I am more than pleased with my experience with the leasing, management and maintenance teams at Grand Fountains. My application and move in process was seamless and they were fast to accommodate my need to move in a week early. My apartment was beautiful and even the small items that needed attention were taken care of within 48 hours of moving in. The price and location are great… Definitely recommend!

Ive lived here at Grand Fountain coming up on three years and just renewed for another year. The current management team is too awesome for words. Rosie is an amazing property manager who always listens to my concerns and is very active in managing work order request. The front office staff are always courteous and helpful as well. Ive never had an issues while living here and Ive been blessed with neighbors who pretty much keep to themselves. Its a safe environment and friendly.

I’ve been living here for 2 years now and plan on renewing my lease again especially since the manager Rosie has came to the property it has become so much better to live here. Maintenance always responds & the staff is very nice Ashley was always very helpful. Peaceful clean & beautiful apartments my kids love the basketball court & garage is definitely a plus. I love my apartment!!! & property never had any issues with my neighbors they’re always so nice. I highly recommend these apartments if your looking to move in Katy.

We move to grand fountain since January of this year and I feel like a home. I really like the space that my apartment offers, in addition I have a little dog who is my emotional support and has a lot of space to play, with respect to the office, thank God I have met María Buritica (Maggie) she is an excellent person, kind and He has given me very good care, which I can say in the 4 years that I have lived in Texas I have not found!

So thankful to have found Grand Fountain as my home. Everything has been an absolutely amazing experience. Maintenance does an incredible job in a timely manner, the property is always clean and maintained, the pool area is stunning, the basketball court is now my sons second home, and I fell in love with my apartment from the second I saw it. The office staff is so helpful, patient and kind. I have nothing but great things to say about Ashley and the manager Rosie. Today my son said “these are the best apartments ever” and I couldn’t agree more!

My wife and I recently went in for a tour and Danny was amazing! He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the property. We’ve gone to other tours and NOTHING compares to our wonderful experience. Danny literally gave us a specific property/apartment tour. This guy deserves a raise and promotion to manager. Apartment is very luxurious! Very Clean! Up to date! We will be moving in as soon as we can! Were in The midst of selling our home because taxes went up TOO high and when we saw these apartments we’ve kind of decided to just live in one of these apartments forever! That’s how welcoming and warm it felt! I recommend Grand Fountain Apartments!!!

Steve was very welcoming and had a genuine interest in helping us see why Grand Fountains should be our next residence. Inside the office we were also treated with great hospitality by Rosie who expanded the welcoming atmosphere and was very transparent with all our questions. The units were spacious and clean. The surrounding area and the parking lot looked safe.

Such a nice place. The pool is huge. The scenery is beautiful. Great big grill sections for families. The work out room has every basic thing you would need. They have a half basketball court that is great and the apartments are nice too.

These apartments are really nice and accommodated our quick move-in. I love that the attached garage and 3 bedroom apartment are all on the first floor.Christopher in the front office is AMAZING! He is very informative and extremely helpful. He really knows the business and has answers for every question we had.If you are looking for an apartment - Look here first!

FYI: This is not a paid review. Nor have I ever worked for this complex. It seems like all the negative reviews are from residents who got unlucky with their neighbors. Its the luck of the draw with Apartments...anywhere. These 1 star ratings are the people you dont want as neighbors.Ive been here a year and just resigned my lease. Zero complaints. Ive gotten numerous compliments on our unit. Any issues Ive had, Paul and Josie have handled immediately. Have yet to see any roaches, ants, spiders in my unit the whole time Ive lived here.Kids do get a bit rowdy at times but nothing crazy. In particular 2 bowl haired cut ones similar to Jim Carey in Dumb and Dumber haha! But theyre just kids!I dont understand how some residents are complaining about the layout. You saw the apartment...why sign a lease if you arnt happy with the accommodations?? The layout doesnt change after you move in lol.Ive lived in 2 other apartment complexes (Katy & Energy Corridor) this place takes the cake. Couldnt be happier. This will be my last stop before I purchase a home.

We found this location and were curious and came in to find out more, Matthew Barker made us feel at home !! The property is beautiful! I want to highlight the professional attitude, collaboration and kindness of the ladies at Ofice leasing, especially Cintya Garcia who has attended to all my requests in a timely manner. Being Bilingual is an invaluable plus for her and for us since it opens a very clear and respectful communication channel.I dont want to end my review without highlighting theWork of the maintenance guys, they are friendly, respectful and respond to requests immediately.Very good community to live…. In general, the complex is very nice, with some details such as at the moment the gates are damaged and remain open, the basketball court has been damaged for some time and the gym is a little neglected, it seems that dumbbells have been taken, many are missing, and it has a damaged machine It seems to have time like this, there are some implements missing that could make it a better area, if they need help I could advise them in the gym area since I am a professional in the area.
