This is a totally unsolicited review based on how kind, helpful, and understanding the staff has been at Grapevine Station. In December, Azayla showed me multiple units across the complex when I toured. During the tour, a rainstorm blew through, and she put her umbrella over my head on the way back, which meant she mostly got hit with the rain instead of me. Then her umbrella randomly broke, and she insisted on holding it over me like a tent. At the office, she showed me multiple options that would fit my timeline and budget and referred me to a website that easily guided the rest of their rental process at my leisure. On the tour, I appreciated how clean the property was and liked the functional security measures of the individual buildings’ gated access ways. Security is the most important part for me, but most apartment communities on my one-zillion tours really fell short compared to GS in that regard. Outside of Azayla being awesome, I wanted to add: the manager, Madison, introduced herself and was professional—giving me helpful input about handling appliance installations and rental insurance. She also had a very polite maintenance person immediately address a question and ordered parts right away for the repair. I can’t recall his name, but he and Jose are both super friendly and have offered assistance. Jose even noticed I was having a rough time moving a piece of furniture and stopped what he was doing to introduce himself and asked if he could give me a hand for safety precautions. When I had additional moving questions, I spoke to Elijah in the office, who was just as polite and professional and quick to respond as my experiences with the other staff here. This a super quiet community that seems well-managed, but without an uptight vibe. Thanks to all.

I moved here in October and I believe I could not have found a better place to live. I fell safe and secure here. The location is great. Close to shopping and restaurants. The amenities are fantastic. I love the lounge. My friends and I play pool there on a regular basis. I have reserved the Lounge for 2 events since I have been here and could not have found a better place. Madison and Elijah are fantastic. Anytime I call they are happy to assist me with whatever I need. I encourage you to check this place out if you’re a looking for a new home.

This has been the best place! The manager, Madison and assistant manager, Elijah, have been awesome at taking care of our every need with a quickness. All maintenance issues are handled satisfactorily and quickly. These folks are top notch! If you’re looking for a new home, come be our neighbor!!This is a small and quiet community that is close to shopping, dining and healthcare.We love Grapevine Station!!

I’ve lived here for about 3 months but it’s felt like longer and I really love the place. My only complaint is my downstairs neighbor, he’s been difficult to live above but that negative also has a positive. Madison and her team have done an incredible job responding in a timely manner to any issues I have going on as well as being extremely professional about it. I’m not taking any stars away because they can’t control anything outside of what they have already done.As a first time renter I had a million questions about everything, like water billing, electricity, wifi, repairs and everything in between and the team at the office helped me out a ton. Azalea helped me out a lot when I had issues with the wifi, Elijah helped me out a lot with water billing questions and Madison has helped with making sure everything is up to expectations.I couldn’t recommend this place enough to anyone wanting an easy place to live.

I toured this property not too long ago. The leasing agent was great and very sweet so this is not on them. The only reason im giving a low rating is because when I asked about valet trash, I was told they do not offer valet trash anymore, however they do still charge for the valet trash. Every apartment I toured during this time did not have charges just cause.

The staff is responsive, friendly, and helpful. The units are clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic on the edge of Tarrant County where it meets Dallas County. Just minutes from DFW airport, Main Street, Grapevine Mills Mall, lots of restaurants, most major highways and much more.

I just moved into Grapevine Station, and I’m really impressed with the community! The property is clean, well-kept, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The front office staff have been wonderful, making the move-in process easy and stress-free. They’ve been so helpful with any questions I’ve had, and I already feel right at home. I’m excited to be a part of this community and look forward to what’s ahead!

A classic choice for apartment living in Grapevine. About a mile away from historic downtown where events like MainStreet Fest and Grapefest are held make this a perfect location. Close enough to Grapevine lake so that a jog or walk will take you to the sandy lake shore. The helpful office staff will always make sure any questions are answered and the maintenance is always prompt to respond to service requests. The 24 hr gym and lounge are a huge plus. I recommend Grapevine Station!!

This review is exclusively for Elijah who was fantastic with the way he handled our needs. Although we met him towards the end of the day, he made time for us and ensured that we checked the property before he logged off for the day. Although we did not like the floor plan, what stuck with us is how kind he was when it comes to not just showing the property but also with explaining all the awesome and lovely little aspects we can do as a couple. I must appreciate the great work he does. And I’d hope that he gets recognized for the value he brings to their community and group

I moved here back in October, Elijah helped moved me in and showcasesd the units and the property well. I ended up deciding to move here and its been a pretty good experience. Everyone has been really kind, especially Elijah, who has done really well in addressing any issues Ive had and all with a smile.

My husband and I lived at Grapevine Station Apartments for 3 1/2 years. The layout of the apartment is great. The grounds are maintained well and kept clean and tidy. We truly enjoyed our experience @ Grapevine station. The pool, workout facility, dog park, and game room were all enjoyed throughout our time there. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful they made us feel like family. Anytime we had to put a work order in, it was handled in a timely manner. The location is ideal and we always felt safe and secure. Walking trail that leads to Grapevine Main Street is such a nice feature.

