Ive only been here a short while but I can say that its quite even when the rent office is closed and I love that the maintenance orders Ive put in are attended to immediately. Tamara in the manager is simply amazing and definitely looks after her tenants. I have been pleased thus far.

My experience at The Falls has gotten way better since I first moved here. There no perfect no place is but there turning things around and making it a belt yet place to live. Shout out to Amanda for making a changes and doing more for apartments. Keep up the great work team!!

Alex and Jose helped to get my air conditioner working , replaced the motor. Other maintenance requests were before mine, but today the a/c was repaired !! I thank God … I’m so grateful 🙏🏽

The property managers have done a great job with complex cleaned it up very nice the security does a great job with tenants making sure we are safe very nice n quiet I love it here

Looking to move here soon. Just had to make a review regarding their customer service. Linda is soooo knowledgeable, helpful, patient, and nice! Ive been looking for places since I moved to Dallas and other apartment leasing offices are so rude and impatient. Just had to give kudos where its do! Thanks Linda!

Weve been here a little over a month and its been good besides our patio table growing feet and walking off.Other than my little family and i are happy,its home,no one bothers you, the rent is good cause i am the only one working,helps a lot & The staff in the office is as Kool as the other side of the pillow!!
