    I’ve been living at Harmony Park for over two years now and me and my son absolutely love it. The staff is super friendly and responsive. Maintenance is very responsive. They have an office workspace and a gym. The pool is sufficient but what I really like is that they have grills around the property for us to use. I have a corner unit with the wrap around Patio And the way the sun comes in at dusk makes it for a beautiful view.. Every apartment complex will have their issues but what I really like is that the staff doesn’t turn over frequently here. I’ve gotten to know the staff and they have been so incredibly helpful.

    My husband and I decided it was time to downsize and move closer to our daughter. We looked at several apartments before selecting Harmony Park. The office staff was fantastic helping us locate the apartment that would fit our needs. Everyone has been quick to respond to any needs. They always have a smile and ready to help. They are always keeping us up to date with helpful hints for cold weather, etc. Close to so many places. Thank you Harmony for helping to make our move a little easier.

    This apartment complex is top-notch in this area. It is extremely well-maintained, and the ladies in the front office will take care of your needs and work with you to overcome any concerns or issues you might have. I have been living in this apartment for three months, and I am super happy with the level of service. It is a very quiet apartment complex with a luxurious clubhouse and a clean gym. Parking your car is different, but most residents have two cars. You get a garage or parking space for a very affordable monthly fee, or you can park outside as they have plenty of space to park. It might seem like a hassle to walk a few extra steps, but you always get your steps counted for the day. I cannot recommend this place enough—it’s a very nice, niche community.

    Harmony ParkI can say that I’ve found a fantastic spot to call home! Having all those conveniences within walking distance, like H-E-B, Panera Bread, and Walmart, must make everyday life so much easier. Plus, the maintenance and office teams being responsive really adds to the comfort of living here.

    Just moved in and seriously couldn’t be happier. The office ladies are saints. They are so sweet and so helpful! Mrs. Amy was absolutely the best leasing agent I have ever spoken to and the entire staff was so absolutely wonderful. The gate is broken but it’s fixable and it’s not like the apartments were like hey guys let be bad and break the gates. Parking in most apartments are like this not the communities fault just a lot of people wanting to live here. Purchase a parking pass or get some sun with a brief walk across the street. The area is nice so I don’t think you have much to worry about parking on the street schools all around H-E-B across the street. Surrounded by middle and upper class residential areas. The pool is amazing with their outdoor grills and the water is crystal blue. The music is loud and the walls are thin but I have yet to hear a neighbors conversation. I’m Latina so the loud music makes me feel like home. I personally won’t be playing loud music but it’s not something I frown upon. The community is clean the units are nice the bathroom and closet is the size of a residential bathroom and closet. It’s just so beautiful 😍 I’ve truly had the best expirience getting this lease thank you harmony yall have been amazing!!!!

    This complex is beautiful and the ladies in the office are very kind and helpful. Shana, Amy, and Nicole have been amazing! Ive enjoyed living here so far! The amenities are nice and my unit has really nice appliances. Work orders are completed quickly. The location is great and there are many stores and restaurants close by. The surrounding neighborhoods are pretty safe and I love the walking trails, too. Overall, I like living here and am happy with the choice I made!

    I have been touring all day like 8 apartments and this was our last one for the day and we were tired! When we walked in we were greeted by Stephanie and she had the most welcoming personality and answered very question we had. We are deciding to lease here because this was the only place that truly made us feel like this was home thanks to Stephanie’s customer service. The grounds were very cleaned and the apartment she showed us was beautiful. We loved the amenities! Can’t wait to move in!!

    Been here since Oct. 2023 and its been great so far! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is not the best so I would recommend purchasing a parking spot. They did a pool party today which was super cute and fun for the kids! They had great music, hotdogs and water toys. Thanks for making this place great!

