I love my apartment! Such beautiful views from the floor to floor glass windows and mostly very nice tenants. Metro is the absolute best concierge! He’s gone out of his way more than once to help us and make us feel at home. I love coming home and seeing both Metro and Mo at the front desk welcoming us home.

Ive now lived in 3 units @ The Hanover Republic and the below is my honest feedback given my experience and tenure.TLDR: The best team. The best building. The best amenities.Pros- Property Management/Leasing Team: I cant express how much this team has been helpful. Although I have less contact with them compared to prior buildings (which speaks for itself), they always do everything they can to accommodate requests. One example is when my key fob battery stopped working. I went to concierge to have it replaced. As they were investigating the property manager (Brandon at the time) overheard the conversation and immediately dropped what he was doing to bring me a new fob. The new manager Cassandra has gone out of her way countless times to make sure Ive always received prompt responses to inquiries or offered support with unit relocation. Cassandra is one of those people who treats everyone like a new tenant with every interaction. In my opinion she has set the standard with others under her leadership and is the primary reason I continue to enjoy (and will stay) living in the building.- Concierge: Ive never met a group that has been more helpful with coordinating different tasks like packages and amenities. I am one of those people who receives (way too many) work-related packages. Theyve never made me feel embarrassed and have more than once helped get packages to my apartment. Theyve gone above and beyond to help handle items while travelling or away for long periods. The team member who stands out the most is Metro! Every tenant in the building appreciates him so much!!- Amenities: The view from the rooftop pool, event spaces, and gym are breathtaking. Just check out the website and look at the gallery which speaks for itself. If youre indecisive from the photos just come in person - you WONT be disappointed.Cons- Window Cleaning/Pool Area: Sometimes when theyre cleaning the windows, there is equipment/cones that are left out around the pool. I know this isnt the teams fault so much as it is the cleaners. Just remember things happen and delays occur. Its a very large building and theres plenty of windows they have to clean.- Amenity Hours/Rules: Be sure you read your lease and FULLY understand the amenities, hours, rules & regulations, etc. Its usually (and Ive been to blame myself) that people get upset about something they didnt take the time to read and fully understand.- Maintenance Requests: There are days where I have submitted a work order and it was handled within 24 hours, then there has been a time or two I submitted a work order and it took a week or so. Keep in mind the maintenance team receives requests for everyone and theyre prioritizing high level issues first. You never know what someone else could be dealing with (or caused for that matter). Both of my issues were far down on the list (filter replacement - which is already done every 6 months, but Im a bit picky, and a minor lighting issue).- Unit Rates/Costs: As with any building, the rates can frequently fluctuate with demand/availability/market. This can be annoying for everyone. They will do whatever they can to work with you within reason, but there are things that are out of their control from a system or business standpoint. This is one of the highest rated (and newest) buildings downtown. Youre getting what you pay for!- Coffee Machine: This is the only thing I wish they had. A commercial espresso machine that makes non dairy (or dairy) drinks outside of the conference rooms/amenity space on the high floors.

This review is for those moving to Austin, TX, potentially from a different state, looking for the most ideally located high-rise downtown! I visited the property once, and Hanover stood out from the typical list of apartments you come across downtown. Its the staff that made this property feel like home. From the amiable concierge staff who always went above and beyond to make me and my 3-year-old golden retriever feel welcome every time we walked into the door to the leasing team who was nothing short of accommodating from day one, sending us videos, measurements, and photos of our unit so we could plan and order furniture from afar. Shout to Cassandra, Brandon, Paul, Metro, Alex for making living here unforgettable!

The apartment and staff have exceeded all my expectations and made the transition incredibly smooth.The location is right in the heart of downtown, walkable to everything, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, Republic Square Farmer’s Market, trails, Austin Public Library, and grocery stores. The building is a “stunner” with modern, high-end finishes and incredible amenities. The rooftop pool offers beautiful views of the city and lake, and the fitness center has up-to-date equipment and is always clean.The entire staff is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist. The type of people you would want to hang out with outside of working hours. Alex oversaw my move-in process and was professional, helpful, and charismatic. He took the time to give me a full walk-through of the complex since I had only seen the space via photos and videos. He even helped me unload my car after a long day of driving. Hes awesome! My apartment is spacious, with plenty of natural light, new appliances, and gorgeous views.Despite the initial stress of moving, especially from a different state, Hanover Republic Square has made me feel right at home.

