    This is the best ran apartment complex in the area. It is well kept. Maintenance is quick and always available. The office staff (Gayla and Destiny) will go above and beyond to assist in whatever way they can. We have been residents here for almost 10 years and we have never had a major issue.

    Great community to live in. Quiet and very clean complex. Outstanding maintenance crew always there to help! Office staff outstanding as well. Especially Ms. Rachel always so welcoming with a smile and always there to help with anything. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe, quiet and affordable place to call home.

    UPDATE >>> I have to say this apartment is a God send. After living her over 3 months now, man I LOVE IT!!! The property is maintained daily, the community is amazing. I have had no maintenance issues which is very refreshing. I love my apartment. It has a lot of space and is beautiful!! I couldnt be more greatful that I found the perfect property I was looking for. 🙌have been looking gor a place to call home and it hasnt been easy. I just stopped to check these apartments out and Thank God I did!! Rachel went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. She is amazing. I love the property, it is really kept up!! So proud to call this home!!!

    I appreciate the office staff at Harbour Bay. I esp appreciate Ms Rachel as she has been in the office for the entire length of my residency at HBA! She is always so kind to check and make sure my maintenance requests have been handled. Maintenance is usually pretty quick about getting to requests. The apartment complex, in general, is relatively quiet. The pool is typically clean in the summer. I wish they could move some of the trash bins further away from the apartments. But other than that, it is a great place to live. I’ve lived here almost two years. And I’ve been pleased. They even reduced my rent for a month when I was having AC problems during the summer. They worked with me until my AC was completely fixed. I appreciate them so much! They have many monthly resident incentives…. Bingo, crawfish boils, snacks in the office, Christmas gift wrap station, etc, etc. Always something fun for the residents. Use me as a reference when you register to live here. I’ll split the referral money with you!! 😉

    This is the best Apartments that I have lived in the office personnel are friendly, and very knowledgeable, knowledgeable, and helpfulMaintenance is excellent they address any issues with my apartment promptly and everyone is very professional. Best place I have lived in the property is also also very well. Kept happy to be living here.

    This is the best place I have lived, Destiny and Gayla have gone above and beyond for my family after a bad experience at another complex. It’s clean, the maintenance staff are fast and efficient, and we haven’t had one issue since moving here in 2015. Highly recommend!!!!

    I have been living here a lil over a year. I love coming home. The area I live at is quiet and friendly. I have fantastic neighbors. Maintenance is great once something is reported they come out same day sometimes. Better than any other place Ive lived at. The office staff are terrific...Mrs. Felicia is the sweetest and the the office is so clean and inviting. I truly love living here. The only thing is the parking. We should at least have 1 vehicle reserved parking for the resident. I work 12hr shifts sometimes days sometimes nights. When I get home at 730 pm during the week or 730 am on weekends Im tired of being on my feet all day and usually have to park on the other side of my apartment. Not a fun thing. On the weekends its worse. But overall the people here are friendly and I love calling this home.

    After 2 awesome years I sadly had to move out for personal reasons. The manager Giselle is very friendly. Maintenance is on point, whenever you call they usually show up the same day to fix any issue. Parking is a bit challenging only on Sundays. We loved the location as we were close to almost everything. Will gladly stay there again. Thanks to everyone in the leasing office especially Mrs Felecia

    Been living here for over a year now. Hands down the best management Ive encountered as an apartment renter. Any issue that has come up is always dealt with quickly and sincerely. There are frequent improvements to the complex being done throughout the year and plenty of events for residents. Seems like at least every couple weeks theres a free meal or a planned holiday/gathering event at the office. Renewing a lease also comes with some pretty nice upgrades to the apartment that I havent seen at other places. Pricing is reasonable and fair for the area and laid out very clearly if you ask about it. As far as location goes, being on Spencer Hwy means theres plenty of nearby grocery stores, good restaraunts, and a community college practically next door. Heavily recomended.

    I lived here from April 2015 until May 2016. At first I never had any problems what so ever. Even lived upstairs with a kid and never had any complaints. Maintenance was always either same day or after a holiday. Only big issue I had was miscommunication during the time my fiance and I were looking to buy a house. Told both of the office staff of our plans, was told to write a letter with no date so when the time came we could do a reletting fee. Unfortunately there was bad communication and we almost lost our home while caring for my then 7 year old child. BUT I will say after deep discussion between us and the property manager everything worked out and we did not feel cheated or taken advantage of in the deal. We were able to lease month to month and had no problems after that and both parties made sure letters had specific dates and references. My only advice would be if youre looking to renew your lease be very sure to put specific details and dates. We also got our 30 day notice notorized. Not sure if that made the difference or if the office was just trying to make up for the mistake but either way it worked out. Even got our deposit back and we were sure to be very respectful even after the misunderstanding