    Harmony Park Apartments has exceeded my expectations. Its the location and proximity to shopping and restaurants are unmatched. My neighbors are friendly and quiet and the office staff provide excellent service. Shout out to Shauna and Teena for always going above and beyond, doing all they can to ensure a great experience for residence. When I have questions or concerns Im always able to freely communicate them. Shauna is personable and checks in to see how things are going and takes notice of things most office staff wouldnt. She always on top of things! Im happy with my apartment and all the amenities offered, especially the pool and workout area.

    Location is great! The apartments to me are surprisingly quiet! We have been living here for a year and have had some minor appliances repairs...and we had some issues getting those fixed; however, there is a new manager Stephanie who has been very responsive in working with us to get them fixed. As of now, we will be extending our lease.

    I recently had a client lease at Harmony Park. The manager, Stephanie, was so helpful through the whole process. I was able to speak to her directly regarding my client’s concerns about applying and she kept in constant communication throughout each step. I will definitely refer more clients to the property largely in part to how great the management is.

    Update as of 7 months later. We have moved into the apartments and have been living here for 6 months and I will say these are the best apartments we have lived in. Very understanding, and they are on top of their stuff. If I have an issue it is fixed almost immediately. It is also a very quite community which is a plus. Great place to live at!We haven’t even officially moved in yet and have received the best treatment. They are very accommodating and very kind and understanding. We already know we are going to love this place. Wonderful management and wonderful staff!

    Lived here for 3 years and have loved our apartment. Our favorite thing was the open floor plan with a kitchen island, lots of storage in the kitchen, as well as a large bathroom! Also, maintenance has always come fairly quickly to fix any problems we had. The only issue we ever had was parking. Since we both work until later in the evening, the parking lot does often fill quickly and we frequently park in the overflow/guest area (across the street). I definitely suggest paying for a reserved garage or covered parking spot if you can.

    I love Harmony Park Apartments in Spring! I sold my house in August 2022 and I chose to live in an apartment because I no longer wanted the upkeep on a house. This complex is amazing. My apartment is roomy and has great upgrades I was not expecting such as granite countertops and luxury vinyl plank flooring,with new carpeting on the bedrooms. The staff is always helpful and polite. The other residents I have met are friendly and I feel at home here. I searched online for apartments and visited the property before making a decision.     If you seek a beautiful apartment home with easy access to EVERYTHING (i.e, highways, gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants and entertainment) LOOK NO FURTHER. This property has beautifully landscaped and maintained grounds, 24 hour access to superb amenities, not to mention a year round resort styled pool! WAIT! Did I mention the professional, courteous and informative leasing consultant, Nicole and outstanding Assistant Manager Shana? This dynamic duo made certain I had THE perfect experience. So much so, I threw out my other options and became a new resident. Kudos Ladies! You are appreciated.

    This place is super convient. There plenty of food places near by, great schools, right by the Grand Parkway/i-45/Hardy toll Road and HEB WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE!!!!Now about the complex, Ive been at the complex with my little girl for almost 4 years now and everybody is so accommodating & friendly. The grounds are always clean and when there is a issue they adjust almost immediately. There were some car break-ins a year back and within a week they added surveillance cameras and we havent had any problems since.I cant speak for anyone else but my neighbors in my building are nice and we appreciate the apartment events which are better than other complexes that I have been before.No place is perfect but I appreciate this complex because their willingness to adjust and support the community!!!

    Love this place! I’ve been here 18 months and just signed another 18 months lease. Shauna is the loveliest manager. My little one was playing outside in our garden and I had stepped inside to get the water pitcher. Shauna was walking on one of her inspection rounds and immediately noted my little one and came to check on us. Another time a dog got loose and charged us playing outside and Shauna stepped in and spoke to the resident on our behalf. Seeing her walk the property or answering my calls in the office makes me feel safer just knowing she’s around!

    This apartment complex was one of the nicest ones around the spring area! Very safe and everything is close by! My boyfriend and I moved in January 2023 and we loved staying here! All staff is super sweet and maintenance very fast! Recommend this place 100%

    This place is beautiful and very accommodating. Shana Baker was amazing and able to get us in in a week time, I have no complaints whatsoever our apartment is beautiful (considering we started the process of moving a week prior) Ms. Baker has been there every step of the way and you can tell right away she’s very involved in maintaining these apartments.

