Great Downtown Austin property, have had a lot of good experiences living here, and the management has done a genuinely pretty nice job. I resigned my lease because of the location, amazing views, great units and views, and very helpful and friendly leasing office.Khalid is one of the best people on the leasing team in my opinion, has helped me numerous times with everything from garage remotes to leasing and charge questions. People like him make it a great place to live especially in the busy downtown area.

Ive had a great experience at Hanover Brazos Street. The staff is friendly and was very helpful with my move-in, especially Khalid and Yusuf. Its great to always see friendly faces in the building and feel safe when coming home.I had a handful of maintenance issues when I moved in but the team was quick to help and resolve. The floors are generally quite quiet and the common spaces are kept clean. Has been a great building to call home in Austin.

The lead concierge, Yusuf, at Hanover has proven himself to be absolutely exceptional. He always greets me and my guests with a welcoming demeanor and eagerness to help. He has gone above and beyond on issues I’ve faced such as coordinating package deliveries, arranging transportation, and certain last minute issues. The professionalism, clear effort and commitment to serving the residents truly adds to my living experience here!

I have lived in the Hanover Brazos building for several months and have been very impressed with the facilities and the staff. The front door staff are always present and helpful. The leasing office, Khalid in particular, has always had answers to my questions and been accommodating to my requests. I believe this is the finest apartment building in Austin.

Beautiful apartment building in downtown Austin. The views are amazing, amenities are top notch and staff is fantastic! We worked with Isabella and Jon during the move in process and both were knowledgeable, professional and easy to communicate with. We were faced with a job relocation earlier than expected and Jon helped us navigate that process. I highly recommend Hanover Brazos!

Hanover Brazos is a beautiful property. I have a few friends who live here, and they have nothing but great things to say. My apartment locator recommended this place, and it was a fantastic find. Unlike some of the other properties we toured (around 12 in total), Hanover Brazos stood out because of its excellent management team, reflected in both the positive Google reviews and the praise from current residents. The property is extremely clean, secure.I want to give a personal shoutout to Isabella and Eneida, who toured my boyfriend and me. They did a phenomenal job—very thorough and personable. There really arent enough good things to say about Hanover Brazos. This place is 10/10 worth touring.

Of the 8 apartments I have lived in over the past 10 years, Hanover Brazos has been by far the best. The standard here is excellent; the finishes of the kitchen and bathroom, the inbuilt closets, and the cleanliness and style of the lobby and hallways are all stellar.The 24/7 concierge is great for deliveries and for peace of mind along with the security of a fob being needed to enter the main lobby, the elevator lobby, and to even call an elevator to your specific floor.Eneida, Isabella, Taylor, and Khalid are all extremely friendly and helpful whenever needed. The concierges are also attentive and always formal and friendly.I look forward to the amenities being completed along with the 3rd elevator being open to use, but I have no complaints whatsoever.

I can’t thank the team here enough for everything! From the minute I called to the minute I stepped inside the building. 100/10 service. I’ve asked 100+ questions and Taylor, Isabella, Eneida & Khalid have all been patient with me and answered the same questions over and over. They all have different personalities but that’s what makes them great. Khalid is my guy! He’s smooth and sharp. He always keeps it real too and was definitely James Bond in another life. Isabella and Eneida are both extremely nice and give me power ranger vibes. They always make sure things get done and check back after to confirm. Taylor gives me head Huncho or Boss level vibes. She’s awesome and helped me out whenever I was confused about the promotional deals and even made my lease more affordable for me. I’m excited to live here and hope to continue building a relationship with them all. It’s refreshing speaking to people who actually enjoy their jobs and take pride in helping others. I’m not usually difficult but my difficulty level with them all was easily a 10/10. They all handled it with class and grace. Thank y’all again for everything! Highly recommend signing here!!

I moved into the Hanover Brazos in late December 2024.Apartment Building:This building is so well-maintained, it makes me suspect it’s secretly grooming itself when we’re not looking. Seriously, the building is brand-spanking new and it’s so clean, you can eat off the floors (However, if you do that, I recommend doing it late at night when the lobby isn’t as busy).Apartment Unit:My apartment is the peanut butter to my jelly - the perfect match. You’ll be in the best downtown location with tons of stuff within walking distance, and most apartments catch the sunrise or sunset. And if you’re lucky enough to grab a penthouse, you can see BOTH, but not at the same time unless you have eyes on both sides of your head.Leasing Consultants and Staff Interaction:Eneida, Isabella, Taylor, and Khalid are not just leasing agents; theyre like fairy godparents, but for apartments. They’re so helpful and made the whole process easy.Pet Friendly?Woof! (Yes)Is it Near Great Pizza?While this isn’t Brooklyn, YES, there are some great pizza places within walking distance. And Redfarm (the only other location in NYC) is great Chinese food. And a million taco places. And a crepe place downstairs.  Will You See Joe Rogan?Maybe yes, maybe no, but you for sure can walk 5 minutes up the road to his new comedy club.Can You Control the Thermostat with an App?No. It would be great. I am going to fill the suggestion box downstairs with this request, as soon as I can find the suggestion box.Can You Borrow My Scooter?Yes. But please bring it back with a pint of ice cream.Summary:Move here! In fact, if you are a cool person and want to come to a housewarming party in the penthouse on April 10, then move into the building ASAP.
