Harvest Creek is the nicest, best set of apartments in Marshall. Has all you need and is well located with easy access to major highways nearby. Tessa, the manager is beyond wonderful, helpful, and always helpful. We are new to the area and looked at a lot of different places between here and Shreveport and these were hands down the best in quality and price - and brand new too!

We just finalized all of our processes and got our keys to start moving in! Tessa has done a great job keeping us informed and making this a smooth transition. She is very easy to talk to! I was worried because there were multiple applicants, and that could get messy along the way to get all the paperwork. However, it was all seamless, and Tessa was reassuring from the beginning. We felt welcomed and cared for. It is a blessing to join this community 😊!!!

Harvest Creek is the best apartment complex around. Super quiet and affordable. I love being able to come home and not have to worry about anything . The manager Tessa is the best around.