I’ve called Grapevine Station home for several years. Aside from being in a perfect location and having easy access to anywhere nearby I’ve found it to be an excellent community with quality tenants. Cheyenne and Madison in the office have always been extra willing to work with me when I’ve had special needs and requests - good and attentive management all around in my experience. Also super dog-friendly complex with plenty of areas to walk pets nearby. Thumbs up!

My wife and I lived at grapevine station for 3 1/2 years. The Management team was wonderful. If there were any work orders for maintenance issues it was completed in a timely manner. The amenities at the apartment complex were always clean. I had a great experience while living there.

Beautiful property!!! Abigail was absolutely amazing!!! Have considered and visited many properties in the past few weeks, Grapevine will be my choice for a later November to December move-in date. She sold property with her genuine and real personality. Agents can be sellers and she was for my interest in what I was looking for in a living space without selling but again simply real and genuine! Bravo to her and you will enjoy her tours and the property!

Overall I love it! Very clean, new, attentive if you have any concerns or problems. Leasing office is nice and caring with Events that are fun for residents. Property is clean and amenities are great. I have met a few great friends here very quickly. Residents are nice. Safe location and close to everything! The one complaint I have is noise. The walls are very thin. This is apartment living. I can hear my neighbors conversations, music choices etc. Upstairs occasionally can be loud as well. Given that I would still recommend.

It is refreshing to receive such amazing customer service which lead us to renew for another 18 months! I hope that the Property Management group recognizes what an amazing team they have!

My wife and I moved here in a 1 bedroom last year and we absolutely loved it. Cheyanne in the office was so nice to us. We called for anything and she & the maintenance team came out in a hurry.WHY IT WAS GREAT:Location: The location is fantastic. Close to all the restaurants, main street, and 5 min from the airport (which surprisingly enough you do not hear air traffic.) You can also hop on a bike trail and ride it for hours!Management: They were fantastic & very professional. They make you feel like they are on your side.Apartments: The apartment was built nicely! We barely heard our neighbors (3rd floor, so no one above us). The color scheme was nice, & the place felt like home.The small downside:It is smoking community, so you may get neighbor that smokes inside. If that is the case, you might get second hand smoke. This is just a common thing in apartment living (unfortunately) HOWEVER we reported it and management put some special things in our vent to eliminate the odor.They treated us so nicely and we are sad we have now left the complex.Hope this helps.

I have now lived here for about a year and a half. I didnt even hesitate to renew my lease as its a great place to live! The office staff is awesome and always in their game, the maintenance crew has completed every request Ive sent in (mostly just for light bulbs and such) immediately...... The property itself is gorgeous and the residents here all enjoy spending time together at the pool or even going to festivals together!!! Overall its definitely a 5 star in my opinion!!

I recently moved to this apartment complex and I’m thrilled with my experience so far. Chayanne made the move in process both enjoyable and convenient, and sincerely listened to my personal living needs. The whole process was flawless. My place is clean, well put together, spacious, and is in a very convenient location for both work and entertainment. Any questions I’ve had have been addressed promptly. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a home in the Grapevine area!

I had a great experience living here. The apartments are very nice, you are close to main street and the highway, but far enough away you dont have the highway noise. The staff is friendly and prompt to respond to any issues. Lots of really great amenities like the pool, high quality grills, great gym, clubhouse with pool table, and little dog park. Best apartment complex Ive ever stayed at!

Im currently staying in Corporate Housing, and have loved every minute of it! The community is walking distance to Starbucks, and a fabulous Mexican restaurant. Ive also had several packages shipped during my stay thus far, and the office staff sent me a personal text message letting me know it was safe at the office. Ive stayed in several Corporate Housing apartments over the years, and this have been by far my favorite. It feels like my home away from home, and I look forward to staying here for the next few months.

