Since the beginning of this process I have experienced a great service with Greenvue.Jasmine in the front office was so detailed and assisted me the day I was released because another apartment complex gave me the wrong unit. Due to them not honoring the price, they released me. I showed up last minute and Jasmine assisted me all the way when I had one week to find an apartment. Not only did I get a great apartment but everything has ran super smoothly at Greenvue. The attention to detail and also helping me not feel overwhelmed is something I will be grateful for. Thank you Jasmine.I wanted to post this review because I have lived in so many apartment complexes where I have never really had this experience and they take your money but Greenvue definitely does care about you as a resident and also offering premier customer service. Maint team is also quick to address any concerns you may have. I am so happy after moving in and I cannot complain about Greenvue. Apartments are great and clearly they are not new but they are well kept and nice.Every property management company will have certain things and I am sure Greenvue will have some things that we may not all agree with, but I do want to say overall as a management company they definitely care about you and making sure the building is looking good which is great. Many apartment companies do not even care about keeping the complex clean and overcharge you things that you do not need.If you really want to take the leap I highly recommend it. Also many times people always put the bad reviews but they forget about the good reviews. So here is a good one. I am grateful to Greenvue and West Dale property management for existing in the DFW area.

The best apartment to ever live in. Ive been here for almost two years and I have no reason to complain about anything. The amenities are topnotch and the staff; amazing. I moved to a different unit this year and Jasmine (so sweet, friendly , compassionate and professional) made it so seamless. I cant think of a better place to call home.

I scheduled an appointment to see an apartment after I saw this beautiful property online. I was greeted and assisted by Neli. She took me around to see all the amenities and to one of the 2 bedroom floor plans. She was so kind and very knowledgeable. The property is very nice and talk about location, location, location!! There are so many great amenities! It is a must see if you are looking for a new home to rent!

Last year around November I woke up to banging and sirens due to a fire in my building caused by faulty electrical wiring at my previous apartment. Both myself and all of the residents in my building were in a panic. The power was shut off , the fire crew left and we were just left outside with no help or direction. Management came and stated they would help but did not. They came ,looked around then went home leaving everyone to figure out were they would sleep that night. I was miles away from family so I spent the next week and a half going from hotel to hotel. I was in a panic. One morning I came across the GreenVue Apartments.I cam in and spoke with Neli Diaz and told her my situation. She did not hesitate to help me. She not only helped me with the application process but also gave me advice about the treatment I experienced at the previous apartment. Within 3 days I was approved, was able to make my deposit and given the keys to my new apartment! This was such a blessing! Ive been here for about 9 months now and its been amazing. Its peaceful, the landscape is beautiful, the surrounding areas are very nice. The staff is very friendly compassionate and extremely helpful. Shout out to Cassie as well for being amazing! Congratulations again! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for an apartment in the Dallas/Richardson TX area!

My experience at GreenVue was amazing! With moving across the country for the summer and needing a place to live for 3 months, GreenVue made the process extremely easy and all of the staff were very helpful from the day I moved in to the day I moved out. GreenVue offers so many awesome amenities, such as a pool and a gym, and the rent prices are very fair and reasonable. Overall a great community and would recommend to anyone!

They are truly amazing and always go above and beyond to take care of us residents. The community is wonderful and provides an elevated lifestyle in terms of amenities and surroundings. The community is located in prime location, just beside US-75 highway at the heart of the city of Richardson. The community is highly secured and gated, provides maximum assurance of security throughout the community. As a resident, I have felt only one minor issue, which is that the community does not have bare minimum visitor parking spots, creates difficulties, inviting guests and friends. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at GreenVue till now.

When we first arrived to see the apartments we had Neil tour us. She was absolutely exceptional I love her customer service. I will say there is someone else who can be pretty rude at times I just don’t know her name. So far I haven’t had a bad experience with my stay. We have been here since February and it is a very call neighborhood. I have already discussed all my concerns of the state of my apartment and had management come to try and fix what they could. I am still waiting for my gate to be fixed but it’s a pretty secure place so I don’t feel to uncomfortable waiting. I have seen a lot of complaints about the elevator which is has not been fixed but that doesn’t bother me because I live on the first floor. I am pleased about the new security system because we are no longer needing the key pads devices. Like I said it’s a very calm, quiet, relaxing place and I love the space of my apartment complex .

