I really appreciated how well the leasing office worked with me. The entire staff were really sweet and did everything to ensure my move in was smooth and enjoyable, especially McKenna and Catherine! Prior to move in I toured the unit and they made sure to fix anything prior to my move in day. So far the community appears calm and the hallways are always clean. There’s always enough parking and all staff make sure to answer any concerns. I highly recommend Gray Branch.

Absolutely thrilled with my new apartment! From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and attentive. The amenities are top-notch, especially the fitness center and pool area, which are always well-maintained. My unit is spacious and beautifully designed, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and public transport. I’ve already met some friendly neighbors, creating a sense of community that feels inviting. The Gray Branch Apartments is a great community! This community is gated and it’s really private and peaceful. It’s also very clean here. And my move-in was very smooth. I was scheduled to move here in December from Florida and I had to keep pushing back my date due to a family situation and they accommodated me every step of the way. They were super helpful and treated me with compassion. Especially McKenna! McKenna was the person who helped me from beginning to end and she’s always been very kind. If you are thinking about moving in I am telling you THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOUUUUUUU!!!!!!!! :)

Quickest maintenance responses Ive ever had.AC went out and was fixed within an hour of being notified.Their maintenance responsiveness has been consistent over the past two years even with a management change.Truly a hidden gem in McKinney.UPDATE: After 2.5 years of living here, I moved out of state for work. This complex is still great.

It’s quiet, there’s always parking, I’ve noticed that there isn’t a package stealing issue here which is AWESOME!! I’ve lived at Gray branch since January and I love my apartment. My moms in the industry and helped me search for a place. Ana played a big role in our decision. She was very friendly and professional during our tour and has been throughout my time here. Because of her my sister actually applied as well but ended up having to move out of state. The residents are very friendly. Great resident events. Awesome amenities. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I have had such a pleasant experience from the moment we had walked in to tour! Great looking apartments, great amenities, great location, great staff, etc! Ana was so friendly and helpful while working with us and really did the most to help us get an apartment at that complex with very little availability (if there was any available apartments, they would be gone in a handful of hours). She was informative and honest when answering our millions of questions and responded back quickly through email and phone calls. My boyfriend and I think that this is one of the best apartments in this area hands down!

Gray Branch has been my favorite place to live thus far. I have lived in 3 other apartment complexes as well as a rent home and gray branch goes above and beyond. For one the complex is kept immaculate. Second the maintenance team is AWESOME, they complete everything in a timely manner and are always such a pleasure to talk to. Another thing I love about living here is how quiet it is, as a woman with a young daughter I was nervous about noise and safety. I have had zero problems with either and actually feel comfortable enough to take my daughter on walks around the property. The team in the office is always super helpful, personable, and are always doing resident events for us. Couldn’t be happier with my experience here all thanks to the staff!

I’ve been apartment hunting for the past couple of months, and after touring at Gray Branch, I knew this would be my new home! Ana at the leasing office is THE best! She has made this process seamless from start to finish! She gave me and my daughter a tour of the property and took time to answer all of my questions. She was extremely informative, and the process didn’t feel rushed, which isn’t always the case when apartment hunting! She even sat with me to discuss different options after the tour, and I left feeling so happy about the experience. Ana even stayed in touch with me about availability a couple of weeks after my visit! Now I will be moving into my new apartment in October and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m SO grateful for Ana and her kindness in helping me find a new home for me and my daughter!

Before moving in I researched a lot of apartments in the Frisco McKinney Prosper area and Gray Branch seemed to be the best rate paired with the best value provided. Property is quiet, clean, modern. They keep up with the property. Been here 9 months and have no complaints. Staff is super nice, definitely talk to Kevin, he goes far above and beyond to make sure youre taken care of.

I came in to tour the apartments this weekend with my fiancé and fell in love with the property. Ana Kieffer was my leasing agent and she was the absolute sweetest. She had an office full when we walked in but she remained so respectful of everybody and their time. She offered each person in the office a water and a snack from the model while we wait. She was extremely kind and so personable. I really enjoyed working with her. She was very knowledgeable and so eager to help. The community is very clean and the apartment layout was wonderful. We are not looking to move until September but we will definitely be back. We can’t wait to have Gray Branch as our new home in the future!

First of all, cuddos to Ginger for her patience and not rushing me even though it was a busy Saturday and she was the only one in the office. I came late. She had others waiting on the office but I didnt feel rushed at all looking at several units. I filled out my application close to 5:00. She was closing up but patiently waited for me to finish and answered ALL my questions. I need a co-signer and Ive been calling and e-mailing all week to check if the co-signers application was in yet. She and Ana have been the best all week.. Everything is finally completed today so hopefully I will be moving in next week. I looked at several other properties that said they would follow up and never did. That says a lot to me how a community is managed. The grounds are really nice and with the dog park, fitness center and upgrades in the apartments, I cant wait to move. I also like that the mailboxs are inside; more reason with it being gated, I will feel safe there being a single woman.Would give 10 stars if I could**********

The complex is expertly handled and maintained by BH Management Services with an excellent Manager, Ms. Brook Wood. Her assistant Christian Scott is definitely a people person with the know-how and mastery to back up and support the Gray Branch Lux Apartments. Also, their maintenance personnel is alwaysavailable, on time, and efficient with the upkeep of the apartments. Our choice to live at Gray Branch Lux Apartments is heaven-sent and we plan to reside here for a long time.