I moved in two months ago. Cindy from the front office is the one who welcomed me and helped me. From the very beginning of the moving process, she was cheerful, friendly, patient, and very helpful. I havent lived in an apartment in over 30 years and worried if it was going to be complicated and/or troublesome. Cindy and Cheyanne made the entire process easy and a positive experience for me. Both ladies were so kind and demonstrated such professionalism, especially with any questions I had. They made the application process stress free, and I am so grateful for them. Cindy walked me through the online process of setting up an account for residents. Any hiccups I had, Cindy was quick to help me. She made the process easy and convenient as she walked me through it. She was so patient with me and even told me to call back if I was having trouble. Cindy definitely went above and beyond to help me. In fact, both, Cheyanne and Cindy were professional, friendly, helpful and attentive. Like many, during the pandemic, I sold my home of 20 yrs but couldnt get into another, due to the outrageous price gouging of the housing market. I was having to look at other options, so renting an apartment was one. Coming from a beautiful 5 bedroom home, I knew that if I were going to have to rent an apartment, it would have to have a WOW Factor. I looked at so many that offered great services, but the interior looked like a regular apartment floor plan and not very luxurious and/or home feeling. Grapevine Station offers such lovely floorplans and beautiful executive style décor in their apartments. The gorgeous granite counters and the dark wood cabinetry in both, the kitchen and bathrooms are just stunning. I was also happy to see the double sinks in the master bathroom, for I was used to all of this in my previous home. The property is well maintained, and I love how quiet it is here. I feel very safe here. The neighbors are friendly and usually we exchange a quick hello with a smile. I see all ages living here, a good mix in my opinion. I am 51 yrs old, and I was worried that I would be living around neighbors who were in their wild stages of their twenties lol. I am happy and relieved to report that these neighbors/residents are all different ages. Some young, yes, but responsible and professional, a few with small children, and some even older than myself. The location is wonderful. Were just right down the street from The Gaylord, and across the street from the Great Wolf Lodge. Main street is around the corner and is it absolutely awesome with all the wineries and restaurants so close. Friends love to visit me lol. Grapevine offers a hometown feeling, with a city life near by. I made a great choice in choosing to live here. The only negative I would have to mention is the parking. No fault to the wonderful ladies in the office, but my covered parking is located 3 buildings down. It defeats the purpose of having one if its so far away from my building and cant really utilize it. Also, there is a long waiting list for a garage, so I have no parking in front of my building. I was just blessed that the visitors parking (open space) is near by and can park there. Other than that, this is a wonderful place to call home.

Great apartments with phenomenal staff. The best apartment experience I’ve had, lived there for 2 years. Cheyanne and Cindy took great care of us while we were there. If we ever go back to living in apartments, GVS is our top choice.

They always address any issue same day and give a thorough explanation of when they came by, who was there, and what was done to fix the issue. I moved in a month ago and everything has been great thus far. I’ve dealt with Sharrisse and Kristin in the office and every question or small issue I’ve had has been taken care of immediately. I lived in Dallas prior to this and felt like I was just a unit number to that management group but it’s been the exact opposite at Grapevine Station. The neighbors have been friendly and the complex is quiet which I appreciate. It’s basically right in the middle of the metroplex so you can get to most places in DFW within 30 minutes but Grapevine itself is an amazing suburb with lots to offer.

I recently relocated from another state to start work in the greater DFW area and I needed a place to call home... Cindy and Cheyanne were amazing getting me through the process I was not able to see the unit in person before moving in but they made the virtual viewing process a breeze! When I arrived the unit was exactly how I saw it online and they were very ready and willing to make any corrections to anything I found wrong in the unit. The location is great close to so many things and the grounds seem to be kept up well, I’m almost a month in and overall I have nothing to complain about so far... Thank you two ladies for making my transition as easy and untroubled as possible!

New management has been helpful, at times slow to get requests completed; however, they are new, and I think they are doing the best they can given certain circumstances. For example they do not have the information on which garages belong to which tenants. I’m not sure how it goes when a new management company steps in and the transfer of information from the old company is given or not, but they seem to have started with somewhat of a blank slate.

I have been living here for three years, enjoying each year more than the previous one. The location is exceptional with major highways (121,114,130) and more available. The grounds are beautiful, there is a mail house, a pet park, a pool, and a gym . Its a real community thanks to a friendly staff that always, believe me, responds to you.

Our maintanance guys are great. They are so polite and reliable. I called at 3:30 in the afternoon, they we at my door in 15 minutes. They had to order a part for my water heater. They came the next day at 9:20. I had to leave at 10:30. They called me by noon to let me know the job was done. The water heater was up and heating. More than satisfied. Thanks guys for a job well done

The staff at GS is smart, fast and eager to be of help. The property is attractive and tidy. The indoor space has good flow and is highly appealing - big bathroom, soothing color scheme, a kitchen you want to spend time in, and up to date electrical. The wide doors and generous hallways make moving furniture in/out a snap. The location offers views of overhead airplane traffic into/out of DFW. This place is a 5, but Im giving 4 stars because it can be noisy with the incoming jets if you are working from home/here during the day.

After living here for 5 years Cheyanne and Sharrisse made my move out a breeze.I had a large Uhaul truck and they notified my neighbors that I would be temporarily blocking a couple garages for a few hours. They even let me park in front of the office for a few days while the truck was parked with all of my belongings in it so it would be in view of the security cameras. Thank You!!

Just recently moved in and its pretty awesome having that new apartment feel that you were the first one there. James in the leasing office is very professional and pleasant, as well as the other women who Ive spoke with the few times Ive popped my head in for things. I did have one problem when I first moved in with the hot water heater not being turned up, they were quick to fixing that. Except for in the shower, the cold/hot water mixer was not adjusted either. The maintenence guy was johnny on the spot to call me and tell me, but took him a week to actually fix it. Since hes pretty much the only maintenence guy that they have right now. Theres restaurants right next to the place, and you can easily walk to them. Everything else in Grapevine is a real short drive. I really enjoy that the landing and approach path for airplanes landing/taking off at DFW comes right by, so I can be on my balcony and watch the planes coming in. So that means really short drive to DFW maybe 5-10 mins to get over there.