Good and safe locality. Apartments are new style and spacious with elevator - talking about building 4. Not all buildings have elevator. Have paid covered parking as well. Other than that many free open parking spots are available. I personally always had good experience with staff. And also haven’t faced any issue of roaches till now. Only thing is maybe the common area stairs and corridors could be kept more clean. Other than that everything is good. Would definitely recommend it.

**A Home Away From Home at Greenview**I spent two wonderful years at Greenview Apartments, and I couldnt have asked for a better living experience. Love it here, community is so diverse; black people, white people, Asian people, middle easter people! Maintenance is Great!But parking SUCKS. By 7pm all regular parking and vistor parking is FILLED. My friends and/or my man get towed because they’re not in visitors but there is literally no parking for them.

I enjoyed the time that I was here at Greenvue. This was my first apartment moving to Texas and it was all that I can ask for. The front office staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. Shout out to Cassie one of the office managers who was always professional, accommodating, understanding, and friendly. The grounds were always kept clean and maintained. Maintenance completed my open items within a week. One slightly negative feedback is that I asked for them to contact me when they were on the way which never happened but they never entered my apartment without my permission so that was a plus. Even though this was a big property, everyone kept to themselves, and I was never concerned for my safety or the safety of my family. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend this apartment to anyone who asks.

Pleasant fragrances fill the air, and its easy to go to stores, shops, and restaurants from the 75 freeway in just 15 minutes. Absolutely in love with these apartments! i just moved back in august and i’ve never had any issues here! maintenance always fixes what ever issues we have in just one day, the office is always there helping us with whatever situation we have. i’ve never been at any apartments that love you like family like they do here! the community and all is just one of a kind, you wouldn’t regret moving here.

I really enjoyed living here, unfortunately I had to move out due to my financial struggles, but overall Cassie has been great to me, I would call and let her know about my financial situation and she understood and gave me good feedback on what to do. I just wish I didn’t screw myself I’d still be living here, it’s a great complex with easy access to get to and from work, the maintenance guys were very cool! The prices of rent weren’t bad at all in my opinion you just have to make sure you’re being responsible for your finances. But this was a great experience living here Cassie was very helpful! I strongly recommend this community to anyone!

Huge shoutout to Cassie and Neli for being so accommodating, proactive and supportive throughout my stay at Greenvue. Both are true professionals and an asset to the community!!Multiple buildings have had challenges with elevator maintenance over the past couple years which led to months of downtime at a time at worst. If you sign on here, make sure to get a unit on the 1st or 2nd floor!Overall, Greenvue’s a wonderful place to live— great amenities, systems, good rent, parking, etc.

Good morning I wanted to stop by for a second and say thank you to Cassie. We are looking for an apartment in the area and I had no idea where to even begin. We were referred by a friend to reach out to her to tour the facility and she was super informative and helpful. We come from a very small town so moving to the big city is definitely a scary step, but she got us one step closer in the right direction. It’s been kind of a nightmare, transitioning, and to have a happy knowledgeable voice answer. The phone was a breath of fresh air! We aren’t sure because of distance wise to our business if this will be the apartment for us, but we hope everybody is as awesome in our journey as Cassie was!

Stellar place to call home!!! I have lived here at Greenvue going on 3 years now and I’m always happy to call this my home. From day one I have loved the management and office staff. Especially Cassie...talk about not skipping a beat!!She has been AMAZING to work with. If I have ever had any questions regarding my apartment, she has handled everything with the most positive, caring attitude and shes genuine and real!!! The maintenance staff are knocking at your door the moment you have an issue. In no time, problems are resolved, and its quickly back to living life again. Greenvue is so peaceful and Ive never felt a reason to worry about my safety. There are so many great things to say. This isnt my first review about my experiences since I moved in 3 years ago, and I can promise, this will not be my last. I love living here at Greenvue and again, calling this my HOME!!! Weve been here a year now and overall this apartment complex has been great! The amenities are nice, the layout of the apartment is smart, theres a great 24 hour gym, the maintenance guys are always SUPER quick to answer work orders, and the complex itself is in a great area. The staff are also pretty nice as well. Only things keeping me from writing a 5 star review is the fact that the parking situation is terrible, especially on the weekends or at night. Also, the dumpsters near my building are overflowing by the end of each week and it is pretty gross to see/walk by it every Sunday.

