    I want to give a big shout out to the assistant manager, Miss Lopez. She has the most pleasant attitude. She’s very helpful. She’s very professional. She has a very high demeanor about herself. She’s very open and she gives her uninvited attention to details to to make sure that the residence are satisfied and or assistant in everything they need we need more people like her on property. She has been the best assistant manager yet to come. We need to keep her. She makes the place more like a home.

    I have been living here for a long time for 5 years to be exact, have been through many changes with managers. And only now I can say that I love the respect and kindness that Miss. Tay has shown me , Its time to resign my lease this is the most help Ive had since Ive been here everything in my apartment needed to be redone Im very grateful to be able to move to another unit so that I could continue to live here and call this my home. And Thanks to Ms. Patsy also for making sure I am okay also . (Again THANKS Miss.TAY I Love you so much and hope that you stay at our property to continue to help all the residents and future residence!!😊😊

    These apartments have been amazing, the staff is always very courteous and helpful to all my needs. Nothing negative about living here for the past year will be renewing my lease because Im more than happy Im definitely at home here at The Harwell apartments. Convenient pricing you will not find in all off Dallas areaThank you for all your hard work.

    I love living here, they are always improving the property and making this a better place to live. Dont believe all the low star reviews, they are probably people who didnt pay and got evicted. I have no complaints other than one thing, they really need to repave the parking lot ASAP

    Beautiful complex, and I love the Amenities! Management and staff are very friendly, and helpful! I love that they take the time to make sure I fully understand the process every step of the way!

    It was real easy to get into . The new mangers does a good job with working with your credit. How ever I think since they’re remodeling they need to hire security guards .When I move over there in a week I will be calling corporate to see what they can do about having security on duty

    Went to look at a apartment and management is very nice they had a lot going on but the lady that helped me she had a lot of patience to answer all my questions even though they were very busy . I don’t like going to look at apartment if they tell me to wait have a seat the staff was helpful and Manager herself showed me the apartment which was very spacious and clean that’s the kind of place I would like to live . I look forward to moving in.

    A great place to live the community is good. The staff is awesome. Love living here. Haven’t had any problems in the time that I’ve been here. The staff is awesome at getting things done on a timely matter.

    The new management is wonderful!! They are always respectful, keep us update on any changes & are very understanding people. The Units are spacious, theres always parking, and theyre working on keeping the community gated.

    I have been stay here for a couple a months now I’m loving it over friendly people nice staff in the office haven’t had a problem yet the Maintenance people are always on time never gave me a problem good job over here if you’re looking for somewhere nice to move I suggest move in theses apartments

    I live at this apartments and I love it the lady n the office is so Sweet. Yes the owners live out of state. But so what they on their stuff. I get stuff fixed as soon as possible. These ppl gave me a chance when no one else would. I DO NOT WORK FOR THEM. THEY DESERVE CREDIT WHEN ITS DUE. I LOVE MY APT. THERE ARE NO THUGS WALKING AROU D ROBBING PPL. VEHICLES ARE SAFE AND SO ARE RESIDENTS. PPL PROBLEMS ARE THEY probably FIDNT PAY THEIR RENT AND GOT THE BOOT. THESE ARE SOME GREAT Apts. I LOVE EM!! TY JAY JOSH AND JACK