I never usually leave reviews but the service at Hanover was so impressive that I had too. Literally from my first visit to finally moving in they have been nothing but incredible. Starting off with the front desk who are constantly there to support you and are super friendly. Shoutout to Paul who always makes everything super simple and goes out of his way to help out in anyway he can. Then to the leasing office who if it wasn’t for them I wouldn’t be here. Crystal and Alex are literally what every leasing office should bring on to their team. They are attentive, charming, and overall great people to work with. They worked with me and helped me find the perfect fit in terms what I was looking for. Also super friendly when I come down and say hi. Finally their management team simplified the process whether it was Cassandra going out of her way to help me go over the lease and understand everything before going through with the process. And the other Crystal who always helps with general questions and support when I need her. Overall amazing experience and very happy to be here!!

Thank you to the Hanover RS staff. I recently had the opportunity to visit this complex and meet with some wonderful people. The leasing team, Taylor and Crystal have been incredible and absolutely helpful. During my visit I fell in love with the amenities and the attention to detail, you can tell a lot of work and dedication gets put in on day to day functions. I was also very fortunate to have had an encounter with the maintenance technician Noe. I was able to observe his attention and care to ensuring that issues got resolved in a proper and friendly way. Overall this place looks amazing and is filled with an amazing staff.

So, I was already dreading the search but was very fortunate to come across an amazing leasing manager at The Hanover Republic Square! Cassandra was amazing and provided a top notch all inclusive tour of the building features and amenities. Cassandra was very in tune to my requirements and what I valued which at times can be ignored overlooked. Cassandra was very knowledgeable of the surrounding area as well for heads up details that would be relevant in my day to day living. My decision to migrate just became that much easier. If youre looking for a new dwelling in Downtown Austin I highly recommend you go visit Cassandra at Hanover Republic Square!

Only a week in but very happy with my new place.Alex on the property management team is great and helped with every step of the process in getting me signed up and moved in. I dont think Id be here now without him reaching out to confirm application, fixing quote price mistakes, and being available.I am not rich and the current deals for apartments (2 months free as of this review) allowed me to afford a good apartment with amazing amenities and location. Everyone in the building has been friendly and the concierge have helped me often with my small issues.

I’ve lived in downtown Austin for some time now, and I recently had the pleasure of going through the apartment leasing process with Hanover Republic Square. I toured a majority of the high rises and I have to say, Hanover was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, everything was seamless and stress-free.I have to highlight Cassandra who was extremely helpful, accommodating, and attentive during my building tour. Overall, I was impressed by the cleanliness and upkeep of the building and individual units. It was clear that the maintenance team and staff took pride in their work and kept everything in top condition.After the tour, I decided to move forward with leasing one of the units. Cassandra walked me through the application process and answered all of my questions in detail. I felt completely informed and confident in my decision to move forward with my application.Overall, the apartment leasing process with Hanover was a 10/10 experience. The online application was easy, Cassandra was friendly and helpful, and the unit itself was in excellent condition. I highly recommend Hanover to anyone in search of a stress-free and enjoyable leasing process.

Ive been a resident at Hanover Republic Square for nearly two years. The staff in the front office and at the front desk is the best we have had during this time. Communication with residents is timely and thorough (e.g. emails are detailed and do not sound like canned responses), concerns are adequately addressed, and safety feels like a priority. Cassandra, Crystal, and Alex are so friendly and go out of their way to say hello and ask how were doing. Our front desk staff is consistent now, which has made a positive change in the community feeling here. Paul, Metro, and Omar are always welcoming, and are obviously working hard for residents during their shifts. I really appreciate the change in management and hope Hanover Corporate keeps this team in place!

I have been looking at apartments in Austin for a couple of weeks now, and so glad I was brought to this place. Great location, awesome amenities but what sold me was the staff. On my way out I had a conversation with a guy that works in the front Paul. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. Not being a resident he didn’t have to show me the attention he did, but I really appreciated his time and conversation. He really seems to know a lot about Austin and the surrounding area and recommended a killer brunch spot!