Great customer service I couldn’t be happier with choosing GreenVue. Kennedy showed me the unit twice while I was still deciding and shopping. I came back a third time to show my two children the unit to make sure they loved it and he happily showed us again. Any time I’ve needed something, Kennedy made sure it was taken care of quickly. He was so nice and I would be so bummed if he went anywhere else. I haven’t met any other residents yet but the people I have seen in passing have been cordial. I recently had a big surgery so I have had my family and friends come and go regularly with no parking issues. There has always been parking near the leasing center for them. I have had no issues with the parking garage or trash pick up. The gym is nice and I love the pool. I literally have no complaints about anything! I love it here and I’m so happy to call GreenVue home.

Greenvue provides great service in a timely manner. Cassie & Brooke have made my family’s time here wonderful. Great communication is always and has always been provided between the staff & us residents. Greenvue does a great job with repairs and have a very friendly maintenance crew. Maintenance request are almost always filled within the day the request is submitted. I could not ask for much more. Management has truly done a great job with their employees.

I love this apartment community ! The staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable.The property is always clean and I love coming home ! My maintenance request are answered promptly (normally same day). I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT ! IF I COULD COMPLAIN ABOUT ONE THING : I would say I wish our elevator in building 6 was cleaned and polish daily. Maintenance should complete that task when they pick up the grounds. If I was a leasing agent I wouldnt even want to show a unit in that building if it requires us to use the elevator....... Other than that I love this place I dont want to ever move.

So wonderful living here! Maintenance team is so helpful. The pool stays clean and blue. The office and maintenance teams are the best!Anytime I have a work order it is completed so fast and they are so professional about the whole process. Olivia the manager, makes sure to stay in touch during a maintenance order. I have never had a manager who goes out her way to make sure her residents are satisfied. If customer service is important to you, then you should call GreenVue home!

I love living at this community. Julie, Kennedy, and MaTiya are very passionate and hard working. They have made living here a great experience. When my A/C stopped working they got it fixed the same day. There was no delay at all and I never had this issue again. The maintenance team is very prompt and responsive on active building. My visitors have never gotten towed, I am a resident and I havent got towed. You just have to make sure to register your car. Pests are not an issue, I would definitely recommend living here.

These apartments are super luxurious and the leasing agents are extremely nice and helpful. Trash is picked up right outside the door and walls are thick so neighbors are rarely heard throughout the night. Would 100% recommend.The leasing agent MaTyia Ward has been beyond amazing in helping me find a home. She is very genuine and cares about the people she is helping. She put her time and energy into helping me and my family and wouldnt have been a good experience without her.

Olivia at GreenVue was really great. When finding my apartment I had heard about GreenVue from a friend and decided to check it out. She was very knowledgeable about the apartments they had on hand and the pricing and tried her best to get me what I wanted. I didn’t like the initial floor plan they had, but after listening to all the great details she said about it and all the amenities it came with I actually fell in love with it because of her. I applied that day and when I arrived for my move in date Olivia was available for any questions I had. I really appreciate her and she has made it feel like home for me :)

So let me just say how truly grateful I am for finding this apartment, I am currently residing in Wisconsin and was in Dallas looking for apts and ended up missing my flight that Monday. I ended up staying at the Greenvue apartments and fell in love immediately I called spoke with Hunter who was so knowledgeable and so helpful and assured me everything would be fine. When I returned home I applied on a Friday and by that following week I was approved. I am so excited to finally take this journey and move across the country with my child and I in our new home.Thank you so much Hunter for putting up with me and my one million questions and Elizabeth and Julie when she was unavailable. I cannot stress enough how extremely excited and grateful I am to be moving in November. I recommend 10/10 to any and everyone who is looking to move here!!

