Single handedly the best experience I’ve ever had at an apartment complex. Me and my wife have been shopping around for a new place and have had poor experiences so far. But the staff here was welcoming and supportive with all questions we had. If you stop by keep an eye out for Kim, she helped me and my wife with our tour and was outstanding.10/10

Ive been here a few years short of a decade and if ever there was a minor problem, the staff has always been helpful and courteous with not only myself, but also with the children. We love it here.

From the moment we walked in, Kim made the entire process seamless and stress-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to what we were looking for, answering all our questions and ensuring we found the perfect apartment!

Ramona was SO helpful from when I first messaged her to the very end. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to have everything settled and ready to go in a timely manner no matter how busy the office was. The apartment was ready to go and the whole place is very much upgraded. Would highly recommend!!

My family and I just toured these apartments and I cant say enough great things about their office staff, especially Tracie. She was so friendly and I could tell she really loves her complex & the people she works with. The apartment was great, newly remodeled. I hope everything works out perfect so we can move in and I can see their smiling faces often. Thank you for your kindness, it makes the stressful moving process so much easier

Joseph Deltado maintenance, performed excellent craftsmanship in our sink drain and reworked the drain from the disposal to the p/trap . Kudos we appreciate your prompt attention and craftsmanship. My wife and I would like to thank Ramona with the inline communication during the process.

First and foremost Id like to say the women in the office are one of the nicest women I have ever met. They have made me feel welcome since day one. They have remodeled apartments even put in a small playground for the kids to play as well as picnic tables for the parents to sit out there and enjoy the fresh air while their kids enjoy the play ground. Also a basketball court for the teenagers to enjoy as well. If youre lucky youll even get to see some deer early in the morning walking around. If you enjoy exercising our complex is big enough to walk around and get your exercise in at evening time as well. ❤️

I have traveled all over the country with the military and then multiple job openings and rodeo. I want to take a moment and commend the lady in the front office for her professionalism and willingness to help. I never expected to look into Uvalde as a place I may live, but if this is the type of people I can expect here, I will have no problem moving my family. My questions were answered quickly and all concerns were set aside with a very calming attitude. Once again, thank you for your professionalism and willingness to work in a world that seems to push ethics and morals aside.

These apartments have been remodeled and have a lot of space. I was impressed with the unit I got and its very clean. Very quiet. A/C unit blows cold. They have a clean swimming pool and new playground for the kids. Staff is on top of everything and I am happy to call the Granadas my home.
