettier” costlier place, can go towards trips and expenses to make daily lives more special.

    I rate Park Beverly 5 stars. I get it yes the building is old and it has issues but management (Sylvia and Richard) do there best to accommodate you in any way they can. The price is affordable and the place is decent for its location. I’ve lived here for a year in a half and I like it so far. I recommend these apartment for sure.

    Im rating Park Beverly a 5 because Richard and Sylvia are incredibly helpful, and I have great neighbors. Saturday the office is generally closed, but last week it was open. I misunderstood something about the way the laundry worked, and Richard was in the office. It took us a while to figure out that the mistake was mine, but throughout the entire process he went above and beyond in helping me. Sylvia, likewise, is incredibly helpful. I like living close to my work at a decent price. The complex is quiet. I recommend Park Beverly.

    New Management team is doing a great job, they are nice, professional and very responsive.I wish I could stay for one more year and save more for the purchase of my own home... but prior miss-management made me start looking my own place sooner than I would have wish..Utilities Paid used to be one the best thing about this place. Now are charged in a unfair way, since are allocated and billed based on Per Day /Per Sq. Ft. rates. I got a $77.05 bill for utilities for August, though I was in 4 weeks travel out of the country ...Despite a few malfunctioning issues related with structure and management, I have had planned to live here for a few years more.I am reconsidering it...It is irrational to pay for services you are not using at all.

    For 775 a month, all bills paid: I would expect a dump. Didnt get that at all. First, this complex is OLD, with that stigma comes OLD apartment problems. The first apt I moved into was very lacking in kitchen space, but had ample living room and bedroom space. I think each apartment has a front door in living room and a back door in the bedroom (easy access I guess?) But after about a month I was struck with two huge roof leaks. It could have been a catastrophe but management handled it beautifully (Thanks Sylvia and Richard). My new apt has a few flaws, most of which I think was caused by a super lazy painter. I dont really like the huge front window (with vertical blinds...ick) but dude, 775 a month, nuff said.

    I wanted to write a review because I am tired of people complaining and only have negative things to say. I have lived here for 3 years, yes, the staff changes and management changes, but they do the best they can with what they have. I have recommended several friends to live at this place and we are all satisfied. Thank you for being so great to your residents!

    I lived at Park Beverly for almost two years and I enjoyed my time there. I never had any problems with the neighbors or break-ins and Sylvia and Richard were very accommodating.

    Ive reviewed all these that people have posted but Ive been here for 8 months I dont have a problem it might look little run down but what area aint .the maintenance man Mr.Garcia is a real nice man hes always on top of things .his the only one here with no help.very hard worker.i give him 5 plus more for Mr.Garcia for all you do to make it a present place to live ..

    I currently live here & honestly love it. Only thing Is it gets sooo hot because they are controlling the air. Also have been seeing cockroaches and roaches lately... so disgusting. But overall SO FAR it’s great.