Kennedy and MaTyia are the greatest and are the reason why I have have stayed as long as I have. Every issue is solved quickly and with a smile on their face. Greenvue has one of the best common areas Ive seen in the area. Really a great place to live. One of the best amenities hands down would have to be the new movie theater being installed. And the staff is A+. Really clean property, lovely staff and the maintenance crew is awesome. Go and check them out for yourself if you want to see what Im talking about. You wont be let down. I moved in to GreenVue about 2 years ago and just signed my second renewal. I love it here! The management team is outstanding, and specifically, Olivia has been so wonderful to work with. Whenever I reach out, she is kind and responsive and she really goes out of her way to make this place feel like home. The staff here has been great. Theyve been super helpful in my needs. When my AC broke, they did all they could to fix. The AC has been great ever since. Theyve been great with leasing, maintenance, services, and other questions.The property itself is clean and well maintained that offers alot of amenities. I had a lot of issues when I first moved in with the apartment but they attempted to get them resolved in a timely manner so I appreciated that. MaTyia really does go above and beyond, she is very helpful at all times. She always provides fantastic and friendly service. Anytime I need something or have questions, I always prefer to speak to her. She’s the best! Julie and Olivia from management have also been pretty helpful when I’ve had issues arise. The only negative things I would point out would be, the dumpster near my building overflows to the point where there is garbage all over the street which is unsanitary. Also, one of the doors to my building doesn’t lock correctly so anyone can just walk in without needing to use the call box so that isn’t very safe and needs to be fixed. But, overall this is a pretty nice complex in a convenient location near 75 and PGBT.

It was an absolute pleasure visiting GreenVue a short while back. I just relocated from California and spent a few weeks checking out different areas to live. From an exploratory point of view, my experience at GreenVue was one of the best. Friendly tour and very enthusiastic.I decided on the location for a number of reasons: the easy access to the highway, the clean/sleek finishing in the unit, and the close proximity to Arapaho DART station.I first came in with my brother on a busy Sunday and was helped by Kennedy in the front office. He was really knowledgeable and super friendly. Since Ive moved in, Kennedy has been my point of contact and I cannot vouch for him enough. Any time Ive had a question or needed some clarification, he has been very responsive and transparent, not to mention enthusiastic about helping me out. In the future, if a friend is looking for an apartment, I will always send them to Kennedy!It has been a great few weeks so far here and I would recommend it for anyone looking for a vibrant, relaxed, accommodating community in the greater Richardson area.

GreenVue is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious, well-lit, and have good ambience. The prices are reasonable compared to other complexes in the area. Students and faculty of UT Dallas will find GreenVue well-suited for their needs as its near campus and theres an operational bus service. Theres enough parking space, a swimming pool, and its easy to bike and do other recreational activities. Its pet-friendly as well. The leasing professional Yolanda Radford was very helpful in our apartment-finding journey. Marjorie (MJ) was a great help too. Overall a wonderful place. Would definitely recommend to others in the area.

Overall, we loved living here and wish we could have stayed longer.

I have read most of the reviews and I was surprised to read a lot of bad things about this place. I think it was because of the previous management. But now things are way different. The staff members, like Amanda and Mary are extremely kind and efficient. They always help me solve any question or issue I may have, and always with a smile. The maintenance is very efficient too. For example, one of the window blinds was not working correctly, and they install a new one just after a couple of hours I let them know about it. So far I can say I love this place. The amenities are amazing and this place certainly has many details that makes it unique and very comfortable.

I just want to start off by saying that each persons experience is different so their perception will be as well. You have to hear the bad sometimes so that they can learn and grow! With that being said I before working in the healthcare field I worked in the Property management industry for about 4years so if I know anything I know you can’t please everyone even if you try daily! Some people will always have an issue! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with nothing but respect! I was given a tour of the property in depth and not taken to just a model apartment but the actual floor plan that I was looking to get (which is so helpful). I was courted to different parts of the apartments and given a full description of everything available in the area. I will say not ONE question went unanswered and I ask ALOT OF QUESTIONS! Lol, I was given time to go in each room and all areas in the apartment,I wasn’t rushed or anything! I went in with a certain budget and with the special they had made it better! I’m very big on customer service and I can honestly say Julie gave me LIFE!! She shared personal experiences we laughed the whole time!! While I was in the apartment I was so pleased I yelled I’d take it while walking out!(it was the last one of its floor plan for immediate move in). When I left that day I had issues paying for the application online around 5:00 I got a call from Julie saying someone else wanted that apartment and was willing to put the money and app in AT THAT VERY MOMENT, I told her what happened and she said you know what, Don’t worry come in tomorrow on your lunch pay for it and we’ll go from there! I did exactly what she said came in and she did EVERYTHING right there gave me my Welcome letter and BOOM, we were done! She sent the lease that day and the rest is history! The next day I brought my two kids there to show them the apartment and the whole staff(both leasing agents) were just so welcoming to them! They let me show them the apartment and all the amenities! Sometimes it can be hard to get in contact with them on the phone but if you just ask them for their emails you’ll get a response in a timely manner hands down! All in all I received nothing but gratitude and respect from this complex. My apartment is BOMB, everything is new and the area is beautiful! Giving them a A+

