Recently moved from south Florida. Best place I’ve ever lived. Amenities are amazing. Staff (Carrie, Brandy, Chelsea, Eddie) are amazing. Location is amazing. Price is amazing. Neighbors are friendly. Environment is amazing. Maintenance is top tier. Resident activities are appreciated. Concerns are met without delay. Very clean. Pool is beautiful. The harbor is within walking distance. Just can’t say enough positive things about this place! It’s PERFECT! I love it! So happy to be here.Highly recommend!

The property is new but beautiful! Moved in recently and the views are so amazing! Not to close to the freeway and not tucked away behind other buildings!! Chelsea has always been super attentive and Eddie was such a delight to work with!! I have no regrets with making this new property my new home!!

Eddie and Anthony have made my move in experience smooth, and the entire staff have been super helpful. Eddie has gone above and beyond to make sure any question or concern with the move in process I had was attended to. Eddie was so patient and more than happy to help as I was choosing which unit I wanted. Everyone of the staff has been super friendly from management to maintenance. Anthony helped set up my WiFi calling. I’m super thankful for everyone here. I was super anxious about moving, but I know I have Eddie or Anthony just down the hall to help answer questions so I know I’m not alone. So thankful for all the help I received. Love living here! Brandy was super helpful helping me choose my unit!! I was very indecisive on which unit and view to choose from and she was so patient with me through the whole process! Also, love how quiet it is living here!

The entire staff from the leasing office with Chelsea, Tiffany, Eddie and Brandy make the entire lease and move in process incredibly easy and efficient. Tiffany was my primary point of contact and is such a special person who I adore. She took so much time to help me with so many aspects of making a cross country move. The complex is immaculate, spacious and offers a ton of amenities. Maintenance led by Anthony is fantastic and even the smallest problem is immediately addressed to perfection. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Having rented in multiple states and being new to Texas, I can say with honesty that this has been my best experience to date. If I could add extra stars to the rating, I would.

I’m so glad I moved here. Beautiful view, great location, the entire property is top notch. But, let me tell you about the AMAZING staff. From Chelsea, to Tiffany, to Brandy, to Eddie. Anytime I’ve had questions or needed anything, they were on top of it immediately. I really enjoy living here & the amenities are a breath of fresh air. Bravo Harbor Hills.

I was moving from out of town and needed to move in very quickly, in two days. Tiffany was incredibly helpful. She was very transparent and honest with me about the property.Tiffany was able to make it happen and work with me on getting moved in, smoothly, making things less stressful. Chelsea was also helpful.Needed my water temperature turned up, because they are new apartments and the heater comes at a standard setting. Maintenance was here the same day to help and get it taken care of.Along with a good staff, the apartments themselves are very nice and new. They are good quality and in a good location. Overall, I am glad I chose this complex and I’m happy/thankful for my apartment!

This is an amazing place to live!!! It is so central in Rockwall with proximity to daily needs and off course weekly walk to the Harbor !!! The team taking care of the place are awesome. Brandy was soooo patient!! She showed me the place first time… second time and then when I brought my daughter… she showed it to her again. It does not matter how stressed they are they will find time for you. I felt my needs were taken into consideration without any pressure and they gave me all the space to make the right decision for myself. Thanks Chelsea, Tiffany and Brandy for being an awesome team!!!

This place is fantastic! Chelsea and her staff have put together a very well run complex and they are attentive, helpful, and always available. There are a ton of different options for size and space and the amenities are awesome. Obviously it’s a quick walk to the harbor and sand easy access to freeways. The units are priced perfectly and the people so far are great.

He made the application process seamless and was always available to address any questions or concerns I had. This location is walking distance from the Harbor and I can’t wait to enjoy all the fun things to do in the area! The amenities are beautiful with breathtaking views. I am a few weeks from moving in and I couldn’t have been any more happier to call this place home!

It’s a wonderful place I love it. Just wish the pool was detail cleaned at least twice weekly it’s a pee smell just a bit. But overall, the whole place is beautiful. I love it.

Excellent Place, The staff is very professional and helpful. The condominiums have many amenities, it is very well located with all services, shops and entertainment very close.