The amenities are incredible, the building, refined and elegant. We had a celebration for the family in the group room. The building is one of the tallest in Austin making the views breathtaking. Ive lived here for ~2 weeks.Leasing - I had a fantastic experience with Crystal, she helped me every step of the way and made the process seamless. Highly recommend working with her.Location - great, can walk to Soulcycle, CVS in 5 mins. Can walk to Whole Foods / Trader Joes in 10-15 mins. Location feels relatively safe and building security helps with that.Moving In - pretty seamless experience, wasnt able to get my first choice day because elevators were booked but that was fine. You use the freight elevators in the back. The place when I got the keys was spotless - and I have very high standards of cleanliness. When I moved in I noticed the cooktop hot sensor was illuminated on my stove as well as the dishwasher handle was broken on one side (see photo) which was somewhat disappointing although doesnt make a huge difference in my day-to-day. When I put in a maintenance request, they came and checked it out within 24hrs which was great, it hasnt been fixed yet because they are ordering parts.Amenities - top quality, beautiful gym. Staff are friendly and helpful.Downsides: elevators are a little slow. Definitely not cheap but you get what you pay for. They use Luxer One which I personally dont like...it charges you $1 / day / package if you dont pickup within a week and for someone who travels a lot that seems like a money grab for something that provides no real value.Overall, highly recommend.

Let me tell you why you should live here and why you should not live here. I really value candid reviews and I will be very honest about my experience here.PROS:Care and Concern-1. I am a Type A, OCD, perfectionist type of person. Since the day I moved in to Hanover Republic Square, the team here has taken every maintenance request, question, and suggestion very professional and seriously. I even submitted a service request for them to shampoo my carpet in my bedroom because I wanted it to be extra clean and they took care of it immediately. The focus on customer satisfaction (whether the issue be big or not) is apparent and makes me feel like they truly care about me. You can’t really put a price to that. I had ACL reconstruction and IT band tightening surgery about a month ago. 2 of the leasing agents called my cell phone to see how I was feeling and one of the leasing agents Nicole even delivered me fresh baked pastries after my surgery. She didn’t have to do that but she did. Marco and Davin at the concierge desk are fantastic and Marco even delivered my groceries after my surgery when I could not walk and stocked and organized my refrigerator. I mean c’mon.2. Quality of Living-I think the units speak for themselves. They are beautiful, brand new, and clean. Even the door handles are heavy and sturdy and I love that my bedroom light and fan have different speeds and lighting settings (the smallest details matter to me). I also really enjoy the quality of my appliances.3. Safety and Security-I am a single 26 year old girl living alone and I value my privacy and safety. With the multiple entry points requiring key access, I feel safe. Even having to press my garage key to exit the parking garage is an extra added safety feature. I like how every time I submit a maintenance request the team double verifies that they have permission to enter my apartment. I accidentally locked my service dog in my bedroom one Sunday morning and I have extreme anxiety and started to panic. A team member was at my room within 10 minutes and unlocked my door. On a Sunday.CONS:1. Guest Parking-A small con, but I wish there was guest parking. Usually my friends just Uber over here but something to keep in mind.2. Pet Relief-Again, I value my safety and wish there was a pet relief area on site. When I get home from work late and it is dark, I need to walk my dog across the street to take her to potty. Not a huge deal, but as a mid twenties single woman, just something to keep in mind. I use my scary dog pit bull privilege to not be bothered and say “no biting” when walking by homeless people to deter interactions even though she doesn’t bite which makes me feel more safe.3. Rent-The old rent amounts on the website were confusing when I signed and didn’t match up with my understanding of the rent price. I checked the website recently and I believe they have reworded it now to make it easier to understand.Please take my pros and cons to help you make your decision on whether or not you should live here. Overall, I would highly recommend HRS. For me, as a perfectionist to only have small 3 cons about living here, that speaks volumes. For the price I pay to live here, I expected a lot. And I can happily say I feel like I get my money’s worth living here and am truly happy in my home. I would 100% recommend living here to anyone who may be interested. You are making the right decision and looking back on it I am so glad I decided to sign at Hanover Republic Square.