    I drove from Dallas to visit this property & first I want to say the staff are very friendly . The community looked amazing. One lady in particular Shana was very welcoming , to the point & could have been a comedian lol . I can tell she cares about the property and that she will ensure everything moves swiftly & made me feel certain about choosing this property to move forward with .     I have been a resident @ Harmony Park Apartments x 6 years & Harmony Park has exceeded my expectations. Office Staff, Tenna GLAD that you are part of the Harmony Park Administration.Happy to have people (human) like you ! That provide excellent service, Thank You Amy as well . Shout out to Teena for always going above and beyond, for doing all you can to ensure a great experience for us as residence. When I have questions or concerns you are always able to freely communicate and get thing done on a timely matter. Teena She always on top of things! Im happy with my apartment for the past 6 years. Maintenance is always on time, and gets things done same day.     My husband and I love our little place!Weve been here for almost a year now, and weve fallen in LOVE with it!     I have been a resident here for three years. There have been some pool maintenance issues but they were promptly addressed. Maintenance gets to you very quick. Lately I have seen a newer face in the office, Shana. Some days she is by herself and very busy but always stops and says hello and calls me by name. She even stopped to say hello the other day while I was unloading groceries out of my car. She also double checked that the pool was okay for me to swim last week because the gates were still locked which usually means the pool was just treated. Did it all with a smile on her face. So I wanted to leave this review. (The parking does sometimes stink but there are ports and garages for lease and extra parking across the street (I don’t mind the extra walk)).

    Great apartments to live in! Quiet community with great amenities. Any Maintnence issues get fixed the same day or next day at the latest. Leasing office staff are very friendly and great location. Close to many grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance. Residents are all very friendly also.

    Harmony Park Apartments are exactly what I was looking for in an apartment community. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew keeps the pool and the grounds very clean.     My sister lives there and has been there for almost a year now. The community is extremely clean and beautiful. Very nice and quiet and the neighbors are very welcoming. My sister has been recovering from heart surgery and I have been coming over to visit and check on her pretty often. Miriam has been a huuuuge help with anything that my sister has needed throughout the time of her being here.     Lived here for a year, very happy with the location and grounds. The apartments are modern, stylish, and well built. The front desk staff is polite and welcoming, I have not had any negative interactions. Maintenance has always been prompt, I have never had any major repairs needed though. I bring work clients over several times a week and every one that visits compliments me on my place.

    Went to tour the apartments today and I must say that Im impressed! Katherine was wonderful and very knowledgeable. She was honest with us about parking and we definitely appreciated that. The apartment is very modern and spacious. The complex is surrounded by stores and restaurants which is in walking distance. The only thing that would keep us from moving to the apartments is the parking.

    As with any living arrangements these days you have your good and bad. At Harmony Park Crossing one of the major Good things is a supportive management staff that listens AND takes actions. Shana Barker is one of the good ones. She is a very open and honest person who takes it upon herself to insure that your needs and concerns are addressed. She also follows up to make sure you are satisfied with the actions she took. I feel better off staying at a place where I know someone - know her on sight and by name - who is there to listen to me and address my concerns in a professional manner. Thanks Shana -- you rock!

    We have enjoyed living within this community. The Staff is courteous and strives to take each of or concerns seriously. All repairs are initiated immediately and completed in a timely manner.The only bothersome issue here is that the parking spaces within the gates are limited which causes aggravation at times.

    I love the complex! It’s very modern and has everything you need. The only area they failed in was with the parking. I know they’re building a parking lot across the street but that doesn’t help me to be able to park near my building. Other than that it feels like home already. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Some already know me by name. Everything you need is very close by too.

    I am currently living here, and I have not had to make any complaints, the place is quite quiet, the service is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and the place is excellent, I recommend it to everyone.
