    Completed a year in Grant at valley ranch! New property manager Erik is an amazing person who responds and addresses our issues ASAP, he does a great job personally visiting the apartment when there is a problem. Clean and safe community, Just extended the lease for another year. This is the best community in the valley ranch area that comes under Coppell ISD.

    Had a very pleasant experience ever since the day we scheduled a tour till date. Lisa had been thorough in the entire process and has always been responsive. Like any home, ours had some maintenance issues. But the entire team of office manager and the maintenance staff supported and helped us with faster resolutions. Leasing office and the wait area are always well maintained. Gym is relatively small but in working condition. Garbage gets picked up regularly. Safe community with good neighbours. Thank you!

    Nice apartment complex and living in here for almost 5 years now. There were issues but thats understandable for a 25+ year old apartments. The way they handle maintenance request is unlike any other apartment complex in the area. They are always quick to respond and solve the issues. They have a good after hour maintenance process for emergencies which is very effective.

    The apartments are spacious, modern, and well-designed, with high-end finishes and plenty of natural light. The buildings amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center. And the staff is always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that residents are happy and comfortable especially the assistant manager Miterio Becerra.Dont miss out on this fantastic community!

    My stay in Casa Valley Apartment so far so good. Apartment is pretty neat and environment is really good. Leasing office staff members Mariya, Stacy and one more new staff (sorry forget her name) are friendly and approachable. Maintenance guys (Mateo and Ovid) are really nice. Whenever i place a maintenance request via online or in person, it is being taken care without any delays. Maintenance guys are very professional. Whenever they enter home for any maintenance activities, they cover their shoes with clothes.. They are very prompt and greet us with smile, even though they are held up with multiple tasks. So far no reminders required for any of my maintenance requests. Keep up the good work Mateo, Ovid and leasing staffs.

    Miterio is fabulous! He truly cares about the residents and will go out of his way to assist them. I am grateful for the community and the friendships that I have made during my time at Grant Valley Ranch.The only two negatives that I have to say is that kids in the community run freely in the parking lot making it nerve wrecking driving through the parking lot. I also have property damage on my car (likely from the kids playing near it). We also lost hot water for several weeks at a time leaving us forced to take ice cold showers without any type of compensation.

    Apartment is clean and maintenance is good and leasing office people are so good. Mainly assistant manager Miterio Becerra is so cool and he did all the paper work for me to get in to the lease and he is very flexible and very responsive.

    Apt 106 - The management is good. Any enqueries are answered promptly. Maintenance requests are resolved swiftly.Lisa and Miterio at the leasing office are helpful in addressing any queries relating to leasing and documentation.Overall, great experience living here.

    The Community is very nice and our experience the past two months since we moved in has been pleasant. The Office Staff are kind and supportive; thank you Mari and Randy, and also Tessa who was there before. The Maintenance Staff also are very good, helpful, and prompt; thank you Matteo and others.

    I love living here at the Casa Valley Apartments. We are a small community, and when it comes to repairs I have no problems. I call and sometimes they are there on the same day. I get my repairs taken care of. In addition, they want to hear what is bothering you concerning your living quarters. It is also a beautiful place with the canal out back. This is a lovely community.

    Grant Valley Ranch Apartment Homes has been our residence for over 9 continuous years. The professionalism and courteousness of the management office, and the responsiveness of the maintenance staff more than justify our 5 STAR rating for this complex.Valley Ranch is one of the safest neighborhoods in Irving and in all of DFW for peaceful living. We recommend the apartment homes of Grant Valley Ranch unconditionally, without any reservations, for families or retired couples like my wife and me.

    My stay at Casa valley has been awesome so far. I started here in April 2014 and have been happy with my decision to move into this sweet community. Randy (Apartment manager) is one of the Best Community managers & i have ever interacted with. He and the entire staff Kally, Maintenance staff Mateo, Houze etc have made it a smooth journey for us.

    Ive been here nine years for several reasons. The staff and maintenance crew are very friendly and helpful, and my canal view is spectacular! The only downside is all of the unsupervised children running, yelling, and riding bikes and scooters all over the site. Thankfully that has been addressed with a stern letter reminding the parents that this is not allowed and they are liable.

    This is one of the best places to live in Irving valley ranch area. you will enjoy the scenic canal view if you are lucky enough to get a apartment with canal view. The maintenance guys are very quick and prompt. Randy from leasing office is very helpful.

    Dreamy apartments with friendly neighbours in a respectable area. Has a swimming pool with kids pool and hot tub, two good elementary schools nearby (Valley Ranch and Canyon Ranch Elementary) and many good restaurants (Rajwadi) and stores (Walmart, Kohls) in few minutes of driving. Older couples should look for 1st/2nd floor houses as there are no elevators.

    Donna is a sweetheart!! I have been here for 3 years. Maintiance gets done quickly and they let u know when u have pkgs! Keep property clean and its small. Its centrally located lots of shopping and eating around. Units have washer and dryer in and neighbors are respectful. Would highly recommend!