For the price, this is a great apartment complex. I had an added garage and a nicer space for less than what I paid to rent in Arlington last year. The amenities are great too - a pool, and pool table hall, coffee lounge, 24 hour gym too.Only complaint that knocks off one star - I dread paying utilities every month. Never in my life at any apartment complex have I felt like I need to hire an accountant in order to pay my utilities until now. Theres as much as 20-30 obscure lines items added every month, and then its up to you to figure out which of those are considered utilities, add them all up, then make a payment HOPING you got it right, or else you might get hit with a late fee. Its laziness on their part and a nightmare for us. Ive lived in many apartments, and never had utilities broken into 20 line items. Absurd.

I did not have much interaction with the new management at GreenVue, but I was not hearing compliments from the other residents.Well, when I finished my lease and left GreenVue for other reasons, I had gone through a bad experience with the management since Im not anymore a resident!Without going into details, I was the lukiest guy because the Assistant manager was changed in the middle of the process of my issues with GreenVue. I believe sometime in the middle of June.The new assistant property manager name is Julie Samara. And who is Julie Samara? She is the definition of honesty!First, she has an amazing management skills. One of the most organized people I have met. She located my file, and was able to gather all necessary evidences in a very short span of time.Another compliment is that she does not just get satisfied with fixing your problem. No. She fixes the whole system so no body would go through that same problem again.Julie is the second honest property manager I have ever met!So if you got problems and want to be listened to, go ask for Julie and she will definately help you with pleasure.

Ive never been anything but pleased with my time at Greenvue. Its hands-down one of the best places Ive ever lived. Clean, well-maintained grounds, great resident events, minimal noise (I mean, youre going to get some noise in any apartment building-its a simple side-effect of being surrounded by a couple hundred other people, but its never been excessive or disturbed by sleep or anything).The office staff is great. I honestly have zero clue what the other reviews are talking about. Anytime Ive had a question or an issue, theyve bent over backwards to get me taken care of and always greet me with a smile and pleasant banter when I stop in the office.There have been a couple of maintenance issues (zero surprise with new construction) and the team has always been quick to respond and get things fixed.I dont know whats up with the negative reviews here, but my experiences have always been the exact opposite. My guess would be that those reviewers are the sort of people who are always shocked to find problems at every place they live, but ignore the fact that the problems seem to follow them everywhere......

We came to this facility with full knowledge of the previous posts about the management. We also recognized that the new management was working very diligently to take care of the issues left behind by others. They also have a new maintenance manager that has got things moving in the right direction. We moved in with some apartment issues left by the previous tenants. The management has taken care of the problems as soon as they could, as they are busy with new clients coming in daily. The biggest frustration was the entry fobs not synchronizing to our building, today it was found that the problem was with a glitch in AT&T and will be corrected in the morning. The new management has worked extensively as a team to get us taken care of as quickly as possible. Looking forward to living here.

