We had a great time while leasing here! Davids awesome & worked with us to schedule things as needed, which was big as a night-shift worker. The only issue we ever really ran into was other tenants not having their dogs on a leash. The price was DEFINITELY worth the privacy of a closed patio as opposed to a standard apartment.

This was my husband’s and my first home together and we will never forget it. We loved it here. The manager David is so helpful and welcoming. The location is really convenient. The apartment itself is so beautiful and spacious. There’s plenty of natural light so, it’s easy to save on energy. The patio area is very private and relaxing. There’s also a nest system for the doorbell and ac. I would recommend Greenway to anyone.

This is my favorite place I have lived in Denton!!! The neighborhood is quiet and David is an amazing manager! The units speak for themselves with gorgeous natural light and a cozy private patio. Highly recommended!

I used to live here awhike back and its an amazing place they went above and beyond with all the renovations, David is an awesome manager he helps you with anything . I was here visiting a friend of mine to go swimming and I just had knee surgery in Dec and we were at the pool and there isnt a hand rail to get in the pool for the handicapped .

I relocated to Texas for work and lived in Greenway Patio Townhomes until I was able to find a more permanent home. David was phenomenal. Whenever I had an issue (which were few and far between), they were very quick to address and resolve it. I enjoyed the community, the quick access to and from the interstate, the location to shopping and restaurants, all of the natural light in the unit, the patio space, and the pool was a bonus. I would recommend Greenway Patio Townhomes to anyone.

This is the best place I have ever lived. I was very skeptical at first, I have lived in many apartment complexes that sound great from the reviews and look pretty on the outside, but are a nightmare to live in. This quaint little community is fantastic. You cant beat the location and easy access to local restaurants and shops. The people here are friendly, I think nearly everyone has a doggie. The local neighborhood is wonderful for family bike rides and there is a huge park right down the road. The townhomes are older, but very well maintained and feel huge inside. My favorite thing is the oversized gated patio, there is room for a small garden or patio furniture. The best thing though about this community is David. He is the most incredible property manager I have ever dealt with. He made moving in so easy and effortless. Any issue I have had has been corrected ASAP. The maintenance guy, I cant remember his name, but he is quick and amazing. Our heater went out at 9pm one night and he showed up within 45 minutes and got everything fixed. This property is the best hidden gem in Denton.

I loved my time at greenway! David is the absolute best, and always worked with us through any situations that came up. The community is extremely friendly, both for people and pets. Maintenance always got whatever we needed fixed in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a new place to call home.

My two year-old, husband, and I just moved out after living here for nearly three years. It was hands down the best tenant experience I’ve ever had. The places are a lovely renovated mid-century modern townhome and absolutely stunning!! High ceilings, wrap around sliding doors to a private middle patio, truly the hidden gem for apartments/townhomes in Denton. David Bayon is devoted to making these townhomes lovely and it shows from the beautiful landscaping/pool care to ongoing updates like new sliding doors/leveling foundations to beyond reliable communication with tenants. Jason helps with all maintenance requests and is the sweetest guy I’ve ever met. He became a good friend during my time there. They are super prompt with repairs and care about your concerns/life/family. I’m sad to leave such a wonderful place.

Hands down the best experience Ive ever had with a rental property. The property manager is extremely understanding and accommodating and really takes care of his tenants, I cant say enough good things about him. The townhomes themselves are unique and charming, with the enclosed patio providing a sense of home you dont normally see in a rental property. 10/5 Stars.

It’s quiet. I love the manager, he’s nice. I also love the maintenance man too. He lives right next to me and he noticed my air conditioner was out before I did! I was out of town! The layout is huge too and great for kids. I use the living room as the common area, and it has tons of light.

Living at Greenway was such a positive experience! The interior is gorgeous and David is an amazing leasing manager. Any issues, although very few, were dealt with very quickly. I would absolutely live here again!

I havent even moved in yet but David has made the process so easy! Hes friendly and always ready to help out. The remodeling is beautiful and is a great blend of modern and mid-century architecture. Its a hidden gem and I cant wait to move in!

We went to Greenway Patio for a tour today. David was very professional and passionate about the community. He is thoughtful and surely cares a lot about the residents here. The house was modernly renovated. Seems like a great place to live.

David is very knowledgeable about the area and keeps up with the property well, I think the maintenance man is named Jeff who is very helpful and polite. This place is nice and quiet with friendly neighbors so if youre looking for a great place to stay in Denton definitely check this place out.

Honesty the best and stress free place I’ve ever lived at. We had to end our second 1 year lease early and David made the process painless and without outrageous close out fees. We had a bees nest in our wall of our laundry room and they handled it quickly and efficiently, which I was very happy since I’m deathly scared of bees lol. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone(:

This is one of the best places to live in Denton - no doubt. There is so much attention to detail in all of the renovations that have been made, plus the staff (especially the manager David) is incredibly helpful and friendly. Every process was made easy and we never had any issues. I highly recommend this particular complex to anyone who wants to live in the Denton area - its also conveniently located off the highway, but nearby to a lot of fun places to shop. Ive lived here for 3 yrs. I love the area, my homey townhome. They have updated the whole inside & outside of the property, since the new owners took over. David Bayon(manager) is super nice, cares & actually listens. They allow big dogs! I have a mastadore & a American bully, I have a large field available for them to be walked in. I wouldnt go any where else except for downsizing.Its an awesome place to raise a family in, quite & literally walking distance to all razor ranch has to off!
