If anyone is looking for a great place to live in the Dallas area, Haskell Flats Apartments would be the perfect place for you. Great location The staff is awesome. Also, the manager Jessica she is amazing. She’s always available to answer any questions that you may have so feel free to stop in I promise you, you won’t be disappointed.

I have lived at Haskell Flats for 3 years and have really enjoyed my living experience here! It is in a great centralized location only a few minutes away from all the popular neighborhoods and downtown. The apartment community does not come with all the extra amenities like most apartment communities, but it is certainly not missed and like the fact that it is not a large community. Although there is no present leasing team onsite, they are only a phone call or email away and are always super helpful. Jessica and her maintenance team have done a great job in assisting me with all my needs. Recommend living here if you are looking for something downtown!

Ive lived at Haskell Flats for over a year and its been a great living experience. Ive had no issues and the maintenance team is quick to respond to work requests. The management team has answered all my housing questions. I would recommend moving in!

So, we just moved into Haskell Flats and honestly, its pretty awesome. First off, its safe since its gated and there’s assigned parking, which is really convenient. Theres also a gym here, which is a huge plus, and everyones been friendly.When we were signing the lease, Yesenia helped us out. She was super nice and professional, answered all our questions, and made everything really easy to understand. Jessica, the property manager, is also great. She gets back to us super fast whenever we have questions, and shes been really professional about everything.I’d totally recommend Haskell Flats if it’s within your budget. Its a great place to live!

I enjoyed my time at the Haskell Flat apartments!!!I lived here for 1 year and had a great experience. Only Relocating due to going back to college!Despite that this was my first apartment I can tell you I’m already missing it! Other than that the maintenance was on top of it! I had no major issues. Staff was always on top of things.The property manager Jessica! was very professional and accessible! :))))I would recommend this location to family or friends ! 10/10.

Lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Relocated to another state for a job and I can tell you I’m already missing my old apartment. Other than the typical maintenance and upkeep of the building, I had no major issues. Staff was always on top of things.

I had a seamless experience leasing out an apartment here when I had to move to Dallas from out of state. I was able to go about the process entirely remotely, and the property manager Delacy, was very helpful in getting everything done. The apartments themselves are well managed with friendly staff.

I renewed my lease because HF is hands down one of the best apartments Ive lived in. Its mostly clean and quiet. Amenities/fees are low bc theres no pool (part of why its a quiet community). The management goes out of their way to help you and to keep you if youre a good tenant. Maintenance is decent about responding to issues. Sound between units is MINIMAL (I occasionally hear the unit above me for really loud movements but I cant hear them walking around, cant hear flushing, or anything like that). The high ceilings make the units seem massive and they are decently sized to begin with. View of downtown Dallas from west facing units is 10/10. Safe and gated parking. Theres no onsite leasing office so theres no strangers walking thru the building.I would not recommend the first floor as there are no balconies and the sound from the small gym & elevator may be an issue for nearby units.Cons:1. ZERO guest parking spaces. Theres an alley behind the complex that ppl park in but the cafe back there just got a liqour license so its about to get impossible.2. There is NO CODE PAD on the entrance door to the mailroom so quite often package deliverers just leave your valuables out on the sidewalk. The only key pad entry is at the center door inside the parking lot which delivery trucks arent allowed thru. Makes no sense.3. One elevator and no freight elevator.4. Some tenants let their dogs go to the bathroom in the hallway or stairwell but living near ppl that suck is unavoidable. Management does their best to stay on top of it.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Jessica the property manager for Haskell. She has literally solved all my problems, from walking me through the leasing steps, to helping me find the best utility providers to make my stay great. She also solved problems before I was aware of them. She is fast, and quick to action.I have nothing but the best to say about Jessica, and because of her, Haskell Flats.

This complex is honestly amazing. The application process was seamless. The units and floor plans are really nice for an affordable price right by the city. Management has never left an issue unresolved and is always so kind and helpful. I highly recommend! Jessica is always so helpful and responsive.

Haskell Flats is a great place to live. My unit and the property itself are super nice, and its in a very convenient location thats close to downtown, lots of restaurants, and stores. The staff is very responsive, and my maintenance requests are always addressed in a timely manner. Glad to call this place my home!

I toured and the property was in immaculate condition. Instantly felt like home. A lot of that had to do with Jessica. She was very kind and helpful and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed the experience and plan on applying when my current lease expires.

Jessica is hands down one of the best property managers Ive ever encountered-- she responds quickly to any and all needs and you can genuinely tell that she cares. Ive lived here a little over a year and Ive really enjoyed my experience so far.