I have to admit, Im pretty shocked by all the bad reviews here. I moved into Greenvue last August and, other than some issues with their third-party trash removal service a few months ago (they were having some staffing issues and trash didnt get picked up a couple of times, but thats been fixed for months now), I have been extremely happy.Noise: Other than occasionally hearing my neighbor walking upstairs and the occasional dog bark, the only way I know other people live here most of the time is because I can hear music playing or water splashing in the pool (I live right above it).Utilities: My rates are crazy cheap because the place is so well insulated. My electric bill tends to run about $30-40 a month for a two-bedroom suite. I spiked to a whole $55 with 100+ degree temps.Appliances: Maybe I have an upgraded package or something, but theyre great. Stainless steel glass-top oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge (with ice maker) and super quiet washer and dryer (seriously: the first time I used the washer I thought it was broken because it was so quiet even sitting 20 feet away from it).Maintenance: Ive had a few issues that were contractor related (a leaky city water meter and a drainage pipe for the air conditioner that got drilled through causing it to leak into the wall) and the staff has been top-notch. I always hear back from them within two days of filling out the on-line form and theyre friendly and pleasant to talk to. You dont have to be home for repairs-theyll let themselves in if youre not and leave a notice out on your counter to let you know they were there and what work they did. When I had the leaky meter and they had to shut off the water overnight until the city came to repair it, they provided me with the keys to an empty apartment just down the hall so I could shower and use the bathroom.Office staff: Everyone Ive encountered in the office has been awesome. Easy to talk to, happy to joke around and talk about life for a couple of minutes with. I also really like their package notification system. I get a LOT of deliveries (10-15 per month) and many times I have a text from the office saying I have something to pick up before I get the text from Amazon. I can honestly say Ive never had a negative interaction with anyone in the office, worker or management.Events: The GreenVue Cares team is amazing. Beyond having cool events (Torchys breakfast tacos and a pizza and ice cream party this month, movies by the pool (with free raffles for gift cards), game nights, chicken and waffle breakfast and free food trucks in previous months, as examples), Brittany and Alix always somehow manage to remember everyone by name, even if they havent seen you in a few months.Aesthetics: This place is gorgeous. The pool here is the envy of all of my friends living in the area (Ive literally convinced people from out of state to come visit here just by showing them pictures of it-seriously!). Resort-style with seats in the shallow part, cabanas and two massive propane grills. The common areas are stunning. Game room (pool, shuffleboard table, multi-game arcade system), golf simulator (not my thing, personally, but Ive played around a bit in it), huge TV sitting areas (one inside and one outside), coffee machine (like a Keurig, but with packets instead of cups). I hate visiting out-of-state friends and not having my glass-walled, walk-in shower. The marble counter tops everywhere and hardwood floors are incredible, as well.Honestly, I love living here. I just extended another 15 months because of how happy I am in this place and would have gone longer if they offered the option.

I flew to Dallas two weeks ago to look for apartments. I currently live in Los Angeles and the COVID rates out here are exponentially rising so I want to get the heck out of dodge. A friend of mine recommended GreenVue because its so close to where my office will be. I did not have an appointment and just walked in---I was greeted by Olivia with such a bright smile--shocking because most apartment complexes do not have friendly people. She gave me a big Texas welcome, I guess everything is bigger in Texas, and she sat me down and went through all of my needs. Now for a guy like me, super high maintenance, she never made me feel like my needs and wants were over the top---she met me with grace and kindness through the entire process of finding me the best apartment that suits me---Im the type of guy who knows what he wants and honors his needs so Olivia made me feel incredibly special and I felt very heard and seen by her. We found the unit I LOVED and I had to wait until I received my official job offer in Dallas before moving forward.Plot twist - - I never got the job offer--my company will not allow me to transfer out of LA at this time :( BUT once I get the green light, as John Legend would say, so give me the green light, cause Im ready to go right now, yeah Im ready to go right now, I will be leasing a spot at this place because of out all of the apartments I visited this one was the more welcoming because of Olivias kindred spirit.

From the moment I walked in everyone was super nice and helpful. Julie has gone above and beyond since I moved in. She has answered my million questions and never seems to get annoyed. Always super sweet. Being new to TX this is a great location and area. Love all the amenities.

Just moved in today and the welcome was beyond delightful from everyone. Melody was an absolute pleasure, and made me feel completely at home. If my time here is as great as this first day, I may shed manly man tears when I eventually move out and into a house.

The complex is very nice & well kept. During these times with COVID I’m especially weary about the cleanliness of places & they do a great job of ensuring everyone’s safety. Everyone is very friendly and MaTyia made my self guided tour process very easy! I got to know her a little bit and she was super helpful & sweet!

I visited GreenVue to see one of my friends and shoot hoops at the basketball court. I waited in the office and spoke with one of the leasing agents to make sure it was okay to sit in their lobby until he met me. MJ and Yolanda were really nice and helpful and even called my friend for me because my phone had died. While I was waiting in the lobby a man came in and Yolanda was on the phone. He went into the back office to MJ and was loudly speaking about a mailbox in front of myself and some other GreenVue visitors. I witnessed the man talk to MJ in an unprofessional manner and use a lot of inappropriate language. The man slammed the front door when he left. I felt really bad for Yolanda and MJ because they are very kind and they did not deserve to be talked to like that. They apologized that we all had to witness that, and the group of us told them it was okay and not their fault. I just want to express that hearing that kind of conversation really opened my eyes to how people treat others in positions of customer service, especially in apartment complexes. MJ and Yolanda seem to work really hard and try to go above and beyond to help people like me who are just visiting their complex. MJ and Yolanda deserve 5 stars til the cows come home, and I can’t wait to visit GreenVue again and catch up with them.
